Abstract

AbstractThis research tries to reveal the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar. The approach used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research type. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers who had implemented the independent curriculum. Then, the observation and interview data were arranged descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the average score of the observation data from the teacher's ability to implement independent curriculum learning is 2.34, which is included in the fairly good category. And based on the results of interviews, the teacher encountered obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, namely: a) In the socialization or training on the independent curriculum, teachers are not supported by independent curriculum training. This resulted in a lack of teacher involvement in the training process that was held so that only 2 out of 8 teachers studied independently to gain experience and certificates, b) teachers were limited in obtaining references for implementing independent learning, c) sometimes teachers had difficulty accessing digital. media or the internet and d) lack of experience in implementing independent learning. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The teacher's ability in carrying out learning with an independent curriculum is in a fairly good category. 2) Teachers experience several obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar.

Abstract

This research is due to the lack of accuracy in passing under the volleyball game of SMP Negeri 1 Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dinsing and pairing exercises on the accuracy of under-passing in the volleyball game SMP Negeri 1 Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang. This type of research is a quasi-experiment to see the effect of the training method of wall and pair training on the accuracy of lower passing in volleyball. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang, totaling 161 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 26 people. The sample was divided into two groups through ordinal pairing technique, each group consisting of 13 people. Before the test is continued, pre-test and post-test will be conducted. Research results are (1) the wall training method gives a significant effect on the accuracy of under passing in volleyball games. It can be found with, thitung = 9.11> ttabel = 1.78 (2) the paired training method gives a significant effect on the accuracy of under passing in volleyball this can be known by, thitung = 8.94> ttabel = 1.78. (3) there is a significant difference in effect between the wall method group training with the pair method trainingto the accuracy of under passing in this volleyball game it can be found with thitung = 3.04> ttabel = 1.78. so the wall and pairing method can provide the accuracy of under passing in a volleyball game SMPNegeri 1 Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires the education curriculum in Indonesia to improve quality and development to the era's demands. Implementing the independent learning curriculum is one of the models for implementing the independent curriculum. The independent learning curriculum combines the independent curriculum and 2013 as a guide for student learning. The research examines the application of the independent learning curriculum at Tunas Rimba 1 Purwokerto Kindergarten. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research was conducted from January 1 to February 1, 2023, at Tunas Riba 1 Purwokerto Kindergarten, at Jl. Ksatrian No.60, Sokanegara village, East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Data analysis used a lesson study with three stages: planning, implementation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that applying the independent learning curriculum at Tunas Rimba 1 Purwokerto Kindergarten starts from planning to reflection, as well as innovations before and after the implementation of the independent learning curriculum. It can be concluded that applying the independent learning curriculum impacts educational institutions, especially the learning system.

Abstract

In the learning process There are numerous students in school make noise and do not hear the teacher's explanation. Lack of enthusiasm of students and students are not enthusiastic in participating in learning. This is due to the lack of student learning motivation. Teachers can use a variety of methods to motivate students to work hard, including offering by using rewards. This study desire to determine the process of giving rewards in increasing motivation for learning in the subject of fraction addition and subtraction in class V SD Negeri Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. The type of descriptive qualitative research used  article is the approach. This article's subordinate is a teacher of class V and 6 students of class V. Information collection techniques are carried out by observation and interviews. All collected data is processed by data analysis stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from all data. Using the data from this study it is known that the provision of rewards can increase student motivation. Those who are already motivated become more active in paying attention to the teacher's explanations in learning activities, look more enthusiastic, more enthusiastic, participate actively and ask questions to the teacher. Rewards are given in the form of (1) praise, (2) respect, (3) prizes, (4) tokens of appreciation. The results of giving rewards have been going well.Kata Kunci: Reward, Motivasi Belajar, Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan.

Abstract

Teaching media is an important aspect in teaching at elementary school. Poetry writingskill of students is still below standard which is 75. Teaching activity is still based onstudent’s imagination in creating poetry, this results in the students’ poetry are notproductive. Besides, many teachers do not make use of environment or picture-media as thesource of inspiration in poetry writing. This research wanted to know the influence of usingpicture-media in teaching writing poetry at grade four elementary school 29 Banda Aceh.The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population is the students ofelementary school 29 Banda Aceh which consist of 52 students. The samples are 52 studentswhich consisted of 26 students from grade IV A and 26 students from grade IV B. Data wascollected using test and was analyzed using t-test. The result shows that there is asignificant difference between experiment class (IVA) and control class (IVB). The result ofresearch supports the hypothesis that using picture media in poetry writing skill influenceelementary school students grade four at elementary school 29 Banda Aceh. It is proved byt-count = 5,54 while t-table = 2,00. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) saying thatthere is an influence of poetry writing skill toward student taught by using picture-media atelementary school 29 Banda Aceh is accepted.

Abstract

The problem here is that the teacher only applies the lecture method and practice questions so that it affects student learning outcomes that do not meet the Minimum Learning Criteria (KBM). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the significance of the peer tutoring method on student learning outcomes in the matter of dividing by two-digit numbers in class IV SD Negeri 2 Rantau Selamat. The method taken is quantitative and uses the type of Pre-Experimental Design. The data collection technique used in this study was a test in the form of pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique taken is the SPSS Statistics 24 application. The decision making category is H0 rejected and H1 accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of the peer tutoring method on student learning outcomes in the division material with two-digit numbers in class IV SD Negeri 2 Rantau Selamat Aceh Timur.

