Abstract

Social and economic movement in this case is a change in the community around the tomb of Gus Dur at Cukir village years 2009-2016 towards the better. The changes that occurred in the economy is evident impact on income and the improvement of the education of children around the tomb, say previous earnings ranging between Rp. 1,500,000 monthly increase of around Rp. 2,000,000 every weekend. While social changes seen from the kind of occupations, how interact people around the tomb interact to sellers from outside the Cukir village and enterprise spirit of communities around the tomb, for example changes in the type of occupations from agricultural sector into the trade sector. The problems that were examined are: (1) how is the socio-economic conditions before 2009? (2) what are the factors that cause social and economic movement? (3) how the socio-economic movement around the family tomb complex in the village of Gus Dur Cukir years 2009- 2016?. The purpose of this study are: (1) to assess the socio-economic conditions of society before 2009; (2) to examine factors that cause social and economic movement; (3) to assess the socio-economic changes of society around the family tomb complex in the village of Gus Dur Cukir years 2009-2016. This study used heuristic method with the stage of history, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The approach used Economic Sociology and the theory of modernization. Abstract

Probolinggo Museum is a museum in the Probolinggo City area. the Probolinggo museum has a function for the community, but the function of the museum has not been maximally utilized by the community in the field of education. The museum functions as tourism and education because museums contain elements of knowledge. The research objective was to determine the function of the Probolinggo Museum as a tourist and educational place, a source of knowledge and inspiration for the formation of the character values ​​of the museum for visitors. This research is about history, used the historical method with steps (1) Heruristic, (2) Criticism, (3) Interpretation, and (4) Historiography. The research results of the Probolinggo Museum have collections which are divided into several, including the Archaeological Collection, Ethnographic Collection, Heritage Collection, Historical Collection, Numismatic Collection, Philological Collection, Keramological Collection and Technological Collection which are the main attraction of the museum as a tourist destination. Probolinggo Museum has a source of knowledge about the history, art and culture of Probolinggo, knowledge is focused on the local area. The character values ​​of the Probolinggo Museum include religion, tolerance, love for the country, mutual cooperation and national spirit, these sources can be used as a visitor's educational character.

Abstract

The Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism is agro-tourism which has historical heritage and is used as a tourist attraction. The problems in this research are: (1) What is the background of the establishment of termite coffee plantation agro-tourism?; (2) How was the development of termite plantation agro-tourism in 2003-2019?. The method used in this research is the historical method with stages; heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this research include in 2003 the establishment of the termap coffee plantation into a tourist destination with the first attraction, namely Villa Termap. In 2008 another attraction was made, namely the Educational Tour which is the second attraction after Villa Termites. The next development in 2012 was the development of the attraction of Wisma Robusta. Initially Wisma Robusta was an employee house. In 2016, Kaffe Termap was founded. Development in 2019 Termite coffee plantation agro-tourism has a special food for sale, namely cassava cheese, a typical drink sold, namely Robusta coffee.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of the Mayangan Fishing Port from a fishing port into a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the background and process of Mayangan Fishery Port becoming a tourism object in 2012 and the development process as a tourism object in 2012-2019. The method used in this research is the historical method which has four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research was conducted in Mayangan Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City in 2019. The results of this research are that since 2012-2019 the Mayangan Fishery Port has carried out various developments in terms of attractions, amenities, and accessibility. The conclusion of this research is Since 2012-2019, the management continued to strive to develop attractions, amenities, and tourist accessibility at the Mayangan fishing port. Suggestions by researchers for managers to focus more on promotion.

Abstract

Education in the digital era prioritizes students' ability to capture information. The purpose of this research is to produce a validated product in the form of Articulate Storyline interactive learning media and to increase effectiveness in learning. The research development procedure was carried out using the ADDIE model development. The results of the validation of content experts in the field of study reached a percentage of 88% with very good qualifications, expert validation of learning media reached a percentage of 87% with very good qualifications, and language validation reached 88% with very good qualifications. In the small group trial, there was an increase in the average pre-test score from 50.00 to 81.11 and the field trial an increase in the average pre-test score from 45.81 to 81.44. The effectiveness measured by the relative effectiveness formula reached 62.2% with high effectiveness.

