Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sekawan Chandra Abadi Teluk Betung. Populasi penelitian merupakan karyawan PT. Sekawan Chandra Abadi. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 42 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian merupakan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi terkait sesuai tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini di Cafe SweetCup Coffee Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan risiko teknik promosi perusahaan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam tesis ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, buat matriks SWOT yang menggabungkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman strategi promosi perusahaan. Matriks tersebut dapat menghasilkan delapan strategi berbeda berdasarkan metode SO, ST, WO, dan WT. Rencana promosi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan yaitu periklanan dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT.

Abstract

The Wedok Sendang Berkarya waste bank (WSB) is a community in Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency that has a concern with environmental sustainability through community empowerment activities based on plastic waste management. WSB's success in changing the behavior of housewives in Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency so that they want to be involved in a community empowerment movement based on plastic waste management is something that needs to be known and understood by various parties. The purpose of this study was to describe the communication patterns used by WSB in empowering communities based on plastic waste management in Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations. Informants who became sources of information included WSB administrators and members, sub-district officials, village officials, community leaders, and housewives who were members of the WSB. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the WSB has determined community behavior (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) as a reference in implementing community empowerment communication based on plastic waste management. The pattern of community empowerment communication carried out between WSB and housewives as a target for community empowerment based on plastic waste management is a participatory communication pattern.AbstrakBank sampah Wedok Sendang Berkarya merupakan salah satu komunitas di Kecamatan Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap kelestarian lingkungan melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pengelolan sampah plastik. Keberhasilan WSB untuk mengubah perilaku ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sendang Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah agar mau terlibat dalam gerakan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pengelolaan sampah plastik merupakan suatu hal yang perlu diketahui dan dipahami oleh berbagai pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh WSB dalam memberdayakan masyarakat berbasis pengelolaan sampah plastik di Kecamatan Sendang Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis secara deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan berbagai metode, yaitu: wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok fokus, dan pengamatan lapangan. Informan yang menjadi sumber informasi di antaranya adalah pengurus dan anggota WSB, aparat kecamatan, aparat desa, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta ibu-ibu rumah tangga anggotas WSB. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WSB telah menetapkan perilaku masyarakat (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik) sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan komunikasi pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pengelolaan sampah plastik. Pola komunikasi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan antara WSB dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga sebagai sasaran pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pengelolaan sampah plastik adalah pola komunikasi partisipatif.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Nawakara Arta Kencana. The method used in this research is a case study of PT Nawakara Arta Kencana employees. Questionnaires were given to 30 employees from management level to staff level as respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether motivation, communication and work stress have an impact on employee job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample of this research consisted of 34 employees of Glowing Perfumery. The sampling method is a saturated sampling technique or census method which surveys the entire population because the population is small or less than one hundred. Examples in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests Based on the problems and processing of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (2) Communication has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (3) Job stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. (4) Motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously affect job satisfaction at Glowing Perfumery. Future researchers doing similar work suggest that future researchers can broaden the scope of the site, view more sources and references, and consider other variables that may affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of incentives and work environment on performance Employee. This research was conducted at PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy Lampung, case study at Miss Cimory Metro Barat. The type of research data used is quantitative. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression which is used to determine the influence of incentives and work environment on employee performance at the West Metro Center, by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to all 34 employees. Testing the research hypothesis uses SPPS Version 20. The results of this research show that incentives have no partial effect (p>0.05) on performance. Then the Work Environment has a significant (p<0.05) partial effect on Performance. Incentives and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant (p<0.05) effect on Employee Performance. It is recommended that management pay attention to incentives and work environment so that they can influence employee performance at the Miss Cimory Center in Metro Barat, Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa. The population of this research is employees at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa, numbering 40 people. Total employee population of PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa has 40 employees. In this research, the entire population will be used as a sample. Therefore, the sample selection method used was the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis which will test and analyze the data with calculations and will draw conclusions from the test results. To make it easier for researchers to carry out research, researchers carry out analysis using the SPSS 25 program with multiple linear test analysis tools, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. The research results obtained are that individual characteristics and job characteristics both partially and anova have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze influence work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung. The population in this study were employees at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, totaling 45 employees. With relative population​ small, researchers use saturated sampling as a sampling technique, namely technique determination sample If all members of the population are taken as a sample, there are 45 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods using primary data, namely a questionnaire that uses a scale likert. Data analysis using devices SPSS software to carry out data analysis, including multiple linear analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that both partially and anova, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Gunung Mas Putra Kencana, Central Lampung.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of organizational culture, workload, and work environment on employee turnover at PT. Bumi Jaya Transindo Sejahtera. Using a quantitative research approach, the study collected data from all 74 employees at the organization through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling due to the small population size. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) had no significant impact on turnover intention. However, Workload (X3) was found to have a significant influence on turnover intention. Overall, this research highlights the importance of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Workload in understanding turnover intention. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations looking to improve employee retention strategies. Future research can explore specific interventions and policies to effectively address organizational culture, work environment, and workload concerns and reduce turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study focuses on the issue of insufficient career development options that align with the interests and abilities of individual employees, which hinders the improvement of organizational capacities. The challenges faced include uncertainty, lack of transparency, and limited employee history data, all of which pose significant obstacles to employee promotion and career progression. To address these challenges, the research aims to thoroughly explore and explain the application of talent management in the career development and advancement processes at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. One of the main objectives is to uncover how talent management strategies can effectively navigate the complexities brought about by uncertainties and limited transparency. Additionally, the study aims to shed light on the innovative approach of integrating the Bukit Asam Talent Management (BATMAN) system, a framework based on talent management principles, into the organizational structure. BATMAN is expected to act as a catalyst in overcoming the obstacles associated with career development and progression. Using a descriptive qualitative study design, the researcher systematically examines the intricate dynamics between PT Bukit Asam Tbk's Integrated Talent Management System (ITMS) framework and the BATMAN process. Through the analysis of data extracted from the BATMAN system, employee interviews, observation activities, and consultation with other relevant sources, the study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the mutually beneficial relationship between talent management principles and the organizational context at PT Bukit Asam Tbk.
