Abstract

Demi memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan yang terus berkembang, perpustakaan di seluruh dunia telah menggunakan sistem manajemen perpustakaan sebagai alat penting dalam menyederhanakan operasional dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna perpustakaan. Pengabdian ini menyajikan studi kasus keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi SLiMS Senayan untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan di SMP Negeri 2 Purwosari. Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana SMP Negeri 2 Purwosari memanfaatkan aplikasi SLiMS Senayan untuk memperbarui layanannya, dengan fokus pada bidang-bidang utama Manajemen Katalog dan Layanan Sirkulasi. Studi kasus ini menyoroti dampak transformatif penerapan SLiMS Senayan di SMP Negeri 2 Purwosari. Dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen perpustakaan yang kuat ini, perpustakaan tidak hanya memodernisasi layanannya tetapi juga memposisikan dirinya sebagai institusi yang dinamis dan berpusat pada pengguna. Program yang telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan layanan administrasi perpustakaan yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi SLiMS yang dimodifikasi. Program pengabdian ini berisi beberapa kegiatan seperti: koordinasi bersama tim dan mitra, kegiatan pelatihan, kegiatan modifikasi aplikasi SLiMS, pendampingan pengguna dan aplikasi SLiMS, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi terhadap program yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman yang baik sesudah pelatihan SLiMS. Petugas perpustakaan dapat menjalankan aplikasi SLiMS dengan mandiri setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most important area in Indonesia. The agricultural area is also important in supporting national food security. Indonesia has quite a lot of potential for farmer resources, but the problem is that regeneration of millennial farmers has decreased. The purpose of this community service is the implementation of the DutaTani system which has been developed since 2016. Dutataniku is one of the applications in the DutaTani system in the form of a modern agricultural portal that starts from processing farmer information structures and learning information. UKDW Faculty of Information Technology together with the partner of the Balai Penyuluh Pertanian (BPP) Pandak Bantul invite young farmers to participate in advancing the agricultural area through training on the use of the Dutataniku application. Participatory learning methods are used in learning activities with farmers so that it can be seen how well the application is and its benefits for farmers. At the end of the activity, the use of applications and surveys was carried out with a success rate of application functionality at 90.95% and 83% of users agreed that the Dutataniku application was able to bring users better in managing and accessing agricultural information. This is of course related to improving the quality of information managed by users.

Abstract

Spesifikasi kebutuhan merupakan bagian penting dalam proses rekayasa kebutuhan perangkat lunak. Spesifikasi kebutuhan menjadi penghubung antara system analyst dan programmer yang akan melakukan pengembangan sistem. Proses rekayasa kebutuhan merupakan pekerjaan yang bersifat time consuming dan membutuhkan effort yang besar bagi analis sistem. Pekerjaan analis untuk melakukan rekayasa kebutuhan dapat lebih efisien atau lebih cepat dengan bantuan tool untuk mengotomatisasi proses rekayasa kebutuhan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan spesifikasi kebutuhan berupa class diagram secara otomatis dari data kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk membantu analis dalam melakukan spesifikasi kebutuhan. Spesifikasi kebutuhan yang dihasilkan merupakan pengembangan dari Automatic Requirments Engineering Model (AREM). Pembentukan class diagram dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pembentukan class diagram dari data kebutuhan, penanganan duplikasi objek pada diagram, dan refinement class diagram. Pembentukan diagram pada tahap pertama dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemrosesan teks, sementara itu penanganan duplikasi objek dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan term-frequency (TF) dan gabungan algoritma CombineTF dan Jaro-Winkler. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset kebutuhan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi koperasi. Penelitian berhasil mengembangkan model untuk otomatisasi pembentukan class diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penanganan duplikasi objek pada class diagram mampu mengatasi 62,5% duplikasi objek dengan nilai precision 0,94 dan nilai akurasi 0,97 untuk nilai threshold algoritma ≥ 0.8.

Abstract

The role of staff is important in educational institutions because they help to manage administrative matters. Technological advancements, such as Microsoft Office 365, offer staff tools to streamline administrative tasks efficiently. The applications within Microsoft Office 365 are tailored to support administrative workflows, allowing staff to prioritize student learning experiences. SMA BOPKRI 1 Yogyakarta employs educators who believe that leveraging technology can balance teaching and administrative duties. In collaboration with FTI UKDW, a community service initiative was conducted to assist staff in understanding and implementing Microsoft Office 365 applications as a performance evaluation tool. This training covered four main applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Canva. The initiative was executed as planned despite scheduling challenges. Training sessions held during workdays and hours hindered optimal participation. Thus, conducting them during inter-semester breaks or school holidays is recommended. The training modules were tailored to the school's needs, and the implementation results showed improved administrative capabilities. The outcomes of the training can be used as a means to evaluate the information technology literacy of educational staff.

