Abstract

Sebagai negara yang kaya akan budaya, Indonesia kini menghadapi tantangan dalam melestarikan warisan tradisionalnya. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan modernisasi, banyak budaya lokal, termasuk budaya Malang di Jawa Timur, mulai dilupakan. Malang yang dikenal sebagai tujuan wisata dengan kekayaan budayanya dan warisan arsitekturalnya, mengalami penurunan apresiasi termasuk nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam arsitektur tradisional, karena generasi muda kurang menyadari pentingnya budaya tersebut dan lebih cenderung memilih budaya baru yang dianggap lebih praktis. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penerapan tema neo-vernakular dalam desain dapat menjadi solusi. Tema ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan menghidupkan kembali budaya lokal dengan memadukan elemen-elemen desain modern ke dalam bentuk arsitektur. Sehingga nilai-nilai budaya tetap terjaga dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Mental illnes adalah gangguan mental yang sering terjadi pada generasi sekarang yaitu generasi z. Blitar salah satu kota yang saat ini memiliki banyak kasus mental illnes yang menyebabkan bunuh diri. Menanggapi isu permasalahan tersebut maka perlu rancangan bangunan yang bertujuan sebagai tempat penyembuhan mental berupa healing and creative center. Metode perancangan menggunakan metode force based framework yaitu metode dengan pengumpulan data, pengelompokan data dan analisis data dengan konsep bentuk menyesuaikan fungsi. Pendekatan tema yang digunakan yaitu healing architecture, dengan memanfaatkan kondisi alam kedalam konsep rancangan. Dengan rancangan healing and creative center diharapkan dapat menjadi pusat penyembuhan mental illnes yang menerapkan prinsip pemenuhan aspek alam, psikologi, dan panca indera. Penyatuan unsur alam dan bangunan dapat mendukung penyembuhan terutama pada faktor kenyamanan dan ketenangan yang berpengaruh pada kondisi psikologi pasien.

Abstract

Pembangunan di Indonesia biasanya dirancang dan desain dengan peruntukan fungsi yang bersifat tunggal dimana perancangan ini menimbulkan beberapa problematika dan masalah pada nilai bangunan yang terkesan mati dan hanya terfokuskan pada acara-acara tertentu saja serta bangunan-bangunan terbangun ini biasanya hanya terpaku pada identitas bentuk yang bersifat umum, dengan demikian bisa diambil ide untuk adanya perancangan bangunan mixuse menggunakan tema kontemporer melalui metode concept based framework dengan memanfaatkan dua fungsi atau lebih yang saling berkaitan dan saling menguntungkan mau dari segi pemanfaatan fungsi ataupun fasilitas yang diusung pada bangunan yang diimbangi olah bentuk sebagai ciri/identitas bangunan, dengan ide ini maka bisa diambil ide perancangan bangunan mixuse MICE & E-SPORTS ARENA. Ide perancangan ini bisa diusulkan dikarenakan usulan ini selaras dengan latar belakang perancangan dan fungsi yang ingin dicapai.

Abstract

Irigasi permukaan (surface irrigation) diterapkan di Indonesia karena dulu jumlah air di lahan pertanian masih melimpah, sedangkan kondisi saat ini yang ada jumlah air semakin berkurang. Sistem irigasi yang meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan air adalah satu solusi yang dibutuhkan agar lahan tetap produktif, salah satunya adalah sistem irigasi pancar (sprinkler irrigation). Sistem irigasi pancar pada umumnya diterapkan pada tanaman yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Diantaranya untuk mengetahui desain layout jaringan irigasi pancar, kebutuhan kapasitas jaringan irigasi pancar, serta tipe pompa yang sesuai untuk perencanaan sistem irigasi pancar tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini disusun secara sistematis untuk melakukan analisis dalam mencari penyelesaian dari permasalahan yang ada. Penyelesaian studi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data (topografi, klimatologi, tanah, tanaman, pemompaan sumur). Hasil studi diperoleh kebutuhan air irigasi dan desain sistem jaringan irigasi pancar adalah tipe solid set. Jenis sprinkler yang digunakan yaitu metal impact sprinkler. Pipa yang digunakan yaitu pipa PVC dengan diameter 1 inch untuk pipa riser, 4 inch untuk pipa lateral dan 6 inch untuk pipa utama. Besar head pompa pada jaringan irigasi pancar adalah 30,6 meter dengan besar tenaga yang diperlukan sebesar 4,77 kW.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penentuan prioritas penanganan jalan di Wilayah I UPT Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Malang, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kondisi jalan yang mantap esensial untuk mendukung kelancaran transportasi dan perekonomian. Dengan keterbatasan dana, penentuan prioritas menjadi krusial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP) dan Analisis Multikriteria untuk mengintegrasikan aspek teknis dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prioritas penanganan harus mempertimbangkan kondisi teknis jalan dan dampak ekonomi. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk alokasi dana penanganan jalan yang efektif dan efisien, berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

The Self-Help Home Stimulant Assistance Program (BSRS) in Southeast Maluku Regency for the fiscal year 2023 faces potential risks that necessitate preventive measures to avert adverse consequences. This research aimed to identify, assess, and control the risks associated with the BSRS Program. The study employed literature reviews, interviews, and distributed questionnaires to 30 program stakeholders. The collected data underwent analysis using standard quantitative methods, encompassing risk identification, assessment, and control stages. Out of 19 risk variables, seven were categorized as Very High-Risk, five as High-Risk, and six as Moderate Risk. The research findings emphasize the imperative need for targeted control measures, such as enhancing coordination and technical activities, to mitigate and avoid identified risks in the BSRS Program implementation. The implications of this study extend beyond risk management, providing valuable insights for program improvement and sustainability. By addressing the identified risks, the BSRS Program can not only safeguard against potential negative outcomes but also enhance its effectiveness and long-term success, contributing positively to community welfare in Southeast Maluku Regency. This research serves as a foundation for informed decision-making, fostering a more resilient and robust implementation of stimulant assistance programs in the region.

