Abstract

Despite the rapid expansion of digital payment services in Indonesia, adoption among MSMEs remains uneven. This study examines the effects of financial literacy, social environment, and perceived ease of use on digital payment adoption and the moderating role of education. Data from 172 MSME owners in Banyumas Regency were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that financial literacy, social environment, and perceived ease of use significantly enhance digital payment adoption, while education has no moderating effect. These findings imply that improving financial capability, strengthening business networks, and providing user-friendly digital payment services are more effective than relying on formal educational attainment.

Abstract

This study examines how destination image and perceived risk influence hikers’ revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable, in the context of Mount Prau hiking route via Patak Banteng. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected online through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to respondents who had hiked the route at least twice, ensuring adequate experience for evaluation. The analysis employed PLS-SEM to assess measurement validity and to test direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The findings indicate that destination image significantly strengthens tourist satisfaction and directly increases revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction also plays a crucial role in shaping revisit intention and mediates the effect of destination image on revisit intention, indicating that revisit intention is largely driven by how hikers evaluate their actual experience after visiting. Conversely, perceived risk does not significantly affect satisfaction or revisit intention, and satisfaction does not mediate the risk–revisit relationship. Practically, strengthening emotional-visual impressions, improving facilities, managing crowding, and reinforcing safety management are strategic priorities to enhance satisfaction and sustain revisit intention for nature-based adventure destinations.

Abstract

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of digital financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance, with financial behavior as a mediator. The population used is the MSE actors in the South Brebes Regency area, consisting of 6 sub-districts. Sampling using the convenience sampling technique calculated by the Slovin formula, resulting in 110 participants. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale, and then examined with SmartPLS 3.0 software. According to the results, adopting fintech is not the only way for MSEs to achieve excellent financial performance; responsible financial behavior and a firm understanding of digital financial literacy are also essential. Theoretically, this study highlights that enhancing MSE financial performance requires a combination of financial expertise and efficient technology use, since technology is insufficient on its own without the capacity to understand and utilize financial data strategically. From a managerial standpoint, the findings suggest that improving MSE actors’ financial capabilities, especially their comprehension, interpretation, and application of digital financial tools and concepts, is essential to guaranteeing that fintech solutions can be utilized efficiently. In an increasingly digital economic world, this capacity helps business owners make strategic, sustainable, and well-informed decisions that support the long-term resilience and success of their companies.
