Abstract

Penyesuaian Sosial merupakan keberhasilan individu dalam melakukan hubungan dengan orang lain secara personal maupun kelompok serta memperlihatkan sikap dan perilaku yang menyenangkan. Penyesuaian Sosial akan tercapai apabila individu memiliki Kecerdasan Emosional yang tinggi. Perkembangan Penyesuaian Sosial dan Kecerdasan Emosional merupakan tugas perkembangan yang sulit pada masa remaja khususnya remaja etnis Tionghoa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Penyesuaian Sosial pada remaja etnis Tionghoa di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 79 remaja etnis Tionghoa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Kecerdasan Emosional yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Goleman dan skala Penyesuaian Sosial juga disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Schneider. Analisis data menggunakan pearson Product moment correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Penyesuaian Sosial pada remaja etnis Tionghoa di Kota Banda Aceh. Artinya semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Emosional maka semakin baik pula Penyesuaian Sosial remaja etis Tionghoa di kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bagaimana individu memahami, mempersepsikan dan bersikap dalam kelompoknya dapat memengaruhi penilaian individu tersebut terhadap lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of adding red seaweed (Eucheuma spinosum) porridge to the quality characteristics of gel peel off masks. The main materials used in this study were E. Spinosum and other basic subtances of peel off mask. Research was an experimental study that using a non-factorial completely randomized design method with four levels of treatments, namely with F0 treatment (without adding the seaweed porridge), F1 (by adding 10 % of seaweed porridge), F2 (by adding 15 % of seaweed porridge), F3 (by adding 20 % of seaweed porridge). From the research results, it was found that the addition of red seaweed (Eucheuma spinosum) porridge had a significant effect on the characteristics, organoleptic quality and antioxidant content of peel off masks. F3was the best treatment which had an antioxidant content of 66 ppm. In the organoleptic assessment, the peel off mask with F3 treatment was preferred because it had a distinctive appearance and aroma from red seaweed (Eucheuma spinosum).

Abstract

Child is a picture of the future for the family, both and bad character of the child in the future is a reflection of the education received in childhood in the family. Therefore, parents strive to provide good education, nurturing and balanced nutrition for their growth and development. All of that can be done by applying the best method to children in their golden age. One parenting method that parents can use is hypnoparenting. Hypnoparenting is educating children by giving positive suggestions in order to form a good personality and morals. The purpose of this writing is to explain the concept of hypnoparenting to help parents in parenting at an early age. Methods used in This research is a literature review with data sources obtained from scientific journals and research reports related to the problem.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of success as found in the Quran and the criteria for success according to the Quran. The research method employed is a qualitative library research approach. The primary data source used is the Quran, with citations of Quranic verses accompanied by translations from the Hadist Web Version 3.0 by Sofyan Efendi. Secondary data is obtained from various exegesis books, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Jāmi’ al-Bayān ‘an Ta’wīl āy al-Qur’ān by Ibn Jarīr al-Ṭabārī, Jāmi’ al-Bayān li al-Aḥkām al-Qur’ān by Imām al-Qurṭūbi, Tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Muṣaṭfa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufradāt li Alfāẓ al-Qur’ān by Al-Ragīb al-Aṣfahānī, Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Madjied An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, as well as hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where data is systematically analyzed to describe the facts or characteristics of a population or a specific field accurately and conceptually. The research findings reveal that in the Quran, there are three terms that refer to success, namely al-Falah, an-Najah, and al-Fauz. The term "al-Falah" reflects the meaning of success in both worldly and hereafter life, "an-Najah" refers to the meaning of success in worldly life only, while "al-Fauz" pertains to the meaning of success in the hereafter. The criteria for success according to the Quran include belief and piety towards Allah SWT, performing the five daily prayers, supplicating to Allah SWT, actively engaging in work, setting aside a portion of one's income to assist those in need, and seeking Allah SWT's mercy to enter Paradise.

