Digitalisasi produk menjadi strategi penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Kabupaten Blora sebagai salah satu wilayah dengan potensi UMKM yang beragam menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran, keterbatasan akses pasar, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses digitalisasi produk UMKM di Kabupaten Blora dalam rangka optimalisasi usaha, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce, media sosial, dan integrasi layanan finansial digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui wawancara, observasi, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan visibilitas produk, perluasan jangkauan pasar, dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan literasi digital, infrastruktur teknologi, dan modal usaha. Dengan dukungan pelatihan, pendampingan, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, akademisi, dan pelaku industri, UMKM di Blora berpotensi mengoptimalkan digitalisasi sebagai strategi pengembangan usaha berkelanjutan

Spam detection for Indonesian short messages such as SMS and email remains challenging due to lexical variation, character obfuscation, and class imbalance. This study provides a systematic evaluation to determine the most balanced configuration between accuracy and efficiency for Indonesian spam filtering. We compare two pretrained backbones (IndoBERT and XLM RoBERTa), along with representation strategies (truncation versus chunking), summarization schemes (pooling), and feature fusion approaches. The system follows a feature based design with an emphasis on simplicity, and is assessed using F1 Macro, spam class recall, AUPRC (Area Under the Precision Recall Curve), and efficiency metrics in terms of embedding build time and training latency. Results indicate that IndoBERT achieves superior binary classification performance with high efficiency, while XLM RoBERTa slightly outperforms on AUPRC, making it more suitable for risk ranking scenarios. Truncation combined with mean pooling consistently yields stable results. Although late fusion only provides marginal improvements, it remains relevant as it highlights the potential of domain specific signals to enhance robustness under heavy obfuscation. The final recommendation for production is IndoBERT with truncation, mean pooling, and embedding only. Limitations include the focus on short messages and the lack of evaluation under extreme obfuscation. Future work should explore character level augmentation, cross domain evaluation, and cost sensitive threshold tuning.

This research aims to develop a model for improving the financial quality of local governments through internal transparency with independent variables of the internal control sistem and the competence of financial officials. This type of research is an explanatory research with data sources using primary and secondary data. The primary data in this study includes the perception of financial management officials related to the internal control sistem, the competence of financial management officials, internal transparency, and the quality of local government financial reports. Secondary data includes the identity of the respondents obtained from the SKPD of the Berau Regency Regional Government and literature review as a reference for literature related to the research. The population of this study is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) of the Regional Government of Berau Regency with 46 SKPDs. The sampling method of this study uses a saturated sample technique (census) with each SKPD represented by 3 respondents so that the total sample is 138 respondents. The analysis technique of this study uses an alternative method of Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) using AMOS Software. The results of this study show that the internal control sistem and the competence of financial management officials have a significant positive effect on internal transparency. The internal control sistem has a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports and the competence of financial management officials has a positive but not significant effect on the quality of local government financial statements. Internal transparency has a significant positive effect on the quality of local government financial statements. The internal control sistem and the competence of financial management officials on the quality of local government financial reports through internal transparency have an indirect and significant influence.

Capital structure refers to the way a company finances its operations through a mix of equity and debt. The choice of capital structure has important implications for the risk and return of a firm, as well as its ability to raise funds and invest in future growth. In this theoretical review, we will examine the endogenous and exogenous factors that affect a firm's capital structure decisions. In conclusion, a firm's capital structure decisions are influenced by a complex set of endogenous and exogenous factors. By understanding these factors, firms can make informed decisions about their capital structure, balancing the trade-offs between risk, return, and growth potential.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the level of attainment of the National Education Standards, (2) the level of the principal's distributif leadership, (3) the level of entrepreneurial leadership of school principals, (4) the influence of the principal's distributif leadership on the achievement of the National Education Standards, (5) the influence of leadership. entrepreneurship of school principals on the achievement of National Education Standards, (6) the influence of distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together on the achievement of National Education Standards, and (7) the relationship of distributif leadership to the entrepreneurial leadership of school principals. This research is a quantitative research. The object of research in this study is SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Instrument validation uses product moment correlation and reliability uses the Alpha Croncbach formula. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) the level of achievement of the National Education Standards obtained an average score of 85.98% in the very suitable category, (2) the level of distributif leadership obtained an average achievement of 83.55% in the very suitable category, (3) ) the level of entrepreneurial leadership attainment of the principal is 74.2% (4) there is a significant positive effect of distributif leadership on the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 2.503> t table 2.048 at the 5% significance level and the correlation coefficient of 0.545, (5) There is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal on the achievement of the National Education Standards, as evidenced by the tcount of 0.514> 0.355 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation of 0.514, (6) there is a positive influence between distributif leadership and entrepreneurship of school principals together. against the achievement of the National Education Standards, it is evident an with Fcount of 9.269> Ftable 3.348 at a significance level of 5% and a correlation value of 0.631 with an effective contribution of 29.8%. and (7) there is a relationship between the principal's distributif leadership and the principal's entrepreneurial leadership, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient 0.410> 0.355, p = 0.05.Keywords: Leadership, Distributif, Entrepreneurship, Principal, SNPABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah, (3) tingkat kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dan (7) hubungan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Validasi instrument menggunakan product moment correlation dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croncbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 85,98% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (2) tingkat kepemimpinan distributif memperoleh pencapaian rata-rata sebesar 83,55% dengan kategori sangat sesuai, (3) tingkat pencapaian kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah pencapaian sebesar 74,2% (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan distributif terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 2,503 > ttabel 2,048 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,545, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,514 > ttabel 0,355 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan korelasi sebesar 0,514, (6) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan distributif dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 9,269 > Ftabel 3,348 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,631 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29,8%. dan (7) terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan distributif kepala sekolah terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah, dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,410 > 0,355, p = 0,05.

