Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether motivation, communication and work stress have an impact on employee job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample of this research consisted of 34 employees of Glowing Perfumery. The sampling method is a saturated sampling technique or census method which surveys the entire population because the population is small or less than one hundred. Examples in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests Based on the problems and processing of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (2) Communication has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (3) Job stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (4) Motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously affect job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. Future researchers doing similar work suggest that future researchers can broaden the scope of the site, view more sources and references, and consider other variables that may affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of incentives and work environment on performance Employee. This research was conducted at PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy Lampung, case study at Miss Cimory Metro Barat. The type of research data used is quantitative. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression which is used to determine the influence of incentives and work environment on employee performance at the West Metro Center, by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to all 34 employees. Testing the research hypothesis uses SPPS Version 20. The results of this research show that incentives have no partial effect (p>0.05) on performance. Then the Work Environment has a significant (p<0.05) partial effect on Performance. Incentives and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant (p<0.05) effect on Employee Performance. It is recommended that management pay attention to incentives and work environment so that they can influence employee performance at the Miss Cimory Center in Metro Barat, Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa. The population of this research is employees at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa, numbering 40 people. Total employee population of PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa has 40 employees. In this research, the entire population will be used as a sample. Therefore, the sample selection method used was the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis which will test and analyze the data with calculations and will draw conclusions from the test results. To make it easier for researchers to carry out research, researchers carry out analysis using the SPSS 25 program with multiple linear test analysis tools, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. The research results obtained are that individual characteristics and job characteristics both partially and anova have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze influence work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung. The population in this study were employees at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, totaling 45 employees. With relative population​ small, researchers use saturated sampling as a sampling technique, namely technique determination sample If all members of the population are taken as a sample, there are 45 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods using primary data, namely a questionnaire that uses a scale likert. Data analysis using devices SPSS software to carry out data analysis, including multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that both partially and anova, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung.

Abstract

Menurut UU No.16 Tahun 2001 salah satu bentuk organisasi nirlaba adalah yayasan. Yayasan adalah badan hukum yang kekayaannya terdiri dari kekayaan terpisah dan diperuntukkan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu di bidang sosial, keagamaan, dan kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi berkelanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing pada organisasi nirlaba, dengan fokus pada Yayasan Pondok Modern Daarul Ikrom Kedondong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggali informasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Yayasan PMDI Kedondong telah berhasil mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi inovasi, termasuk strategi pengembangan program pendidikan dan pembelajaran berbasis MI (Multiple Inteligence) yang orientasinya ke Life School Education dengan metodologi praktis, aplikatif dan intensif, secara utuh terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efesiensi operasional yayasan tetapi juga meningkatkan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat yang dilayani. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi organisasi nirlaba dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi inovasi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan dampak sosial positif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics and the work environment on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 2 Panjang. Using quantitative methods, this research collected data from 154 employees, representing 25% of the total population. Primary data obtained through direct surveys uses instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS software. The research results show that there is a significant simultaneous influence between individual characteristics and the work environment on employee performance. These findings provide new insight into the factors that influence performance in work environments such as PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 2 Panjang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of customer relationship management and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Grace Jaya Gold Shop. This research uses a quantitative survey approach. The population in this study were all Instagram followers of the Grace Jaya Gold Shop. The sample used in this research was 83 respondents taken using a population using the Simple Random Sampling technique, because sampling of population members was carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. With this method the entire population is assumed to have the same opportunity to become the research sample. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Questionnaire and interview methods were used to obtain the data required for this investigation. Using a Likert Scale is the data collection technique used in this research. The results of the research show that customer relationship management does not have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at the Grace Jaya Gold Store. Service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at the Grace Jaya Gold Store.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan “Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani ( Kwt ) Berbasis Hasil Pertanian Di Desa Bumi Sari Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan” yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Bandar Lampung (LPPM-UBL) adalah untuk memberdayakan peranan wanita tani dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui usaha hasil pertanian. Mitra yang menjadi sasaran dari usulan kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani Melati, Desa Bumi Sari Kec. Natar Lampung Selatan. Target khusus dari program ini adalah terciptanya pendayagunaan teknologi tepat guna khususnya pengelolaan hasil pertanian dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu penggunaaan teknologi tepat guna dalam memproduksi bahan olahan hasil pertanian secara efisien. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode partisipatif. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan diantaranya adalah Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (Focus Group Discussion – FGD), pelatihan, pembuatan demplot dan pendampingan.

Abstract

Wirausaha berasal dari kata wira dan usaha. Wira, berarti pejuang, pahlawan, manusia unggul, teladan, berbudi luhur, gagah berani dan berwatak agung. Usaha, berarti perbuatan amal, berbuat sesuatu. Kami Tim LPPM Universitas Bandar Lampung bekerja sama dengan sama dengan PLN (Divisi Komunikasi dan TJSL (PLN Peduli) PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus bidang kami tentang kewirausahaan. Pemberdayaan Komunitas UMKM pada KSU Gapoktan Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari, Kec Natar menjadi salah satu judul kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kami pada kali ini. Beberapa masalah yang di hadapi oleh masyarakat Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari, Kec Natar adalah ide dan Inovasi yang belum diiringi dengan kemampuan produksi, produk keripik masih distribusi dari supplier karena belum bisa produksi sendiri. Pemberian mesin vacum frying untuk membuat keripik nangka dan pisang pada masyarakat Rukun santoso Desa Bumi Sari Kecamatan Natar, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah  solusi yang Tim dapatkan.

Abstract

Tim LPMM Universitas Bandar Lampung bekerja sama dengan sama dengan PLN (Divisi Komunikasi dan TJSL (PLN Peduli) PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus bidang kami tentang kewirausahaan khususnya peningkatan kapabilitas sumber daya manusianya.Dari survei yang sudah dilakukan Tim menemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari Kec Natar Kab Lampung selatan diantaranya pengelolaan usaha konvensional oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), dan KWT perlu dibekali ilmu dan praktek kewirausahaan. Terdapatnya beberapa kelemahan dalam pengelolaan oleh pihak KWT setempat serta Kami menyadari kurang nya edukasi dalam pembekalan ilmu serta praktek kewirausahaan. Tim pada akhirnya memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari Kec Natar Kab Lampung selatan yaitu mengadakan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Agar Para ibu-ibu KWT memahami bagaimana mengelola usaha dan memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan.
