Abstract

This quantitative research study investigates the influence of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty within the context of a furniture retail establishment. A purposive sampling method was employed, involving 100 consumers of the retail store. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS statistical software (version 25). The findings affirm that service quality, price, and customer satisfaction significantly impact customer loyalty, highlighting their pivotal roles in shaping consumer behavior. These results offer valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance customer loyalty and, by extension, improve their competitiveness in the global marketplace. Highlights: Key Findings: Service quality, price, and customer satisfaction are crucial determinants of customer loyalty in the retail sector. Methodology: Quantitative research using SPSS software and purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 consumers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the purchase decision on product quality, service quality, and price of Nasi Goreng 69 in Sidoarjo. In this study using quantitative research and this study using a sampling technique that is Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling type. The sample in this research is 96 respondents. Sources of data collection using a questionnaire method that uses a Likert scale 1-5. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the Outer Model and Inner Model Tests. The results of this study indicate that variable product quality effect on purchasing decisions, variable service quality effect on purchasing decisions and variable price effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of store atmosphere, product quality, and word of mouth on purchase decisions at Kiroro Bakery in Sidoarjo. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling. The sample comprised 100 respondents who were customers of Kiroro Bakery. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics version 25. The findings revealed significant effects of store atmosphere, product quality, and word of mouth on purchase decisions. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the context of bakery purchasing decisions, highlighting the importance of these factors. Abstract

This study examines the impact of Product Innovation and Market Orientation on Marketing Performance, with Competitive Advantage as an intermediate variable, among MSMEs in Desa Kejapanan, Gempol. Using a sample of 70 respondents and analyzing data with Path Analysis via SmartPLS 3.0, the findings reveal that Product Innovation positively but insignificantly affects Marketing Performance, whereas Market Orientation has a significant positive impact. Both Product Innovation and Market Orientation significantly enhance Competitive Advantage, which in turn significantly improves Marketing Performance. The results underscore the importance of customer-oriented strategies and quality product innovations for better marketing outcomes. Future research should include variables like Digital Marketing and Social Media Advertising to further explore marketing performance improvements. Highlights: 1. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Laptop Asus di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasinya adalah seluruh pengguna Laptop Asus di Sidoarjo. Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Adapun kriterianya yaitu seseorang yang pernah membeli Laptop Asus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner online. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Laptop Asus di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The competition in the cosmetics industry has made local cosmetics pr saveral companies required to maintain their business by implementing the right marketing strategies to keep up with developments. The research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and barnd image on the puchasing decisions of cleansear toner viva cosmetics in Sidoarjo area. The type of research used is quantitative method with the population being the community in Sidoarjo. This research sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with puposive sampling method and total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique is carried out throught the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SmartPls 3 software. The research findings indicate that quality product affects positive and significant to purchasing decision, that price affects positive and no significant, that brand image affects purchasing decision in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Content Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth (WOM), Online Customer Review terhadap Minat beli. Masalah yang di ambil pada penelitian ini adanya pengenalan masalah yang merujuk pada kemampuan konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli suatu produk sebagai sumber informasi dan titik perbandingan produk yang dapat menimbulkan perubahan sikap dan perilaku konsumen yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas terhadap produk. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi masyarakat Sidoarjo yang pernah membeli produk Produk Wardah Glasting Liquid Lip minimal 1 kali dan lebih dari 18 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling purposive dan banyaknya responden sejumlah 100. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan jawaban diukur menerapkan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang dimanfaatkan unuk penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan Content Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Minat beli, Electronic Word of Mouth (WOM berpengaruh terhadap Minat beli, dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh terhadap Minat beli.

Abstract

Masalah yang di ambil pada penelitian ini adanya pengenalan masalah yang merujuk pada kemampuan konsumen untuk mengenali kebutuhan mereka dan mencari merek yang tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi masyarakat Sidoarjo yang pernah membeli produk Moisturizer minimal 1 kali dan berusia lebih dari 17 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling purposive dan banyaknya responden sejumlah 100. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan jawaban diukur menerapkan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang dimanfaatkan unuk penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan Digital Marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, Brand Image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The fast growth of online shopping has altered the ways in which consumers typically make purchases. The main objective of this study is to examine how product uniqueness, brand image, and customer feelings influence online shopping behavior. One hundred participants from the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo were interviewed using a purposive sampling method in this quantitative study. Multiple linear regression in SPSS was used to analyze the data. The study showed that the three factors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with their respective levels of significance: product differentiation (t = 2.603; p = 0.011), brand image (t = 9.038; p = 0.000), and consumer perception (t = 9.534; p = 0.000). Consumer perception is the most dominant variable. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of differentiation strategies, strengthening brand image, and understanding consumer perception. The implication is that e-commerce players need to focus on product value and customer experience to increase loyalty and sales.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work overload, work stress, and work discipline in influencing job satisfaction. The study employs a quantitative approach as the research method. The population for this research includes all employees in the Sidoarjo region, totaling 210 employees. A sample of 137 active employees is taken using the simple random sampling technique. The data used in this research consist of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of the SmartPLS program. The results of the research, based on the inner model test calculations, indicate that the variables of work overload, work stress, and work discipline significantly influence job satisfaction
