Abstract

Basically, one of the things that can reduce a person's ability to work and one's immune system to work is fatigue from work. Causes include general fatigue, boredom, intensity, length of physical and mental effort, anxiety or disagreement, and perception of pain. In addition, most workers become exhausted due to unscheduled work schedules, heavy responsibilities, and lack of rest. The study aims to determine the relationship between shift work and work fatigue in Indomaret Minimarket employees and the relationship between workload and work fatigue. The study used  a cross-sectional  design that is quantitative. Research samples from 35 workers from seven Indomaret Minimarkets in Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung. Carried out using Purposive Sampling technique. And data analysis using pearson correlation techniques. The results showed that shift work was positively related to work fatigue and workload was positively related to work fatigue.

Abstract

The influence of the non-physical work environment and stress levels on employee performance are the main objectives of this research, especially in the organizational environment of Auto 2000 Raden Intan, a corporate entity operating in the automotive industry sector. This study used a quantitative approach. Because the non-physical work environment does not have a direct impact on the company but on employees if not managed properly, the relationship between employees and superiors is very important to achieve company goals. A total of 35 employees were included in the study population. The sample that took only the mechanical part was 35 employees from 111 total population at PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 Raden Intan. In the research analysis required to achieve this, multiple linear equations were used, and the results showed that work stress along with non-physical work environments can affect the good level of employee performance. The determinant coefficient R2 of 62.8% means that performance (Y) is affected by the non-physical work environment (X1) as well as work stress (X2) is 62.8%. While the remaining portion of 37.2% was influenced by additional components or variables outside this study.

Abstract

The classical era presented many great figures who made important contributions to the philosophy of education and its management. Among the most influential figures are Plato from Greece, Confucius from China, and Al-Farabi from the Islamic world. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the history of educational management in the Classical era: Plato, Confucius, Al-Farabi. Using the Library Research method. The results of the study show that education has been seen from the beginning as an important means in forming a complete human being. Plato, Confucius, and Al-Farabi as great figures from Greece, China, and the Islamic world made fundamental contributions to the concept of education that emphasizes the development of reason, morals, and spirituality. Their thoughts were born from different cultural backgrounds and civilizations, but had the same goal, namely to form people with character, knowledge, and contribute to society and the state. This shows that classical education is not just a transfer of knowledge, but also a means of forming individuals and civilization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, investigate, and assess the impact of quality of work life and organizational justice on employee performance at PT BCA, Tbk Betung Bay Headquarters. The sample for this study consisted of 19 employees from PT BCA, Tbk Betung Bay Headquarters. The justification for using the entire population as the sample is that it represents the full population; if the population is fewer than 100, all individuals are included as study samples. Consequently, the researcher selected all 19 employees as the study sample. This study employed quantitative data analysis, involving the evaluation and interpretation of data through statistical computations to draw conclusions. To facilitate the analysis, the researcher used the SPSS program. The findings of the study indicate that both the quality of work life and organizational justice significantly impact employee performance at PT BCA, Tbk Betung Bay Headquarters.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital competence and work ability on employee performance at PT Buana Fajar Anugrah. The research method used is a quantitative approach based on a sample of 35 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques and using a Likert scale. Data processing used validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.448; (2) Work ability has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient reaching 0.453; (3) Digital literacy and work ability have a big influence on employee performance with a contribution reaching 67%, while 33% is influenced by other variables that have not been analyzed. This study indicates that increasing digital literacy and work ability can improve employee performance at PT Buana Fajar Anugrah.

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja karyawan di Toko bangunan SAE ANDIterjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman karyawan tentang bahanbangunan dan peralatan kerja, serta keterlambatan dalamkedatangan kerja. Dari kondisi tersebut riset dilakukan guna mengukur pengaruh pengetahuan dan profesionalismeterhadap kinerja karyawan secara individu maupun bersama-sama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatifkausalitas. Dimana 30 orang karyawan dijadikan respondendengan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data memanfaatkansoftware SPSS 31 dengan metode regresi linear. Hasilnyamenunjukan bahwa pengetahuan kerja dan profesionalismekerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan, baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama.

