Abstract

This research examines the government's efforts in tackling unemployment in Binjai City from a sharia economic perspective. The importance of this research stems from the fact that there are still many people who are unemployed, coupled with the presence of covid-19, which makes people who work partly laid off and it is difficult to find work due to the lack of available job vacancies in Binjai City. It is hoped that the efforts of the Binjai City government can overcome unemployment with various programs, capital, coaching, and training. If the problem of overcoming unemployment is not optimal, it will have an impact on increasing the number of poverty and reducing people's welfare.This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The data used in this study using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were divided into three, namely: key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. In this article, data collection techniques such as interviews and observations were used to generate raw data, which were then processed using interactive model qualitative data analysis techniques to ensure their validity.The results of the study indicate that the efforts made by the government of Binjai City have not been maximized, but are sufficient to reduce the existing unemployment, although not significantly. Some of the abilities gained from the training are in line with the training held and some are not, but they are able to open new businesses. Keywords:government efforts, unemployment

Abstract

This article contains the development of the Islamic capital market and the introduction of Sharia products in the capital market. The purpose of this article is to determine the development of the Islamic capital market and the introduction of Islamic products in the capital market. The Islamic capital market is a capital market whose entire mechanism of activity, especially regarding issuers, the types of securities traded and the trading mechanism, are in accordance with sharia principles. Meanwhile, what is meant by sharia securities are securities as referred to in the laws and regulations in the capital market sector whose contracts, company management and issuance methods comply with sharia principles. The data collected used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is data taken through intermediaries or parties who have previously collected the data, in other words, researchers do not directly take their own data into the field. Secondary data is obtained from previous journal review data related to insurance, Islamic capital market development and product introduction. Sharia in the capital market. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results show that the development of the Islamic capital market has an effect on national economic growth, the importance of the role of the Islamic capital market in encouraging the rate of economic growth in Indonesia as seen from the development of the Islamic capital market will affect macroeconomic indicators such as the real exchange rate, inflation rate and growth. economy as measured by real gross domestic product. Sharia products in the capital market are sharia shares, sukuk and sharia mutual funds.

Abstract

Bentuk jamak dari “shakk”, yaitu kata “sukuk”, yang merupakan istilah bahasa Arab yang dapat diartikan sebagai dokumen. Padahal, sukuk adalah bukti kepemilikan. Sukuk mewakili kepentingan penuh atau sebagian atas suatu aset atau sekelompok aset. Sukuk bukanlah istilah baru dalam sejarah Islam. Istilah ini telah dikenal sejak Abad Pertengahan ketika digunakan oleh umat Islam dalam kaitannya dengan perdagangan Internasional. Industri keuangan syariah merasakan stimulus ekonomi dan manfaat sukuk sebagai alat keuangan syariah dalam pembiayaan pembangunan, namun dampaknya belum signifikan. Masalah utama percepatan sukuk yang belum tercapai di Indonesia adalah berdasrkan kesaksian banyak orang, dan pengembangannya perlu dilakukan dengan studi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan sukuk di Indonesia. Pengembangan sukuk di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber pendanaan pemerintah yang potensial. Sukuk memiliki beberapa keunggulan, antara lain: Ini dapat diperdagangkan, dapat ditawarkan kepada investor domestik dan global, dan aman karena didukung oleh aset dasar yang sebenarnya