Abstract

Most of the research using the Arima (p,d,q) focused on the accuracy of prediction results. Unlike other research, this work examines the training data period suitable for modeling ARIMA (p,d,q) in stock prices. Due to the volatile movement of stocks, the number of training data is assumed to affect the LQ45 prediction results. This research used five kinds of training data, including daily data for up to 5 years. With these five types of data series, the Arima (p,d,q) was made for LQ45 stocks. The prediction was conducted for two months after obtaining the model 5 data series of LQ45 stocks. Two months of data were used for January and February 2021 prediction test data. The results of this prediction were compared with the test data to produce the MAPE value. Based on the observations and calculation results, the most suitable stock to use the Arima (p,d,q) was ASII. In 5 years, the stocks produced the lowest MAPE value of 0.05%. Relatively stable LQ45 stocks with no change in the Arima (p,d,q) using four consecutive data series were ACES, CTRA, INTP, MIKA, and TLKM. Based on the MAPE value analysis performed in this study, we concluded that the best period to use the Arima (p,d,q) for LQ45 stocks is two years, with a median error rate of only 6.0091%.

Abstract

Indoor Positioning System (IPS) can determine someone’s position inside a building. The common method used is implemented by WiFi signal strength analising. This paper discusses about how to do IPS using K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method, that also analyze the accuracy. K-Means is used to cluster dataset. Each data in certain cluster then classified using KNN method. The dataset consists of 11658 Received Signal Strength (RSS) from 177 Access Point (AP) in UKDW. Accuracy of system analized using 10-fold Cross Validation method which is applied in a range of k=2 to k=11 for clusterisation process, then k=1 to k=5 for classification process. Based on the experiment results, system can determine someone’s position with 88.49% accuracy which k optimum is 10 for clusterisation process, and k=1 for classification process.

Abstract

Pathfinding is a way to find the shortest route between two points. There are several A* variant algorithms such as Iterative Deepening A* (IDA*) algorithm, Partial Expansion A* (PEA*), and Jump Point Search (JPS). In this research, the writer evaluates the performance of A*, IDA* algorithm, JPS, and PEA* algorithm. The algorithms are implemented in pacman game and the writer get the data by measuring visited nodes, and the route it takes.  Based  on the  analysis  of  algorithms  in  a  game,  it concluded that  the algorithms  have  the  same  path solution, but JPS algorithm has less visited nodes than A*, IDA*, and PEA*

Abstract

Abstract — Asa Mandiri Motor Dealer is one of the companies involved in the sale and purchase of used motorcycles. The problem that occurs at Asa Mandiri Motor Dealer is the decline in customer visits due to the lack of strategic location of the main dealer. The purpose of establishing a system for developing Asa Mandiri Motor dealer through the Waterfall method website is to measure the quality level using the webqual 4.0 method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the assessment tests and improvements that are required to improve the service to users and customers through the website.In this study, the author also tested the waterfall method using black box testing to determine the level of functionality on the site, and using tests on the quality level of the site to make recommendations for improvements through quadrant analysis in the Webqual 4.0 method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This test was conducted on 50 respondents based on the type of respondent (client, non-client (general public), administrator). The results of the study show that the website can be accessed online, the level of website functionality that meets the design requirements, still has a gap value of -0.07, which means that the site is still not in accordance to the needs of users with relatively small scores and author has made improvements to the indicators (INF1, INF2, INF3, USA4, USA5), but no further testing has been done. Abstract

Clustering is a technique in data mining thatgroups data sets into similar data clusters. One of thealgorithms that is commonly used for clustering is K-Means.However, the K-Means algorithm has several weaknesses, oneof them is the random factor in initial centroid selection, sothat cluster result is inconsistent even though it is tested withthe exact same data. The Modified K-Means algorithm focuseson selecting the initial centroid to overcome inconsistencies ofcluster results in the K-Means method. The test was conductedusing sentipol dataset and only focused on comment data.Furthermore, the specified number of clusters is 3 based on thenumber of existing comment labels (positive, negative, andneutral). According to testing result proves that Modified KMeans algorithm produces better purity value than K-Meansalgorithm. Modified K-Means algorithm produces average ofpurity value 0,42, while K-Means produces average of purityvalue 0,391. Meanwhile, from testing related to random factorsconducted 5 times with the same attributes and test data, theresults of the cluster on the Modified K-Means algorithm didnot change, so automatically the resulting purity value was alsothe same. Whereas in the K-Means algorithm, the clusterresults always change in each test, so the result of purity valueis also likely to change.

Abstract

The entry of technology in agriculture also has a big influence in supporting farmers in making their work easier. Many agricultural systems are formed that can encourage the success of farming productivity, such as an example of a system for collecting farmer data and farming activities, a land management system, land preparation so that a system that provides information as learning for farmers and farmer groups. In this study, the usability test and acceptance test of the web application mapping system for agricultural land will be carried out to see the level of reusability and the level of acceptance of the system. Usability testing uses the usability testing method, while acceptance testing uses the technology acceptance model method and uses an eye tracker in testing and the Partial Least Square software to process data. The results of this study indicate the level of usability of the combining metrics task success is 93%, time on task is 43%, error is 60% and efficiency is 70%. For the results of the acceptance test, it was obtained that two of the five hypotheses had a significant and significant influence, namely the perceived ease of perception on the perceived usefulness and the perceived attitude of use towards behavioral interest.
