Abstract

Stroke is a non-communicable disease with a high incidence in Indonesia and is a major cause of disability and death. Families play an important role in post-stroke patient care at home but often feel unprepared due to limited knowledge, skills, and support. The use of technology through Telenursing After Stroke Care (TASC) is expected to improve family preparedness in caring for stroke patients at home. This study aims to analyze the effect of TASC on family preparedness in caring for stroke patients at home. The study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test approach. The sample consisted of 35 families of stroke patients at RSUD Kota Mataram, selected using a total sampling technique. The TASC intervention was carried out for 1 month with two weekly sessions, including education on stroke concepts, family roles, basic home care, complication prevention, stress management, and daily care planning. The Preparedness for Caregiving Scale (PCS) was used as the instrument, The results of the validity and reliability test of this instrument, the validity test with Pearson product moment has a value of more than 0.320 and the results of the reliability test with Cronbach's alpha have a value of 0.9333. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test. The average family preparedness score before the intervention was 17.29 (SD = 3.47) and increased to 23.23 (SD = 4.35) after the intervention. The paired t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in family preparedness after the TASC intervention. The use of TASC is effective in improving family preparedness in caring for stroke patients at home. This intervention can be an appropriate strategy to support discharge planning, prevent complications, and reduce rehospitalization rates.

Abstract

Increasing population growth accompanied by excessive consumptive patterns encourages the exploitation of natural resources which will result in environmental pollution. Environmental problems that are not immediately resolved will certainly have an impact on the lives of the next generation. This study aims to determine the role of environmental awareness, consumption value and eco-labeling on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The theory used is the theory of consumption value initiated by Sheth et al. (1991) on how the nature of the customer decision-making process is based on 5 perceived consumption values, namely functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value and conditional value. The research method used is quantitative method with 135 respondents. Data analysis in this study used PLS-SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that environmental awareness, consumption value and eco-label have a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The consumption value variable is the variable with the greatest influence on green purchase intention in Generation Z. The novelty of this research is the addition of consumption value variables using five dimensions of consumption value in accordance with the Theory of Consumption Values which are very rarely studied by Indonesian researchers in their influence on green purchase intention in generation Z.

Abstract

General Background Bureaucratic reform requires modern public service integration to overcome complex administration and slow processing times. Specific Background The Public Service Mall in Sidoarjo consolidates government and private sector amenities, yet faces high urbanization demands requiring adaptive personnel administration. Knowledge Gap Previous literature predominantly examines traditional government institutions, leaving a structural deficit in understanding personnel adaptation and performance models specifically within integrated public service centers. Aims This research evaluates the application of personnel administration sciences to identify operational barriers and formulate strategic development solutions within the Sidoarjo facility. Results Qualitative field observations and interviews reveal significant operational progress alongside major constraints, primarily personnel limitations, lack of skilled professionalism, and restricted budgets. To overcome these barriers, management applies structural solutions including continuous education, rigorous recruitment, and targeted incentive programs to optimize employee motivation. Novelty This study provides a contextualized administrative framework specifically designed for the unique integrated operational structure of regional public service malls. Implications Developing adaptive personnel strategies and training protocols guarantees responsive public administration, fundamentally securing long-term service quality and community satisfaction. Highlights: Integrated public service centers face significant operational constraints primarily due to personnel limitations and restricted facility budgets. Abstract

General Background Supply chain systems require strategic management to distribute production outputs continuously and accurately to consumers. Specific Background PT. Laprint Jaya experiences fluctuating shipping volumes and limited delivery fleets, causing complex Single Depot Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems during dense daily schedules. Knowledge Gap Traditional routing decisions often fail to overcome fleet limitations and geographical complexities, requiring a practical technology approach to determine the shortest continuous paths. Aims This study analyzes optimal shipping routes regarding physical span and duration using the Nearest Neighbor method. Results Implementing this specific approach successfully cut the delivery span by 25 kilometers and reduced the total duration by 35 minutes compared to the initial manual routing procedures. Novelty This research demonstrates the practical integration of the Nearest Neighbor algorithm with digital maps to solve multi-point manufacturing product distribution problems. Implications Adopting this routing strategy facilitates supply chain management in determining optimal shipping operations, avoiding delays, and maximizing overall operational sustainability. Highlights: The Single Depot Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem occurs due to fluctuating shipping volumes and restricted fleet capacities. Digital map integration identifies the shortest continuous paths for complex delivery schedules. Optimized shipping operations successfully cut 25 kilometers and saved 35 minutes from the initial route.
