After the convergence of IFRS in Indonesia, according to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 1, economic entities are required to provide information about comprehensive income in their financial statements. This regulatory change is expected to improve the quality of earnings as measured by value relevance and predictive value. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the effect of IFRS convergence in Indonesia, especially regarding the presentation of comprehensive income, on the quality of net income and comprehensive income as measured by value relevance and predictive value. Furthermore, the value relevance and predictive value of comprehensive income will be compared with the value relevance and predictive value of net income. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014, except for companies in the financial sector. The results showed that there was a significant value relevance and predictive value for both comprehensive income and net income. However, when comparing the value relevance and predictive value of the two incomes, it is found that net income is superior to net income. However, it should be noted that the advantages of net income compared to comprehensive income are not significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine the maximum oxygen uptake of athletesSepak takrawSports Talent State High School (SMANKO) Bengkulu Province. This study is a descriptive study. Collect data using a survey method with tests and measurements. This instrument is used to measure the maximum VO2 test using the Bleep test. The subject of this research is AthleteSepak takrawThe State High School of Sports Talent (SMANKO) of Bengkulu Province totaled 11 athletes. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative description analysis presented in percentage form. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the athletes' maximum oxygen uptake is as follows: In the very good category there are 0 athletes (0%), in the good category there are 0 athletes (0%), the moderate category there are 11 athletes (100%), in the poor category there are 0 athletes (0%) and very bad category there are 0 athletes (0%)

This study aims to produce a brain exercise-based computer application learning model to improve learning outcomes of PKOM students at Dehasen University Bengkulu. This type of research is a development research that produces a learning model based on brain exercise in understanding the concepts of the basics of using Ms. Excel whose syntax is a) introduction, b) core activities include (i) the problem giving phase, (ii) the investigation phase, (iii)) the group discussion phase, (iv) the class discussion phase, (v) the application phase, c) the closing phase. The development design according to Plomp (1999) consists of five phases, namely: initial investigation, design / design, construction / realization, testing, evaluation & revision and implementation. The subjects of this study were students of the first semester of Computer Education at Dehasen University Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year with 18 students. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) from the results of the trials conducted 2 times which were limited trials in this study it can be concluded that all aspects are determined to state that the learning model and all the learning tools developed are practical and effective has been fulfilled then the development cycle to get a practical and effective learning model has ended. But even though all the criteria are met, there are some revisions that must be made to get the final prototype. Revisions made related to the use of language in model books and student activity sheets. After the revision was carried out, a final prototype was obtained, namely a valid, practical, and effective computer-based learning model for brain exercise.

This study was based on the findings during teaching and learning process at FKIP Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu (the Faculty of Educational Science and Teacher Training of Dehasen University of Bengkulu). There was a phenomenon of declining of good character value and morality. This is because of the misused of advancing technology by students that brings negative impact on the students' character and morality. This phenomenon was especially found among new students of FKIP (Faculty of Educational Science and Teacher Training) on their early stage of study. At the meeting of Educational Profession (Profesi Pendidikan) course, we did early observation by making contract with the new student.. They generally still brought their local character and moralor their old behavior. This could be seen, for example, they talked to their lecturers and seniors impolitely or often used their local language. Everyone's patience was needed in dealing withthis phenomenon. As the lectures progressed, especially Educational Profession course, we tried to internalize character values toward the students. This had positive impact for them. Today, they are found to be more polite, for example, they greet their lecturers and seniors when they meet them. This study dealt with character values such as: religious, discipline, honest, hard work, responsible, love peace, appreciate achievements, and friendly or communicative. This Exploratory study which was done to internalize character value of the students, has positive impact, this can be seen fromthepositive progress of students' character. Students who already have good character will keep learning to have better personality. This wil affect their future job, especially if they become teachers.

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, sehingga hampir semua sisi kehidupan manusia sudah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk mempermudah pekerjaan sehari-hari. Universitas Dehasen merupakan salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi yang kesehariannya memiliki pekerjaan yang banyak dan rumit. Sehingga kebutuhan teknologi komputer merupakan suatu keharusan guna untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pihak yang membutuhkan baik dalam hal manajemen dan administrasinya. Rancangan ini dibuat karena selama ini di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang terpadu, pengolahan datanya masih menggunakan Aplikasi Ms. Excel. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana cara pembuatan Sistem Inventarisasi Aset Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu menggunakan komputer secara optimal untuk mengolah data inventarisasi dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi yaitu menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Borland Delphi 7.0, sehingga dapat membantu kelancaran dalam memberikan informasi tentang inventaris aset milik Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Inventarisasi Aset Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Borland Delphi 7.0, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan data Inventarisasi Aset Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dapat dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang terincih, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif, efisien, lengkap dan akurat.

