Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of leadership on work behavior and employee participation in PT PTPN VII Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The research subject consisted of 73 of his collaborators, who were also the sample for this study. Data was collected by questionnaire and analysis was performed using multiple regression. Analysis showed that leadership has a large impact on the employees involved (tcount = 10,799 > ttable = 1,658). In addition, employee engagement has a positive impact on employee performance (tcount = 6,140 > ttable = 1,658). The F-test shows the effect of culture and work environment on employees (Fcount = 50.397 > Ftable = 3.85). Furthermore, the t-test shows a significant effect of changes in work environment on employee work engagement (t count = 6.140 > t table = 1.658). Overall, the study concludes that there is not only an impact of culture and work environment on employees of PT PTPN VII Bandar Lampung, but also an impact between the leadership and performance of the employees involved.

Abstract

The background of this community service program is utilizing raw materials, namely palm trees which grow a lot around forests in the Sendang Baru area, Central Lampung. This encourages the community to be able to earn more income to improve welfare, provides business opportunities for the community, fosters an entrepreneurial spirit for rural residents by managing businesses that are independent. This business opportunity must be in line with good business management arrangements. Not only utilizing existing commodities, but the business must also run well and the products produced are of high quality and have a clear market. One way to simultaneously improve product quality quickly and increase consumer confidence in this ant sugar product is to register a business license and product certification. Starting from the Business Identification Number (NIB), Food Safety Counseling (PKP) which can be used for the requirements for applying for Home Industry Registration (PIRT), as well as Halal certification. This activity involved the University of Bandar Lampung, PT PLN (Persero) UIP South Sumatra and KWT and the people of Sendang Baru themselves. In its implementation using a participatory method, the intention is to involve elements of society who are members of UMKM and Women Farmer Groups (KWT) in the village of Sendang Baru, but in reality it is attended by all village representatives in the district, Sendang Baru, this is a blessing from support from Kec. Sendang Agung.

Abstract

The background of this community service program is the use of register forests in Sendang Baru Village, Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency, where the register forests are used by the local community to process sap trees found in the forest to be processed into various kinds of sugar. The forest management system aims to empower the community (increase economic value, cultural value, provide benefits to the managing community and local community). . This production training The participants of the Sendang Baru Village community were given material presentation and socialization on optimization in processing palm sugar into ant sugar or palm powder sugar. Introduced the tools and materials used for the processing of ant sugar production, as well as how to operate a sap mixer for the sap coagulation process into sugar and an oven machine for the ant sugar drying process. Ant sugar training participants practice the process of making ant sugar according to what has been demonstrated.

Abstract

Hakikat perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis adalah untuk mencari keuntungan, maka bila perusahaan membuat program tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsiblility) seharusnya dimaknai sebagai wujud investasi sosial perusahaan. Sebagai sebuah inisiasi dalam pendekatan pelaksanaan program CSR yang berangkat dari aspek ekonomi. Rasio Sosial Return on Investment (SROI) sudah cukup besar menghasilkan dampak sosial. Tantangan berikutnya yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan oleh PT. PLN dan stakeholder lainnya adalah menjaga keberlanjutan dan kualitas dari Program PLN peduli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio hasil perhitungan SROI Program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang bagi sejumlah individu atau sekelompok orang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya dampak yang dihasilkan dari program PLN Peduli adalah sebesar 1,68:1 yang artinya setiap Rp.1 yang diinvestasikan dalam program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan menghasilkan dampak sosial sebesar Rp 1,68 menurut perhitungan SROI.

Abstract

UMKM telah menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia dan ASEAN. Sekitar 88,8-99,9% bentuk usaha di ASEAN adalah bentuk usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja mencapai 51,7-97,2%. Bisnis ini memiliki proporsi sebesar 99,99% dari total keseluruhan pelaku usaha di Indonesia atau sebanyak 56,54 juta unit. Perkembangan potensi UMKM di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari dukungan perbankan dalam penyaluran kredit kepada pelaku UMKM. Menurut data Bank Indonesia, setiap tahunnya kredit kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah mengalami pertumbuhan. sampai usaha jual beli barang-barang yang dibutuhkan oleh kendaraan. Social Return on Investment (SROI) adalah sebuah kerangka kerja untuk mengukur dan memperhitungkan konsep nilai yang jauh lebih luas yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketidaksetaraan dan degradasi lingkungan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan memasukkan biaya dan manfaat sosial, lingkungan, dan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio hasil perhitungan SROI pada Program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode-metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang oleh sejumlah individu atau sekelompok orang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya dampak yang dihasilkan dari program PLN Peduli adalah sebesar 1,4:1 yang artinya setiap Rp.1 yang diinvestasikan dalam program PLN Peduli pada Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung menghasilkan dampak sosial sebesar Rp. 1,4 menurut perhitungan SROI.