Abstract: The results of the analysis of the data showed that: 1. Efforts Kasi Islamic Religious Education and Religious Affairs in the Development of Supervisory Performance of Islamic Education in the Ministry of Religious Kaur District: a) Strive for the performance of supervisory activities in the promotion of Islamic education to be incorporated into the budget. b) Attempts to monitoring and evaluation of Islamic Schools Supervisors should be done regularly, and if necessary the fore implemented a reward system performance. c) regularly programmed activities that can support the promotion of academic competence of professional supervisors. d) encourage and facilitate supervisors to participate in supervisory activities. e) Supervision of Islamic Education required a fingerprint in the nearby Religious Affairs Office. f) Every single week of Islamic Education Compulsory supervisors provide supervisory reports. g) At the time of two months, provide guidance to supervisors of Islamic Education to monitor the progress and obstacles in the learning of Islamic Education teachers in the school. 2. Factors hindering the Head of Religious Education and Religious Islam in fostering supervisory Islamic Education at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Kaur District: a) Supervision of Islamic Education in the District Kaur is still lacking, Number of Islamic Schools Supervisors two people, while the number of schools to 152 schools monitored. b) There is no budget for facilities and infrastructure in fostering supervisory absence of which the motor vehicle department and a special room supervisor Islamic Education so that the lack of awareness of the functions, basic tasks, authority and responsibility in carrying out the regulatory performance of Islamic Education.

Abstract

Menurut UU No.16 Tahun 2001 salah satu bentuk organisasi nirlaba adalah yayasan. Yayasan adalah badan hukum yang kekayaannya terdiri dari kekayaan terpisah dan diperuntukkan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu di bidang sosial, keagamaan, dan kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi berkelanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing pada organisasi nirlaba, dengan fokus pada Yayasan Pondok Modern Daarul Ikrom Kedondong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggali informasi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Yayasan PMDI Kedondong telah berhasil mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi inovasi, termasuk strategi pengembangan program pendidikan dan pembelajaran berbasis MI (Multiple Inteligence) yang orientasinya ke Life School Education dengan metodologi praktis, aplikatif dan intensif, secara utuh terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efesiensi operasional yayasan tetapi juga meningkatkan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat yang dilayani. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi organisasi nirlaba dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi inovasi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan dampak sosial positif.

Abstract

Ecayo Yamaha Music School is the largest music school in Lampung with international competence.Based on the passion and commitment to provide professional and quality music learning, this music school focuses on providing a fun and high standard music learning experience.Nowadays, we have entered an era where technology is developing very rapidly. The rapid development of technology has become the main driver of change in all aspects of human life, especially in the educational aspect. In this era of globalization, technological advances not only influence the industrial and economic fields, but also have a significant impact on people's thought patterns, social interactions and paradigms of cultural life. The researcher made initial observations and there were problems, namely the monotonous way of teaching because the teachers only followed the curriculum, there was a lack of variety in learning methods, such as not really caring about methods that suited the students, learning methods such as being given material, giving examples, and practicing and repeating. That way, students will feel bored and have difficulty understanding the material. The aim of the researcher is to analyze the impact of technological developments and societal culture on the way teachers teach at Ecayo Yamaha Music School. In this study, qualitative methods were used, the reviewer collected data using an interview system. The results of the analysis show that technological developments and societal culture have an impact on the way teachers teach.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at the Topshop Store in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative. The data source used in this research is primary data through questionnaires distributed to Topshop Bandar Lampung store employees. This data collection method uses documentation and literature study. The population in this research is the Topshop Store in Bandar Lampung. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method using a statistical program, namely the Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS). The results of this research show that when viewed from a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05, which means that Ha1 is accepted and rejects Ho1 which states that there is an influence of compensation on work productivity and a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05 which states that Ha2 is accepted and rejected Ho2 which states that there is an influence of work discipline on Work productivity.