Abstract

This article discusses the Lengger art in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panting District, Jember Regency. This study discusses (1) How is the background of the formation of Lengger art in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. (2) What is the function of Lengger art on social values ​​in Prapah Hamlet, Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency in 1980-1990. The method used in this study is a historical research method that uses interviews and secondary sources using sources in the form of documents. The results of this study are Lengger Art is an art that comes from a journey or tirakat from a grandfather named Kek Mo. Lengger dance used to be a fertility ritual. That is, the show is held in relation to the expressions of hope and gratitude of the farmers for the results that have been achieved. Then besides being used as an expression of gratitude, this art is also used as mbarang art or busking which is used as a field to earn a living by the Lengger dancers who have social values ​​in terms of material values, vital values, and spiritual values. Abstract

Learning media that serves as a communication tool used in learning, but learning media ccan be beneficial as a means in education which helps the teaching process so that learning does not seem static, so learning can be effective. 05 Jember, SMAN 02 Tanggul and SMAN Arjasa. (1) 66% of educators have difficulties in teaching history in the application of media learning, 33% in teaching methods; (2) The learning method used by educators has used the 100% Lecture method, 66% Problem Solving, 66% Discussion; (3) 66% educators add teaching media in the form of visual Power Point and 66% Video; (4) Educators have obstacles in the application of media in 66% Difficulty in designing learning media, 33% Difficulty in developing learning media. The facilities and infrastructure in the three schools are adequate, from Wi-Fi to projectors, but they are still lacking in utilization in the learning process Based on the questionnaire analytical of learning styles, it must be said that visual teaching styles are 48.3%, audio learning styles are 20.9% and kinesthetic learning styles are 40.7%. improvement of student teaching outcomes after use Infographics teaching media based on Qr Code. The increase in learning outcomes that increased significantly between the pre-test and post-test scores increased the average learning outcomes of students by 87.47%. Abstract

This article discusses the art of Ta'buta'an in the village of Kamal which was originally a means of ritual in the village's cleaning tradition.Research problem: (1) What is the background of the emergence of Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, (2) What are the dynamics of the elements and functions of the Ta''buta''an art in Kamal Village from 2006 to 2020. The research methods use is Historical methods which include selection, heuristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The purpose of this study is to examine the background Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, Arjasa sub-district, Jember district and Assessing the dynamics of the elements of Ta'buta'an art in Kamal village, sub-district Arjasa Jember Regency from 2006 to 2020. Results of this study show that the background of the Ta'buta'an Tradition comes from the cleaning village ritual which is held routinely every year. Starting from the belief of the people in ancient times there were famines and illnesses. along with the times, the Ta'buta'an tradition has turned into an artistic medium starting in 2006. Ta'buta'an underwent a change from what was originally a ritual tradition to become an artistic means in 2006, then experienced developments in terms of function and elements until 2020. Abstract

Buah Ketakasi is a cooperative founded by a community of coffee farmers in Jember district. Initially, the cooperative business unit involved was coffee agribusiness with 64 permanent members and 12 extraordinary members. The cooperative business unit expanded into coffee industrial agriculture, chicken and goat farm, dragon fruit cultivation, and organic fertilizer production. The number of permanent members has also increased to 182 people and extraordinary members to 300 people. This cooperative had problems including planning work programs, organizing resources, division of work, implementing work programs, monitoring and evaluating them. The offered solution to solving managerial problems of the cooperative was a mentoring program on how to plan a work program; how to organize resources, division of work, strategies for implementing work programs and monitoring-evaluation up to the reporting.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam dunia pendidikan terdapat pada proses belajar mengajar yang kurang efektif, sehingga kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa masih rendah atau belum optimal. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran Socrates Seminars diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir. tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode socratic seminars terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 5 Jember dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji prasyarat, dan uji ancova. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa rata-rata kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran socratic seminar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran sejarah berlangsung.