Abstract

Thin film characteristics are the properties possessed by the thin film, both physical and chemical properties. The characteristics of this thin film are influenced by several factors, namely the material that makes up the thin film, the thin film deposition method, and the conditions of the thin film deposition process. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends in the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2015-2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research on thin film synthesis that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices indexed by Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 experienced a fluctuating increase, however, in 2023 there was a decline in the trend of research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, book chapters, preprints, and edited books that discuss research into the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices. Key words that are often used in research on the characteristics of thin films as electronic devices are thin film coating, heat transfer characteristic, film characteristic, and photovoltaic characteristic.

Abstract

Peternakan adalah suatu kegiatan usaha untuk meningkatkan biotik berupa hewan ternak dengan cara meningkatkan produksi ternak yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ternak tersebut, peternak hendaknya menerapkan sapta usaha ternak yang meliputi bibit, pakan, perkandangan, reproduksi, pengendalian penyakit, pengolahan pascapanen, dan pemasaran. Hendaknya bibit yang dipilih adalah bibit unggul yang dapat menghasilkan keturunan yang unggul pula. Bibit yang unggul dapat diketahui melalui proses seleksi genetik. Pakan ternak merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok pengusaha yang berkecimbung di dunia peternakan. Kebutuhan pakan ternak saat ini semakin meningkat seiring dengan semakin banyaknya pengusaha ternak lainnya. Sedangkan harga pakan semakin mahal sehingga banyak peternak yang mengeluh masalah pemenuhan pakan ternak. “Konco Tani Makmur” sebagai pelaku pembudidaya kambing Etawa berharap adanya jenis pakan ternak yang ekonomis, murah tapi berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a systematic understanding of a decision-making model for material selection based on Systems Engineering Management (SEM), Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM), and Value Engineering (VE) in road infrastructure projects in Timor Leste. Given the strategic role of road infrastructure in supporting economic growth in developing countries, appropriate material selection is a critical factor influencing cost efficiency, technical performance, and project sustainability. However, current material selection practices tend to be subjective and often fail to adequately consider multidimensional aspects such as life-cycle costs and environmental impacts. Therefore, the application of MCDM- and VE-based approaches is necessary to improve the quality and objectivity of decision-making in optimal material selection. Using a scoping review methodology, this study identifies and synthesizes existing literature on the application of SEM, MCDM, and VE in infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on material selection processes. The findings reveal that although MCDM methods such as AHP, TOPSIS, and VIKOR have been widely applied in infrastructure projects, the integration of SEM, MCDM, and VE into a structured and unified decision-making system remains limited, particularly in the context of developing countries such as Timor Leste. This gap indicates a significant opportunity to develop a more comprehensive decision-support model capable of enhancing cost efficiency, material quality, and the sustainability of infrastructure projects.From a theoretical perspective, this study contributes to the engineering management literature by strengthening the conceptual integration of SEM, MCDM, and VE in infrastructure material selection decision-making. From a practical standpoint, the findings are expected to provide a valuable foundation for the Roads Fund Infrastructure Timor Leste in developing a value-based decision model to support optimal material selection in their infrastructure projects. Future research is recommended to validate the proposed model through case studies or empirical simulations to assess its effectiveness and feasibility in real-world applications.

Abstract

Infrastructure development plays a crucial role in promoting economic growth and social welfare, particularly in developing countries such as Timor Leste. However, infrastructure projects in such contexts often face technical, managerial, and social challenges that limit their effectiveness and sustainability. One of the key issues identified is the limited integration of community participation within civil engineering management practices. This study aims to systematically map and analyze existing literature on participatory-based civil engineering management models for infrastructure development through a scoping review approach. This research adopts a qualitative scoping review methodology following established review frameworks to identify, select, and synthesize relevant peer-reviewed studies published over the past decade. Academic databases including Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect were used to retrieve literature focusing on civil engineering management, community participation, and infrastructure development in developing countries. The selected studies were analyzed thematically to identify key trends, model components, and research gaps. The findings indicate that although community participation is widely recognized as an important factor in enhancing project relevance, sustainability, and social acceptance, its implementation within civil engineering management remains fragmented and largely confined to the planning stage. Moreover, existing models tend to emphasize technical and managerial efficiency while insufficiently integrating participatory and social dimensions. In the context of Timor Leste, these limitations are further compounded by institutional capacity constraints and post-conflict governance challenges. This study concludes that there is a critical need for a comprehensive and context-sensitive civil engineering management model that integrates technical rigor with meaningful community participation across all stages of infrastructure development. The results of this scoping review provide a conceptual foundation for future empirical research and offer practical insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to achieve inclusive and sustainable infrastructure development in Timor Leste and similar developing country contexts.
