Abstract

This study aims to analyze online learning in the subjects of physical education, sports and health on the learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 03 Air Rami Muko-Muko. Data collection method is a method that can be used by researchers in collecting data. So that in the research obtained information or data relevant to the topic of the problem to be studied. The results of data analysis obtained from online learning scores of students at SD Negeri 03 Air Rami Muko-Muko obtained the highest average score of 99.6, high scores were obtained by 2 students with an average of 89.6 and students who obtained moderate scores. namely 3 people with an average of 85, while students who scored 85 0 students (none). Based on the results of the study, it shows that students' online learning abilities are very good, where each student has a score of 75 (medium) and no one gets a score of 75. This situation shows that the level of students' online learning abilities is good, although the results obtained have experienced the volatility of the value that goes up and down at each assessment. We can see this in the assessments on January 7 and January 11. On January 7, the student's score increased until it reached a score of 100 while on the following date, January 11, the student's score decreased from 100 to 90 even lower on the first assessment on January 4 and experienced changes in the value of up and down until the 6th test later on the last test on the 7th test on January 28, the overall score of students reached 100

Abstract

Factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions are product quality, price, location and service quality. Consumers will tend to choose outlets that have excellent service. The research aims to determine product quality, price, location and dominant place/location influencing purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 70 customers of Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. Data collection uses instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained are as follows: Y= 9.747 + 0.897 X1 + 0.832 X2 + 0.829 X3 + 0.802 Product Variable (X1), shows t count of 2.954 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the Product variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price influences purchasing decisions. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.014 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The location variable (X3), shows t count of 2,800 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The place/location variable (X4), shows t count of 2.125 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the marketing strategy of the Kios By By Fajri business, Sari Rasa and Taste of Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods, namely identifying internal strengths, weaknesses and identifying external opportunities and threats faced by the Kiosk business by By Fajri, Sari Rasa and Taste in marketing products, in order to obtain the most appropriate strategy that can be used in the future. which will come. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 84 respondents Incidental Sampling technique with SWOT analysis method. From the results of the IFAS and EFAS calculation research, there are strengths in the Fajri kiosk business in Bengkulu City of 1.88 while the weakness is 0.93, the Sari Rasa kiosk has a strength of 2.19 and a weakness of 0.67, and Cita Rasa has a strength of 1, 96, so the internal factor cell (quadrant) is Fajri's kiosk, which is 1.88 – 0.93 = 0.95, Sari Rasa has an internal factor of 2.19 – 0.67 = 1.52 and Taste has an internal factor of 1.96 – 0 ,67 = 1.29 while the opportunity owned by Fajri's kiosk is 1.29 with a threat of 1.14, while Sari Rasa has an opportunity of 1.38 and a threat of 1.29, and Rasa Rasa has an opportunity of 1.66 and a threat of 1, 10, so the external cell (quadrant) factor is Fajri kiosk which is 1.29 – 1.14 = 0.15, while the Sari Rasa kiosk is 1.38 – 1.29 = 0.09 and Taste is 1.66 – 1, 10 = 0.56 so that the Fajri, Sari Rasa and Rasa Rasa kiosks are in cell (quadrant) I in the SWOT analysis diagram.

Abstract

One of the factors that can affect employee performance is organizational culture. Culture provides an identity for organizational members and generates a commitment to beliefs and values greater than itself, besides that organizational commitment also affects performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The sample in this study was 56 permanent employees at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. Data collection used a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show that the results of the regression analysis show Y = 13.026 + 0.193X1 + 0.508 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (organizational commitment) on the performance (Y) of Bengkulu Bank employees. Main Branch. The value of the coefficient of determination is0.402. This means that organizational culture and organizational commitment have an effect on employees performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch by 40.2%, while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. The results of the t test at 0.05 significance level explained that partially organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The results of F test at 0.05 significance level explain that organizational culture and commitment have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the most dominant factor affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 56 consumers who buy in online in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used is questionnaires and the analytical method used is the analysis scale. The results of this study show that the average perceptions of respondents towards factors affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City are as much as 1,370.5 with the agreed assessment criteria. The meanings of the respondents changed the factors affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City are cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. Personal factors are the most dominant factors affecting online purchasing decisions with a total score of perception of 1,466, in very much agreed criteria. The lowest factor affecting online purchasing decisions in Rumah Hello Kitty shop of Bengkulu City is cultural with a total score of perception of 1,285, with agreed criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 93 main savings customers at Bank Mega Syariah, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 12.730 + 0.303X1 + 0.410 X2, this shows a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (service quality) and X2 (customer satisfaction) on customer loyalty (Y). This means that if the variable service quality and customer satisfaction increases, it will increase customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination is 0.399. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (customer satisfaction) affect customer loyalty (Y) by 39.9%, while the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially the variable service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on the customer loyalty variable of Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous (joint) influence on customer loyalty at Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting employees performance at at the Department of Information Communication and Statistics Bengkulu Province. These factors refer to Sanjaya's opinion which consists of employee internal factors, organizational internal environmental factors and organizational external environmental factors. This research is descriptive research using the overall sampling method (saturated sampling) with a total population of 87 employees of the State Civil Apparatus. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire method with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of statements in the form of a Likert scale. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable internal employee factors affect employee performance by 3.561 with a significance level of 0.001. Variable internal organizational environmental factors also affect employee performance of 5.413 with a significance level of 0.000. While the organizational external environmental factor variable of 0.999 has no effect on employee performance because the level of significance is greater than 0.05 or 0.321. Simultaneously, employee internal factors, organizational internal environmental factors and organizational external environmental factors have a significant effect on employee performance of 30.663 with a significance level of 0.000, so the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out the influence of work life quality on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (2) to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. (3) to find out the influence of work life quality and organizational culture on employee engagement in PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Quality of work life is a commitment to work and organization, pride in work and in the organization, a willingness to support the benefits of work, organization, and satisfaction, both emotional and intellectual. Organizational culture is the socialization process of organizational members to develop perceptions, values, and beliefs about the organization. Employee engagement is an employee's appreciation of purpose and concentration of energy, which appears in the form of initiative, adaptability, effort, and persistence toward organizational goals.This type of research is a quantitative that emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed by statistical methods. The sample used in this study using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Researchers used this sampling technique because the population was 60 people. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression, t test and f test.The results of this study, (1) the work life quality has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.003. This means that when the work life quality in the company is getting better, it will increase employee engagement. (2)Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.001. This means that when the organizational culture in the company is getting better, it will be able to increase employee engagement. (3) the calculated of F count is 4.037. Because the value of F count 4.037> F table 3.16, as the basis for decision making in the F test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the work life quality (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously affect employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine.whether there is an influence in the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. Employee performance can be assessed as good and good if the implementation is in accordance with the desired goals or is able to meet the needs of a company, but to implement a maximum employee performance we need to pay attention to several aspects that can affect the good or bad of an employee's performance. Such as work environment factors and work motivation that must be considered so that the level of employee performance is maximum and company goals are met. The research sample this time amounted to 60 people from office employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch. This research data collection by filling out a questionnaire and the method of analysis is multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis obtained are Y = 5.553 + 0.267 (X1) + 0.592 (X2) + 3.671. This describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Work Motivation) on Y (Employee Performance). If the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation increase, it will increase Employee Performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, this means that the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have an influence of 62.3% on Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The correlation value is 0.789, this explains that the relationship between the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a strong relationship. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially the Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables had a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05. The results of the f test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Syraiah Indonesia Bengkulu Sudirman Branch because the value is significantly less than 0.05.
