The research carried out was class action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles which included four meetings. Data collection techniques are observation, test (evaluation), and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in social studies learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Sarudu V, Pasangkayu Regency. Likewise, the observed data in each cycle showed a positive change in student attitudes. The above can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes, namely the class average score in the pre-cycle was 72 then in the first cycle it became 72 and in the second cycle it became 77. The number of students who were able to achieve KKM ≥ 70 in the pre-cycle there were 11 students, in the second cycle I have 14 students, and in cycle II there are 21 students. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycle was 52%, the first cycle was 66% and the second cycle was 100%, so that in the second cycle, more than 80% of students achieved the KKM criteria ≥70.

Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) memberikan suatu pengaruh besar terhadap pola pikir dan perilaku terhadap masyarakat untuk berbuat dan bertingkah laku positif untuk kemajuan kesejahteraan dan semangat gotong royong di masyarakat pada suatu desa. Namun demikian LPM kelurahan Tanah Jaya kecamatan Kajang belum menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai mediator, fasilitator dan motivator dengan maksimal, yang disebabkan oleh kader LPM yang kurang aktif serta keterbatasan sumber dana LPM. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai peran lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap pembangunan desa berbasis lokalitas adat di kabupaten Bulukumba khususnya LPM di kelurahan Tanah Jaya kecamatan Kajang. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pembinaan. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya melakukan sosialisasi peran LPM Kelurahan Tanah Jaya Kecamatan Kajang sebagai media komunikasi, informasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat setempat mengenai pentingnya LPM untuk terus diberdayakan dan dikembangkan. Selain itu juga terjadi peningkatan strategi dan metode dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan budaya lokalitas adat.

The development of character based modules for the practicality of the elementary social studies learning process is part of the efforts made to overcome learning problems. Facts obtained in the field, the learning process is directed at children's ability to memorize information without understanding the information obtained, so that the impact is unable to develop children's ability to think critically and systematically. The purpose of this research is to develop a character-based module for the elementary social studies learning process. This type of research and development uses a 4-D (Four-D) development model which consists of four stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the dissemination stage. The practicality test is carried out after the development stage. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire, namely a teacher response questionnaire and a student response questionnaire. Data validation was carried out by 2 validators, namely expert validators in the field of social science and practitioner validators. Practical analysis uses the results of teacher and student responses. The module is said to be practical if it is at a fairly practical level, which is at number 3 out of 4 (very practical). The results of the analysis, the character-based module which is stated to be very practical, can be seen from the results of the teacher's response questionnaire and the student's response with an overall average score of 4 very practical, thus providing the development and application of the character-based module very practical because it can make it easier for teachers and students. learn in the learning process.

Lack of motivation to learn social studies in 5th grade students of SD Inpres Tattakang, so students are less interested and play a lot when learning takes place. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the animated media-based Discovery Learning Model on the social studies learning motivation of 5th grade students of SD Inpres Tattakang Pallangga. This type of research is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design experiment. The sampling technique used random sampling. The sample in this study was class 5a which amounted to 27 people as the control class and class 5b which amounted to 28 people as the experimental class. This type of data collection uses a motivational questionnaire to measure learning motivation. The data analysis technique used is the Manova test, which was previously tested for normality and homogeneity. The results of this study showed an increase in social studies learning motivation, the results of the motivation questionnaire Manova test obtained a sig value. 0.00 0.05 (smaller than 0.05) with a 95% confidence level, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the animated media-based Discovery Learning Modelon the learning motivation of 5th graders at SD Inpres Tattakang Pallangga. So, it can be concluded that the learning model of Discovery Learning based on animation media has an influence on the social studies learning motivation of the 5th grade students of SD Inpres Tattakang.

The main problem in this study is the method of teaching which is still not optimal, the lack of student learning motivation and the low student learning outcomes. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to apply the Numbered Head Together model and the Talking Stick Model to increase social studies learning motivation and outcomes. The research design used in this experimental research is quasi-experimental, using the Pretest-Posttest, Nonequivalent Multiple Group Design. This research uses two experimental classes. The first experimental class (X1) was treated using the Numbered Head Together model and the second experimental class (X2) was treated using the Talking Stick model. The sampling technique in this study was to use Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sample. Research data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.The results of the research show that there is no significant influence between the simultaneous learning model on the motivation and learning outcomes of Social Sciences for class V students at Kaluku Bodoa State Primary School with a significant value of 0.822 0.05, which means that H1 is rejected. H0 is accepted.

Focusky sebagai media pembelajaran adalah aplikasi dengan penyajian yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat pembelajaran melalui kombinasi kemampuan zoom untuk menarik perhatian siswa selama proses pembelajaran dan mempengaruhi hasil pembelajaran siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Focusky Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Siswa SMA Negeri 10 Jeneponto. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Eksperiment Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menampakkan bahwa adanya Pengaruh Aplikasi Focusky pada Hasil Belajar Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Siswa SMA Negeri 10 Jeneponto. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji non-parametrik yaitu Mann-Whitney hasil post-test kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen mendapatkan nilai asymp. sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,032. Dari hasil nilai signifikansi tersebut kurang dari 0,05 sehingga berdasarkan kriteria Keputusan uji Mann-Whitney bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Uji Mann-Whitney bahwa Ha diterima menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh aplikasi focusky pada hasil belajar Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti siswa SMA Negeri 10 Jeneponto. Sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa saat belajar pada kelas kontrol rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa saat proses pembelajaran sebesar 67,8% sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 90,16%. Persentase tersebut membuktikan adanya peningkatan sebesar 22,36%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas eksperimen menggunakan media pembelajaran focusky saat belajar lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Disiplin kerja merupakan aspek fundamental yang berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis indikator-indikator utama disiplin kerja melalui kajian literatur dan studi empiris. Indikator disiplin kerja mencakup berbagai aspek yang mencerminkan kepatuhan, komitmen, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap aturan dan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan survei. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi beberapa indikator utama disiplin kerja, yaitu: (1) Kehadiran dan ketepatan waktu; (2) Kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan prosedur; (3) Produktivitas kerj; (4) Kualitas kerja; (5) Perilaku dan sikap. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa disiplin kerja yang baik berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Karyawan yang memiliki disiplin kerja tinggi cenderung menunjukkan performa yang lebih konsisten dan dapat diandalkan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih tertib dan efisien, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan pelanggaran.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas banyaknya jenis game online yang mengandung unsur kekerasan yang sangat digemari oleh anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Salah satunya adalah game free fire. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu Exspost Facto. Penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner berupa angket yang diberikan pada siswa SD Inpres Puro’ro Bantaeng dalam rangka menganalisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain game free fire terhadap pembentukan karakter anak pada siswa SD Inpres Puro’ro Kabupaten Bantaeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD Inpres Puro’ro Kabupaten Bantaeng dengan jumlah populasi 85 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Inpres Puro’ro Kabupaten Bantaeng yang berjumlah 16 siswa dengan menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh bermain game free fire terhadap pembentukan karakter anak dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Angka rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel pada signifikan 5% (0,730 > 0,514) dengan jumlah reponden 16 orang siswa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bermain game free fire berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter anak yang ditunjukkan oleh rhitung sebesar 0,730 yang tergolong berada pada korelasi “kuat”.
