This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ASN performance assessments based on the Digital ASN Application at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of Lampung Province, as well as to assess the understanding of ASN and the effectiveness of its application. The study uses an evaluative descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results of the study indicate that the Digital ASN Application has been implemented in accordance with regulations and is able to improve transparency and administrative efficiency in performance assessments. However, its use is still administrative in nature and not yet optimal as a strategic performance management tool due to limitations in training, variations in civil servants' capabilities, and the misalignment of performance indicators with organizational goals. This study concludes that optimizing the application requires strengthening civil servants' competencies, refining performance indicators, and leadership support to sustainably improve civil servants' performance.

The development of human resource (HR) competencies is a key factor in supporting digital transformation within government institutions, including the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of South Lampung Regency. This study aims to analyze strategies for developing HR competencies in facing the era of digitalization and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses a qualitative approach with participatory observation methods supported by interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model and reinforced with SWOT analysis. The results indicate that HR competency development is not yet optimal due to limited resources, low digital literacy, resistance to change, and infrastructure constraints. The strategies developed emphasize strengthening the digital competencies of staff, improving institutional frameworks, and enhancing technological support and an adaptive work culture.

This study examines the development strategies of traditional night markets implemented by PT Safaria Adi Putra, emphasizing the role of leadership and local socio-cultural values in sustaining business performance. A qualitative case study approach was applied, using data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that development strategies include standardization of facilities, structured spatial management, digital promotion, and cultural-based entertainment innovation. Managerial leadership strengthens coordination, trader participation, and stakeholder trust, while socio-cultural values such as mutual cooperation and community bonding enhance market sustainability. The study concludes that the integration of adaptive development strategies, participatory leadership, and socio-cultural values is essential to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of traditional night markets.

This study aims to analyze the effect of stock availability and service quality on customer loyalty of subsidized 3 kg LPG gas at PT Robianto Rachmat Mulia. Customer loyalty is an important factor in maintaining the continuity of 3 kg LPG distribution, considering the frequent fluctuations in demand and the dynamics of stock availability. Unstable stock availability and less than optimal service have the potential to reduce the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the base level. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The study population is all subsidized 3 kg LPG gas customers at PT Robianto Rachmat Mulia, with the sample determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire compiled based on a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data testing includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that stock availability has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, stock availability and service quality significantly influenced customer loyalty for subsidized 3 kg LPG at PT Robianto Rachmat Mulia. These findings indicate that the better the stock availability management and service quality provided, the higher the level of customer loyalty.

General Background: The automotive industry plays a significant role in Indonesia’s economic growth, requiring high employee productivity to sustain organizational performance. Specific Background: At PT. Astra International Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch, issues such as low employee motivation and varying levels of work experience were observed to affect productivity across divisions. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies report inconsistent findings regarding the relationship between work motivation, work experience, and employee productivity, particularly within regional automotive dealership contexts. Aims: This study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and work experience on employee productivity using a quantitative associative approach. Results: Based on data from 55 employees analyzed using multiple linear regression, both work motivation and work experience show positive and significant relationships with employee productivity, supported by t-test and F-test results, although the adjusted R-squared value of 13.6% indicates that these variables explain only a small portion of productivity variation. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence from an automotive dealership in Lampung, a context that remains underexplored in prior research. Implications: The findings suggest that while motivation and experience contribute to productivity, other factors such as work environment, leadership, and organizational culture should be considered in future research and managerial strategies. Target utama riset ini menguraikan bagaimana FWA dan tingkat kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi produktivitas para pekerja generasi Z khusunya di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Desain penelitian mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis liniear berganda dengan variabel independen flexible working arrangement dan job satisfaction serta variabel dependen yaitu produktivitas. Data didapat dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 pekerja generasi Z yang berada di Bandar Lampung dengan sampel yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah spss versi 30. Menurut pengujian hipotesis Flexible Working Arrangement berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan generasi , begitu juga untuk variabel job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan generasi z. Pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Working Arrangement dan Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas generasi Z di Bandar Lampung. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan khususnya di Bandar Lampung dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dengan memberikan fleksibilitas kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Individu yang bekerja dalam organisasi dan bertanggung jawab akan mencapai sasaran yang dikenal sebagai Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Untuk mengurangi dampak pergantian karyawan, penting untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. Employee Engagement mengacu pada tingkat keterlibatan karyawan pada pekerjaan dan organisasi, sedangkan komitmen organisasi mengacu pada seberapa dekat dan setia karyawan terhadap perusahaan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untk meanalisis pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement) dann komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Toko Berlian Underwear. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi kontribusi bersama dari ke dua faktor trsebut pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini di maksutkan untk meng analisis pengaruh Employee Engagement dan komitmen organisasi terpada kinerja karyawan di Toko Berlian Underwear Simpur, menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner pada 32 karyawan. Analisis ini dijalankan dengan SPSS versi 22, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu, komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keduanya secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen Toko Berlian Underwear dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan komitmen karyawan. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, perusahaan dapat mengembangkan program yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan, sehingga mengurangi tingkat pergantian dan meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Hal ini penting untuk keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan organisasi di pasar yang kompetitif saat ini.

Riset ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh workload shifting dan work stress terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Batu Makmur Bandar Lampung. Dalam konteks dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis, Tekanan kerja yang berlebihan dan tingginya tingkat tekanan mental dapat memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan secara negatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif dengan partisipan yang akan dianalisis adalah semua karyawan pajak PT Batu Makmur Bandar Lampung sebesar 33. Data primer diambil menggunakan kuisioner via google form dan pertanyaan yang diambil sesuai dengan setiap indikator variabel menggunakan metode skala Likert (1-4).Temuan ini menerapkan Uji Instrument yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas. Uji Asumsi Klasik yaitu Uji Normalitas, UjiMultikolinearitas,Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Serta analisis regresi linier berganda serta pengujian hipotesis melalui Uji t parsial dan Uji F simultan dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan juga Analisis deskriptif serta IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa workload shifting dan work stress berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa workload shifting dan work stress berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel memiliki kemampuan prediktif sebesar 22% terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Batu Makmur Bandar Lampung.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berupaya untuk menentukan bagaimana kepuasan petani pada Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian korelasi deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik kuantitatif merupakan metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh 40 petani pada Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara merupakan populasi penelitian, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak langsung. Kuesioner kepuasan petani, kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja menyediakan data. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan uji t dan uji F, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan petani dipengaruhi oleh kinerja di lingkungan Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan petani Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan petani Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan petani pada Balai Proteksi TPH Provinsi Lampung di Kecamatan Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara sebesar 29,8%.
