Abstract

Employee performance investigation from justice perception is a must in government sector, especially in HR Division, because it is associated with their job function which operates in employee management. This study aims to investigates the effect of interactional justice and procedural justice on job performance, and assess mediating contribution of affective commitment due to it describe emotional attachment of employee. Recorded sample was 48 and then the data analyst with Smart PLS version 4.0.9. Results stated that interactional and procedural justice have not significant effects on performance in the direct manner. Mediating contribution of affective commitment enhance the relationship interactional justice and performance by partial effect, while in the relationship between procedural justice on performance, affective commitment also has a partial contribution but not improve those relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the entrepreneurial perspective on the success of catfish farming in Lima Puluh Kota District and Payakumbuh City. The research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis using data processing with the SPSS application and as enrichment using qualitative variables with 80 quantitative respondents and 5 qualitative respondents. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a negative effect, creativity has a positive effect, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect, location has a negative impact, and market orientation has a positive effect on the success of catfish farming in Lima Puluh Kota District and Payakumbuh City. The limitations of this study are the use of product innovation variables, creative ability, entrepreneurial orientation, location, market orientation, and business success, and the sample used is very limited. It is recommended for further research to use other variables that have not been studied and increase the sample or even examine different types of businesses that are relevant to this research.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of service quality and customer perceived value on customer satisfaction through customer trust as a mediating variable at BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office. The population is all BPJS Employment Padang Branch Office participants. The sample criteria is that they have submitted a guarantee claim within the last 6 months. The number of samples in the study was 160 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses one-tailed statistical analysis, the hypothesis is accepted if the t-statistic value is > 1.65 and the significance value is < 0.05. The research results show that service quality and customer perceived value have a significant positive effect on customer trust, and service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer-perceived value does not affect customer satisfaction. Indirectly, service quality and customer perceived value influence customer satisfaction with customer trust as the mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to detect several factors that drive millennials to consuming metal genre music based on the heaviness principle and determine dominant sub-genre which millennials preferred and self-emotional on each. By using a qualitative approach throughout semi-structural interviews for 20 millennials with a snowball sampling technique, then analyzed by thematic analysis. Results found that the driving factors of millennials to consuming musicals with the metal genre start from knowing metal music, then using it as a means of expression, continuing to participate in events, bands and communities, then exploring subgenres, artistic as well as emotional expression.

Abstract

The background of this research is the misleading eco-friendly claim made by manufacturers of products with disposable packaging (Single-Use Plastic Products). These practices are referred to as greenwashing. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of greenwashing perceptions and word-of-mouth on green purchase intention towards environmentally friendly products on products that use Single-Use plastic packaging, especially bottled mineral water products (Air Minum dalam Kemasan/AMDK). The research method uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, where respondents are selected by considering certain criteria. The number of samples in this study was 160 respondents who live in Padang City, Indonesia. The data collection technique uses a survey method with questionnaires both online and offline. The data processing method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) v4. The results showed that greenwashing perception has a negative effect on green purchase intention. This means that the higher the greenwashing perception of consumers, the lower their intention to purchase disposable packaging products. Meanwhile, word-of-mouth has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of digital business models on the performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Padang City and the role of business renewal in strengthening the relationship. A total of 170 MSEs in the culinary sector that have been digitized for at least two years and are domiciled in Padang City were used as research samples. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods with path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the digital business model has no direct significant effect on financial performance or non-financial performance. In contrast, business renewal has a positive and significant influence on financial performance and non-financial performance. In addition, digital business models also have a positive and significant effect on business renewal. The indirect effect of digital business models on financial performance through business renewal is significant, but its indirect effect on non-financial performance through business renewal is not significant. Overall, this study confirms the importance of business renewal in mediating the relationship between digital business models and MSEs' financial performance. Although the digital business model does not have a significant direct effect on financial and non-financial performance, it is not significant.