Abstract

The Department of Population and civil registration of Bandar Lampung city faces a problem, namely the lack of good cooperation that can cause duplicate data and lack of communication that can affect employee performance. The problems of this study are: whether the employment relationship affects employee performance, and whether communication affects employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Labor Relations and communication on employee performance. The method used quantitative methods with causal associative. The sample studied 112 respondents. Work relationship (X1), and communication (X2), and employee performance (Y). Source data obtained from the questionnaire given to employees. Tested with the SPSS application, the results showed that work relationships and communication significantly and strongly influence employee performance. Labor Relations significantly affect employee performance, with significance (5.902)>(1.98197), and sig. 0,000<0,05. Communication has an influence on employee performance, with (6,256)>(1.98197), and sig. 0,000<0,05. As well as work relationships and communication contribute to employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of self-confidence and motivation on the performance of karate athletes in ForKI Lampung. Qualitative descriptive methods are used to describe the problems faced by athletes during matches, especially doubts and defeats against opponents who are below their abilities. The success of athletes in achieving high achievements does not only depend on physical abilities but is also influenced by psychological factors. The results of the study show that self-confidence and motivation play a key role in determining match performance. Athletes with high levels of self-confidence and strong motivation tend to perform better. However, to achieve maximum results, athletes need to have the determination to become champions and get support that strengthens their motivation during the game. This research provides a deeper understanding of the problems faced by karate athletes in ForKI Lampung and highlights the importance of self-confidence and motivation in improving performance. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing strategies and interventions that are effective in building athlete's confidence and motivation. Thus, it is hoped that athletes can achieve optimal results in the competition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya individual dan kolektif terhadap pembentukan perilaku komunikasi dan  gaya komunikasi kepemimpinan Rektor Universitas Andalas (pengalaman komunikasi Werry Darta Taifur dan Tafdil Husni) dalam konteks rumah tangga, lingkungan dan organisasi dibantu dengan teori tindakan sosial dari Max Weber dan konsep gaya komunikasi Moss. Selain itu penelitian ingin melihat low context culture dan high context culture kedua rektor. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa budaya individual banyak berpengaruh dalam pembentukan perilaku komunikasi dibandingkan dengan budaya kolektif. Werry Darta Taifur dan Tafdil Husni menggunakan komunikasi langsung “low context culture”dalam berkomunikasi dengan keluarga, lingkungan dan organisasi. Namun pada beberapa persoalan juga menggunakan komunikasi tidak langsung “high context culture”. Semakin banyak nilai individualistik yang dipegang individu dan semakin mandiri dalam membangun konsep dirinya, maka semakin banyak menggunakan komunikasi langsung “low context culture”. Dalam rumah tangga gaya komunikasi yang digunakan Werry Darta Taifur adalah the controlling style dan the equalitarian style, Sedang Tafdil Husni memakai gaya komunikasi  The controlling style, the equalitarian style dan  The dynamic style. Pada konteks lingkungan gaya komunikasi Werry Darta Taifur dan Tafdil Husni hanya terlihat satu saja yaitu the equalitarian style. Pada konteks organisasi gaya komunikasi Werry Darta Taifur dan Tafdil Husni yakni the controlling style, the equalitarian, the structure style, the dynamic style dan the reliquinshing style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of incentives and leadership supervision on employee performance at the South Lampung Regency Transportation Service. This study uses qualitative analysis methods and uses explanatory research types. The population in this study were all employees of the South Lampung Regency Transportation Service and the sample used was 51 people and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership supervision also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the hypothesis test showed that incentives and leadership supervision had a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the conclusions, there are results obtained in this study, including, on the incentive variable, the incentive component that gets the lowest score is "Currently, the provision of incentives is very proportional based on fairness and feasibility". Thus the leadership can coordinate with the employee's direct supervisor to obtain information in determining the amount of incentives given to employees who are truly in accordance with their responsibilities and workload so that the sense of fairness and feasibility of giving awards in the form of incentives is really well implemented.

Abstract

The Recipient Institution of Compulsory Reporting opens the way for the government to eradicate drugs and cure the victims of drug abusers. Even so, socialization is felt to be lacking in society. People still view that victims of drug abuse are criminals and those who use drugs have a very big disgrace if they are known by their families and the surrounding community. The problems in this study are: How to strengthen the institution receiving the obligation to report on the prevalence of drug abusers in the province of Lampung? and What are the obstacles faced by recipient institutions that are required to report the prevalence of drug abusers? The research method used is a normative and empirical juridical approach. The results of the discussion in this study are the strengthening of reporting institutions on the prevalence of drug abusers in Lampung Province, including reporting drug abusers to mandatory reporting recipient institutions. After receiving mandatory reporting, a team of doctors consisting of doctors and psychologists conducts an assessment of narcotics abusers. The second process is the mechanism for implementing the rehabilitation through the Reporting Recipient Institution. Furthermore, addicts are tested urine (urinalysis) to detect the presence/absence of narcotics in the body of narcotics abusers. Provision of basic counseling is intended to increase patient motivation. The next stage is a re-evaluation which is intended to ensure that narcotics abusers are indeed using drugs or not. Narcotics addicts who have undergone mandatory reporting (shown by having an IPWL card) will not be legally processed. Constraints faced by recipient institutions are required to report on the prevalence of drug abusers in Lampung Province, including those related to regulatory policy constraints, socialization policies, coordination policies, human and institutional resources and management.