Learning media is very necessary in the learning process in vocational high schools. The development and use of e-modules is one effort to increase students' understanding of lessons. This research used experimental methods and was conducted at Alkhairaat Bahodopi Vocational High School in the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample selection was class XI TP 1 with 10 students as the control class and class XI TP 2 with 10 students as the experimental class. The design of this research is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research instrument is student learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing uses the paired sample t-test. The analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results show that the use of E-Modules affects increasing student learning achievement compared to learning without E-Modules. This is proven by the sig value < 0.001 for both knowledge and skills values in the experimental class, which shows that the sig value is smaller than Î± = 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The implementation of learning with Autodesk Inventor e-modules in class XI TP 2 made a positive contribution in improving students' academic achievement, especially when compared to the usual learning in the classroom.

− Gapoktan Cooperative is a community organization engaged in the economic sector as a cooperative business entity in Pematang Panjang village, East Seruyan Hilir sub-district, Seruyan district, central Kalimantan. Data processing at the Gapoktan collective in Pematang Panjang Village is still carried out using Ms. Excel and Ms. Word applications in recording member data, searching member data, loans, and member deposits. This is an obstacle for cooperative officers, resulting in the length of service to its members. So the need to build a desktop-based information system for saving and borrowing Gapoktan funds that can solve the problems faced by the Pematang Panjang village Gapoktan cooperative because recording and searching data can be done quickly. So that errors or mistakes that have occurred so far can be minimized. In making application programs using software (software) Borland Delphi 7 as a programming language and using Interbase software as a database.

This research is based on the results of initial observations and field observations, such as: (1) the quality of SMK graduates is still low, especially with the current world problem, namely the COVID-19 pandemic. (2) there are still some educational quality standards that need to be improved and even improved their achievements. (3) many vocational high schools have implemented a school quality assurance system, but why is the quality of their graduates still low. The purpose of this study is to determine the assessment of school principals, teachers, school committees, and vocational students to photograph the efforts made by vocational quality assurance, especially in preparing the School Self Evaluation (SSE) as the main capital in the accreditation activities of the school concerned.The research method used is the descriptive quantitative research method. The research population is Vocational High School, while the sample is taking 4 Vocational High Schools that have implemented a Quality Assurance System, especially QMS ISO 9001:2008 or QMS ISO 9001:2015, such as several Vocational High Schools located in the Province of D.I. Yogyakarta and Central Java. Research data were collected based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires (instruments), interviews, observations, documentation studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The filler of the research instrument is the principals, teachers, school committees, and the concerned vocational students. The research data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively to see how far the level of achievement of the eight National Education Standards (NES) that had been set in the RPS.The results of this study are: (1) schools in implementing a school quality assurance system through their SSE have used four stages, consist of standard-setting, standard fulfillment, continuous evaluation, and quality improvement. (2) schools have taken correct and appropriate steps in achieving their vision and mission based on the formulated SPMI guidelines, (3) schools have implemented eight NESs starting from standards: graduates, content, process, educational assessment, educators and education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure, education management, and financing standards properly. (4) each vocational high school has the same or different strategies and methods in achieving the school's vision and mission.

APLIKASI TEKNIK FINISHING MEBEL DENGAN BAHAN BERBASIS RAMAH LINGKUNGAN Darmono, Darmono

This activity aims to: (1) introduce environmentally friendly mebele/wood finishing materials to the communities and (2) equip skill of environmentally friendly mebele/wood finishing application techniques to the communities. The target groups of this activity are mebele workers/business persons and the youths in Desa Pathuk, Kecamatan Pathuk, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, D.I. Yogyakarta. The total participants are 28 persons, 12 workers and 16 local village youths. The activity methods are: (1) lecture and discussion, (2) question and answer, (3) finishing practice, and (4) evaluation of the activity products. Various materials applied in the training are Ultran Aqua Politur, Aqua Lacquer Impra, Aqua Wood Finish, and IAWF. The equipments for finishing application include various number polish papers, portable polisher, finishing material tin container, spray gun, and compressor. The products of activity are: (1) the environmentally friendly finishing materials, generally using water as a solvent material. (2) the procedure of environmentally friendly based finishing technique appli- cation: (a) wood surface preparation using polisher number 180, (b) rubbing wood filler evenly to the wood surface, (c) polishing by the number 240, (d) wood stain application by brushing or spraying, (e) sending sealer application using water as solvent material, and (e) final layering using alternatives of selected clear gloss/clear dove/semi gloss materials. The fifth and sixth steps, the maximum water solvent material addition of 20% for spraying application, and the maximum water addition of 10% for brushing application