Abstract

The theme of this research is The Role of Sukuk Theory and Implementation in that it is one of the most innovative products in the contemporary Islamic development of the financial system. The development of Sukuk in Indonesia and market absorption of them is very encouraging. One of the most populous Muslim countries in the world, there is great interest from the public for Sukuk as an important instrument of Islamic finance. Researchers in this case use descriptive qualitative methods. Research which means collecting data from various sources and then doing a series of analyzes which will later be shown in the form of stories and pictures because it is not allowed to show numbers in this study. Which will be very helpful in understanding the phenomenon that occurs. The purpose of this research is to make sure that readers can know more about what Sukuk is, and how it is implemented, and finally can add insight and knowledge for readers. Keywords: Sukuk Concept and Sukuk Application ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertema Peran Teori dan Implementasi Sukuk dakam hal ini merupakan salah satu produk yang paling inovatif dalam perkembangan islam kontemporer sistem keuangan. Perkembangan Sukuk di Indonesia serta penyerapan pasar terhadapnya sangat menggembirakan. Salah satu dari negara yang berpenduduk muslim di dunia, adapun minat dari masyarakat yang sangat besar untuk Sukuk sebagai instrumen penting dari keuangan Islam. Peneliti dalam hal ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian yang artinya dilakukannya pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber lalu kemudian dilakukannya serangkaian analisis yang nantinya akan ditunjukkan dalam wujud cerita dan gambar karena tidak diperkenankannya menunjukkan angka-angka dalam penelitian ini. Yang hal tersebut nantinya akan sangat membantu untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini yaitu agar pembaca pastinya bisa lebih mengetahui apa itu Sukuk, dan bagaimana Implementasinya, dan akhirnya dapat menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan untuk pembaca. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Regional Original Income, Balancing Funds and Capital Expenditures on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Governments in North Sumatra Province. The population of this research is districts/cities in North Sumatra Province as many as 33 districts/cities in the 2017-2021 observation year. The type of sample in this study uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. The data is processed by using panel data regression statistical test with the help of Econometric Views (Eviews) software version 10. The results of this study prove that Regional Original Income, Balancing Funds, and Capital Expenditures simultaneously affect the Financial Performance of Regency/City Governments in North Sumatra Province. Partially Local Original Income, and Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Financial Performance. while the balancing fund has no effect on financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of Mutiara Garbage Bank in Community Economic Empowerment. This research was conducted in Binjai Village, Medan Denai District. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The instruments used in this research are interviews (interviews) conducted by the author, observation and documentation. This research is field research located at the Waste Bank in Mandailing Natal Regency using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. Using data analysis techniques qualitative descriptive method and using data validity test with triangulation. The results showed that the role of the Waste Bank in Mandailing Natal Regency in an effort to improve the welfare of the community was to conduct economic empowerment activities. Economic empowerment activities carried out by the Waste Bank in Mandailing Natal Regency include waste savings, inorganic waste crafts, and many more. With the Garbage Bank in Mandailing Natal Regency, it can empower the community's economy by involving the potential of the community in handling the waste they have through proper and proper waste sorting and management. With the Garbage Bank in Mandailing Natal Regency, it has an economic impact on the community and makes a clean environment free from waste and improves the quality of public health from air, soil and water pollution caused by garbage.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one sector that is the focus of attention in economic growth. Where economic growth is marked success based on the amount of national income. The method used in this study is to use library research which originates from books, journals, articles. (both in print and electronic form). The conclusions of this study are: first, the agricultural sector has a significant influence on the country. Second, the agricultural sector is one of the sectors supporting national economic growth, especially when there is an economic crisis. Third, although the agricultural sector is said to be good, it is known that there is still a lack of productivity, human resources, capital and even technological innovation that is still lagging behind neighboring countries. Fourth, the success of the national income is one of them influenced by the succeeding of the agricultural sector, while the successful of the Agricultural sector cannot be separated from government policies themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out personal selling using the SWOT analysis method and to find out Islamic ethics in marketing activities at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar. Personal selling is direct interaction with prospective buyers to influence purchasing decisions. So the method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis, interviews, documentation and observation used as data collection techniques. Primary data is used as the main data obtained from interviews with Account Officers and secondary data from books, journals and so on. PT.Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar Tanjung Morawa is in quadrant I, which means that this bank has a strong opportunity to provide innovation and aggressive strategy recommendations, the ethics applied in PT.Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Sp-Sy Kayu Besar, namely honesty , responsibility, trust, satisfaction and ethics are in accordance with monotheism or are in accordance with Islamic ethics and personal selling in the bank has more advantages than weaknesses, this is what makes marketing run smoothly with the personal selling method.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak pertumbuhan produk domestik bruto (PDB), tingkat laju inflasi, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap nilai impor di Indonesia pada periode 2014-2022, dengan pendekatan dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel berupa data Nilai Impor triwulan 2014-2022. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis linier berganda (multiple regression analysis model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari produk domestik bruto terhadap nilai impor di Indonesia. Namun, laju inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai impor. Selain itu, nilai tukar rupiah juga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai impor di Indonesia. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, variabel-variabel independen, yaitu produk domestik bruto, tingkat laju inflasi, dan nilai tukar rupiah, secara signifikan mempengaruhi variasi variabel dependen, yaitu nilai impor.Kata Kunci: PDB, Inflasi, Nilai Tukar Rupiah, Impor

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh. Jenis data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2013-2022, Indeks pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Provinsi Aceh tahun 2013-2022 dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) dan Indeks pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2013-2022.
