Abstract

Knowing whether work balance and involvement affect employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Sumber Kurnia Alam Bandar Lampung, this research was conducted. This type of research is quantitative and there are 40 questionnaires filled out by employees of PT Sumber Kurnia Alam Bandar Lampung office. Data analysis through path analysis and applying SEM through PLS 4.0 software. Based on the findings, work balance has a negative and moderate effect on employee performance, work involvement has a positive and moderate effect, work balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as well as work involvement, job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, work balance variables on performance have a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction, and work involvement variables do not have a mediating effect but, have a direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

People's lives today have undergone major changes compared to the past, especially due to the rapid advancement of technology, changing trends and consumer preferences in the automotive industry are often influenced by external factors such as government policies, economic conditions and technological innovation. “This study was conducted to determine the effect of Service Quality and Interpersonal Communication on customer satisfaction of Hartono car showroom. The method in this study is quantitative and there are 49 respondents who are Hartono showroom consumers. Data analysis through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result is that Service Quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Interpersonal Communication together, have a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Hakikat perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis adalah untuk mencari keuntungan, maka bila perusahaan membuat program tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsiblility) seharusnya dimaknai sebagai wujud investasi sosial perusahaan. Sebagai sebuah inisiasi dalam pendekatan pelaksanaan program CSR yang berangkat dari aspek ekonomi. Rasio Sosial Return on Investment (SROI) sudah cukup besar menghasilkan dampak sosial. Tantangan berikutnya yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan oleh PT. PLN dan stakeholder lainnya adalah menjaga keberlanjutan dan kualitas dari Program PLN peduli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio hasil perhitungan SROI Program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang bagi sejumlah individu atau sekelompok orang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya dampak yang dihasilkan dari program PLN Peduli adalah sebesar 1,68:1 yang artinya setiap Rp.1 yang diinvestasikan dalam program PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Harapan Maju, Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Candipura, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan menghasilkan dampak sosial sebesar Rp 1,68 menurut perhitungan SROI.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Muara Enima District, South Sumatra. This research aims to explain what causal factors are the reasons for acts of violence against women. Explaining the forms of crime that occurred in cases in the Tanjong Terang Muara Enim village area. Explain the impact felt by the victims of robbery and allowing accidents to occur. The method used in this research is the Normative Juridical research method, Data Collection Techniques in legal research using Library Research. Based on the results of the research, basically the defendant has carried out legal responsibility for the defendant's sentence, in this case the defendant was punished under Article 365, but the sentence for the defendant was too light considering Article 365 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the existence of an aggravating crime which means the defendant must be sentenced longer. again, namely more than two years and eight months according to the judge's decision. The judge's consideration in this case is only on material losses by the victim, without considering that the criminal committed two criminal acts at once, which basically does not have an alternative charge there, but can be punished with two crimes at once.   Keywords: Criminal, Criminal, Robbery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and salary on turnover intention among employees at PT. Budi Satria Wahana Motor. Turnover intention reflects an employee's desire to leave the company, which may harm organizational performance and stability. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis. The entire population of 63 employees was used as the sample through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while salary has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence turnover intention. These findings highlight the importance of balanced workload management and fair compensation systems to reduce turnover intention and improve employee retention.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze a strategy model for implementing MBKM learning, namely university mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, as well as the impact of the use of information technology. The research results show that leadership and information technology variables are strategic variablesfor improving learning strategies. This is because the research results of these variables have a significant influence. Meanwhile, information technology variables are not effective as moderatorvariablesontherelationshipbetweencommitmentandlearningstrategiesbecause the research results have a weak and negative influence. Collaboration and commitment variables are appropriate variables for learning strategies. This collaboration variable has a positive and significant influence on learning strategies in the context of this research, meaning that collaboration plays an important role in influencing learning strategies. Commitment is a very important factor in influencing learning strategies. Learning strategy variableshaveasignificantpositiveinfluenceonsustainabilityinthiscasethroughlearning strategies, which have been proven to have a significant positive impact on sustainability however,itisimportanttocontinuetocarryoutfurtherresearchanddevelopmenttosupport sustainability efforts on an ongoing basis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of educators at SMPI and SMAI under the Daarussa’adah Foundation in Pesawaran Regency. The research employed a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods. The population of the study consisted of all 70 educators working at the foundation. The sampling technique used was saturated non-probability sampling, and the data were processed using SPSS Statistics 26. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, while multiple linear regression analysis was applied to assess the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The findings revealed that motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction each have a significant positive effect on educator performance when analyzed separately. Furthermore, when examined together, these three variables also collectively exhibit a significant positive impact on the performance of educators.

Abstract

The Family Assistance Team (TPK) cadres are established groups formed to support the national target of reducing stunting prevalence to 14% by 2024 across various regions in Indonesia, including Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency. Assessing the performance of TPK cadres is essential to evaluate their effectiveness in promoting behavioral changes within communities regarding child nutrition and health. This study aims to examine the influence of work experience, motivation, education, and skills on the performance of TPK cadres in assisting families at risk of stunting in the region. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires distributed to the entire population of 54 TPK cadres, who also served as the study sample. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The findings reveal that work experience, motivation, education, and skills collectively have a positive and significant effect on the performance of TPK cadres in supporting families vulnerable to stunting. These results highlight the need for regular monthly meetings and the provision of monitoring books as tools for ongoing evaluation of TPK cadre performance. Such measures help identify achievements, address emerging challenges, and implement necessary improvements to enhance the effectiveness of family assistance conducted by TPK cadres.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of communication and work environment on employee satisfaction on their performance in PD Semangat Jaya. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach. This study used primary data sources that the author obtained directly from the original source. The data collection approach used included distributing questionnaires to related research participants. This study used Multiple Linear Regression Test with SPSS Version 25 for data analysis. The study findings showed that there was no statistically significant positive relationship between communication (X1) and employee job satisfaction (Y) (sig = 0.092 > 0.05). In addition, the data shows that the work environment (X2) has a good and large influence on job satisfaction (Y) of workers in PD Semangat Jaya, with a significance score of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Evaluation of the results or achievements of a business in achieving its goals and targets is called business performance. During the operation process, MSMEs face obstacles such as limited low human resources and business capital This study aims to examine how the performance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Village is influenced by the quality of human resources that can be found in business. This study uses a quantitative approach, the main data obtained from a questionnaire that will be distributed to 30 respondents and the classical assumption test of multiple linear analysis is aimed at analyzing the data and the results of this study prove that the existence of working capital (X1) does not affect business performance (Y), where the significant value of 0.156 > 0.05, and the quality of human resources (X2) affects the business performance of MSMEs in Karang Anyar Village (Y),  where significant values are 0.042 < 0.05.