Abstract

Brain Gym assistance at SDIT AL-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, MBKM students innovate by implementing wake bounding with varied greetings as a form of their dedication to the school. They do this by accompanying Brain Gym in the morning to improve students' fitness and behavior in order to increase their enthusiasm before starting learning activities. The aim of these varied greetings is to make activities at Brain Gym more fun and interesting for students. The ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method was used in this research. Inculturation, discovery, design, definition, and reflection are the processes carried out. By placing their hand on the picture, they choose a variety of greeting images. The results of accompanying brain exercise activities in the morning by applying varied greetings can create discipline, students' readiness to learn with a happy, enthusiastic mood and become an evaluation for future teachers to create other creative ideas.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower mothers in Penantian Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, through training in making tempeh chips as an effort to strengthen the family economy. The main problems faced by the local community are limited food processing skills and low family income. The implementation method includes counseling, demonstration of making tempeh chips, direct practice, packaging assistance, and introduction to simple marketing strategies. The results of the activity showed that participants gained new knowledge and skills in producing tempeh chips hygienically and with sales value. This training also increased the motivation and confidence of mothers to start home businesses. It is hoped that this program can be the first step in creating sustainable independent business opportunities and contribute to improving the economic welfare of families in Penantian Village

Abstract

Urban villages hold crucial and strategic function in national development. Urban village is recognized as the smallest entity equivalent to a village. According to Government Regulation Number 73 of 2005 about Urban Village explains that urban village is led by “Lurah”. The leader of urban village has responsibility to manage the local resources, aiming to empower local community service, welfare, and foster self-sufficiency. To accomplish these goals, it requires professional local governance. However, there are still urban villages that indicate lack of adequate capacity to implement good governance in line with established standards. This research presents a community service program conducted by lecturers at accounting department, economic and business faculty in Jambi University, focusing local governance enhancement in Olak Kemang Urban Village, Jambi City. The main activities highlighted strengthening financial management and optimized digital tools to improve quality and effective communication with local community in Olak Kemang. According to the activities conducted showed that the urban village officials in Olak Kemang should enhance ability and skill in financial management and technology utilization, particularly optimize social media use. These initiatives are expected to foster greater accountability and transparency in financial management and public service within the urban village.

Abstract

The research was conducted using collaborative classroom action research methods whose aim was to improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects. This research was conducted by meeting the needs of students for learning styles, namely visual and auditory. This research was conducted in 2 research cycles consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The research was conducted on class X.3 students of SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. With the results of the study showing that in the pre-cycle only 8 (27.58%) students achieved a completeness score, while 29 students (72.42%) had not completed, with an average score of 55.17. In cycle I, students experienced an increase in the number of students who completed 19 students (49.28%) while students who had not completed totaled 18 students (50.72%) with an average value of 66.55. Then in cycle II there was a very high increase compared to the previous cycle, namely students who had reached the KKM totaled 36 students (96.55%), while students who had not yet completed numbered 1 student (3.45%) with an average value of 80 This research shows that the application of differentiated learning can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang.

Abstract

Indicators of the success of a region's development performance can be measured based on two variables, namely the Human Development Index and the Economic Growth Index. This research aims to analyze the causality of HDI and economic growth in Central Kalimantan in 2013-2022. The approach used for this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The research results state that the Human Development Index (HDI) and economic growth have a significant influence on each other. There is a causal relationship between HDI and economic growth, but not vice versa, which indicates a unidirectional causality relationship. Moreover, there is no long-term relationship between the two, but both have short-term effects. This research can increase understanding of the components that influence Central Kalimantan's economic growth and can serve as a reference for subsequent research. The results of this study can be used by the government and society to formulate more effective economic development policies and strategies in Central Kalimantan.

Abstract

Handaka Vijjananda's Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla: True Repentance" depicts the repentance of a ruthless murderer who undergoes spiritual transformation after meeting Gautama Buddha. This story not only conveys Buddhist moral teachings but also reflects the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of ancient Indian society. This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and genetic structures of the Buddhist comic "Aṅgulimāla" using Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with the primary data source being the comic "Aṅgulimāla." Data collection techniques were conducted through intensive reading and note-taking, while data analysis was conducted by linking the intrinsic elements of the literary work with the socio-historical context and the author's worldview. The results show that the intrinsic structure of the comic "Aṅgulimāla" includes themes of repentance, karma, loving-kindness (metta), and wisdom; strong characters and characterizations; a progressive plot; internal and external conflicts; and a time, place, and social setting that reflect 6th-century BCE Indian society. Meanwhile, its genetic structure reveals human facts such as the caste system, power relations, and social morality, as well as the author's worldview, which emphasizes Buddhist values such as compassion, self-transformation, and hope for human moral change. Thus, genetic structuralism analysis confirms that the comic Aṅgulimāla is a literary work that is not only narrative in nature but also reflects social realities and humanitarian messages relevant to modern life.