Analysis of learning management in higher education through a technology 4.0 approach. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of learning management with a communication information technology approach (technology 4.0) to improve the learning management system in universities, especially the Bengkulu province UNIVED campus during the covid 19 pandemic. This research will be investigated further and more carefully on management factors. The results showed that: The availability of ICT network infrastructure services on the Unived campus was obtained by 80% of students and 93% of the academic community. In x2 (Availability of Student Academic Information Systems) on the Unived campus, the results of interviews were 82% of students and 94% of the academic community. In x3 (Availability of e learning applications) on the Unived campus, the results of interviews were 78% of students and 92% of the academic community. Based on the comparison of test data and interview data on the PT Unived campus, it was concluded that the Learning System (LS) = x in stages (ISM) = (A, C, and D) experienced an increasing trend (positive). Meanwhile, in the Individual stages of mastering ICT (B) there is a downward trend.

Officer represent top-drawer company asset in running and finishing duty. Management of human resource it is of course need exact strategy yielding pre-eminent performance. Besides, officer will show maximal ability of him when feeling balmy in condition of job with dibarengi by reciprocal effort/ feedback which given by company. Survey early the the problem of compensation, facility and reward, met by phenomenon that Statistical Body Center of Sub-Province of Bengkulu South face some condition of less as according to its officer job. this Research type use quantitative research. Method analyse in this research use Doubled Linear Regression analysis, Kofesien Determensi and hypothesis test use test t. Amount of accurate by sampel 26 Statistical Body Center employees people of Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the Y = 9,173 + 0,380 X1 + 0,421 X2 + 0,807 X3, this matter depict direction of regresi which are positive, its meaning Compensation variable ( X1), Reward ( X2) and facility ( X3) there are positive influence to Satisfaction of ( Y) BPS Sub-Province of Bengkulu South of Sub-Province South. Level of coefficient value of determinasi from result of enumeration by using SPSS can know coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to 0,819. Matter this means that Compensation value ( X1) and value of Reward ( X2) and also facility ( X3) have an effect on to Satisfaction of ( Y) equal to 81,9% while the rest 18,1 % influenceddby otherrvariable which not check in research of ini.Hasil test t level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that by partial compensation, facility and reward have influence which is signifikan to Satisfaction of BPS Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Result of test of f at level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that compensation,facility and reward have influence by simultan signifikan to Satisfaction of BPS Sub-Province of Bengkulu South .

Good performance can be seen from the work that can be achieved by an employee. If the results of an employee's work are good and in accordance with established procedures, the goals will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province. The sample in this study was 46 permanent employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 7,828 + 0,386X1 + 0,445 X2, + 4,596 this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive effect between X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) on performance (Y). It means that if the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.557. This means that X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) affect performance (Y) by 55.7% while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. 0.05 explains that partially organizational culture variables and organizational commitment have a significant effetc on employee performance variables at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province, the significant value is less than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the organizational culture variable and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu Province because the significant value is smaller than 0.05..

Currently, social media is a good medium for economic actors in doing marketing, this is due to easy internet access and is supported by the large number of internet media users in Indonesia. Currently, online business is a strength in developing its business, especially during this covid-19 pandemic where people must obey the rules implemented by the government such as social distancing, implementing community activity restrictions (PPKM). Social media is currently contributing to people who want to do business activities by utilizing social media, this is evidenced by the existence of platforms provided by several social media to carry out business promotion activities, for example the existence of WhatsApp with business accounts, Instagram business accounts, Facebook business pages. , and there are also promotional features provided on each of these social media at a very low cost when compared to using television and print media such as newspapers to carry out promotional activities. The community service program carried out by the team is an activity carried out to provide training to the residents of Pulai Payung Rt 12 Rw 04, Surabaya Village, Sungai Serut District, Bengkulu, so that they can take full advantage of social media, especially in improving the community's economy, where social media can basically be utilized. as a business account to carry out promotional activities or media to be more easily connected to a wider network when compared to conventional businesses that do not use social media at all.

This study aimed to obtain an overview of the implementation of industrial revolution 4.0 technology-based learning management to improve university learning management, particularly in Bengkulu. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. According to the study's findings, Dehasen University of Bengkulu, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, and Hazairin University of Bengkulu all have access to ICT network infrastructure.