Abstract

The Indonesian people's understanding of the geographic constellation of Indonesia as an archipelagic country as it is today is very important, because international recognition of the form of an archipelagic state for Indonesia requires a long struggle and history. Since the 3rd United Nations Convention on the Law of The Sea Conference in 1982, it has been agreed to regulate the law of the sea regime. One of the most important decisions for Indonesia is the recognition of the form of an archipelagic state with the arrangement of rights and obligations. t present Indonesia has minesweeper ships that are members of the Fleet Mine Unit Rl. The development of technology today is experiencing rapid development in all aspects of human life. One of them is in the field of marine technology. Unmanned ships are a topic that is widely discussed because they can help ship operations in conditions that are less friendly to humans and in certain conditions, for example in mine sweeping. Planning and selecting an unmanned vessel for minesweeper in order to reduce personnel and material losses is the best choice.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance expectancy, price value, dan habit terhadap minat penggunaan fintech GOPAY pada mahasiswa STIE Tanjungpinang. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akuntansi STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang yang menggunakan GOPAY sebanyak 116 orang responden, menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling atau teknik sampel secara acak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program JASP version 0.17.21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data bersifat valid, reliabel dan normal. Untuk uji heteroskedastisitas menunjukkan tidak adanya heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel performance expectancy (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan fintech GOPAY (Y), sedangkan variabel price value (X2) dan habit (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan fintech GOPAY (Y). Pada uji koefisien determinasi, performance expectancy, price value dan habit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan fintech GOPAY sebesar 54,9%. Kata Kunci: Minat Penggunaan, Fintech, Performance Expectancy, Price Value dan Habit. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance expectancy, price value, and habit on interest in using GOPAY fintech among STIE Tanjungpinang students. The object of this study were all accounting students at STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang who used GOPAY as many as 116 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique or a random sampling technique. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used was data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the help of the JASP version 0.17.21 program. The results of this study indicate that the data are valid, reliable and normal. The heteroscedasticity test shows no heteroscedasticity. Based on the hypothesis test, the t test shows that the performance expectancy variable (X1) has no significant effect on interest in using GOPAY fintech (Y), while the price value (X2) and habit (X3) variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in using GOPAY fintech (Y). In the coefficient of determination test, performance expectancy, price value and habit have a significant effect on Interest in using GOPAY fintech by 54.9%. Abstract

Empowerment in the field of agriculture is one of the important sectors in Indonesia's development efforts to combat poverty. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, farmers are organized and structured within farmer groups in each hamlet and farmer group cooperatives (Gapoktan) at the village level. This study aims to obtain a deep understanding of the empowerment activities in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative and to analyze the stages of economic empowerment in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative in improving the welfare of farmers. This study is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that economic activities carried out by the cooperative include providing capital, implementing plantation, agriculture and livestock programs, handling livestock waste, and building cooperation with other parties. Every community empowerment activity needs to be based on appropriate work strategies for successful achievement of desired goals. Empowerment activities are carried out through three stages, starting from the awareness stage, capacity building stage, and empowerment stage. This forms the basis for the empowerment strategy in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative in Pekon Wonoharjo to improve the economic welfare of the community.INTISARIPemberdayaan pada bidang pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting pembangunan di Indonesia dalam upaya pemberantasan kemiskinan. Berdasarkan peraturan Mentri Pertanian, petani diatur dan ditata dalam wadah kelompok tani di tiap dusun dan gabungan kelompok tani (Gapoktan) di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kegiatan pemberdayaan pada Gapoktan rukun agawe sentosa serta untuk menganalisis tahapan pemberdayaan ekonomi pada Gapoktan rukun agawe sentosa dalam meningkatkan kesejahtraan petani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode interview dokumentasi, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan diantaranya Gapoktan berfungsi sebagai sarana penyedia modal, menjalankan program perkebunan, pertanian dan peternakan, berperan dalam penanganan limbah ternak serta membangun kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Setiap kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilandasi oleh strategi kerja yang tepat demi keberhasilannya mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pemberdayaaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap mulai dari tahap penyadaran, pengkapasitasan hingga pada tahap pendayaan. Hal tersebut juga yang menjadi basis strategi pemberdayaan pada Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa Pekon Wonoharjo dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Keberadaan kepala sekolah dalam lembaga pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan dan memimpin lembaga pendidikan, karena kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini mengungkap Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di SMPN 1 Praya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dependabilitas dan konfirmasi dilakukan oleh supervisor sebagai auditor dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berbasis TIK di SMPN 1 Praya Barat Daya disusun pada awal tahun ajaran baru dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah di bidang kurikulum. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berbasis TIK meliputi kunjungan kelas, online, observasi, kunjungan antar kelas, teknik individu dilanjutkan dengan pertemuan dengan guru, lokakarya studi kelompok guru mata pelajaran sejenis (MGMP), penataran, diskusi.
