Abstract

E-Learning nowadays is still accessible via the web browser. E-Learning has a server named Learning Management System (LMS). LMS consists of a paid, unpaid and a tailor (version specially ordered). For this research, LMS is used which is not paid. There are lots of LMS are not paid, one of these is Claroline. The development of E-Learning is followed by the development of mobile devices such as Android devices. Android usage has increased each year but applications for E-Learning are still underdeveloped. Based on this background, then it is needed to develop an E-Learning application on Android mobile devices, because Android devices can support the development of client applications of E-Learning. The purpose of developing this application is to enable users who use Android devices to download the file from existing lecture materials wherever, whenever they want through their Android devices.In this research, the application is developed using Eclipse as an IDE using Java programming language for Android, XML, and of course the Claroline as the LMS server. This application is the complement of Claroline which is normally access through a web browser.The results of this research show that the client application is able to download files that exist on the lecture materials from Claroline server. Keywords : E-Learning, Android, Learning Management System, Claroline, Mobile Application, E-LearningApplication

Abstract

Utilization of renewable energy especially offshore wind energy increasingly becoming a focus in efforts to diversify energy sources and reduce carbon emissions. Studies This aiming for investigate potential wind off beach in Gampong Durung Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati Aceh Besar, and proposes an optimization strategy to utilize it in supporting electricity in the region. The research was conducted through a series of methodological steps, including wind pattern mapping, wind speed measurement, historical data analysis, and mathematical modeling. The re-sults of the study show that Village Durung own potential significant winds, with speed and di-rection steady wind throughout year with done speed data measurement wind in Gampong Du-rung on some point. From the results measurement speed wind obtained speed the average wind for 3 months measurement in a way in order are 2.6 m/s, 2.4 m/s, and 2.6 m/s with direction wind most namely northwest. From the results calculation speed wind at 09.00-12.00 which is 463.252 watts, 463.252 watts and 557.7425 watts, then at 13.00-16.00 which is 1115.69 watts, 664.28 watts and 742.355 watts. Based on this analysis, adequate infrastructure planning is also pro-posed to integrate this wind energy with the electricity system in Aceh Besar. By considering economic, environmental and social aspects, this optimization project is expected to be able to provide a positive contribution in meeting the need for sustainable electricity in the region. Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami siswa sekolah menengah dan dapat berdampak pada rendahnya prestasi belajar serta kurang optimalnya penyelesaian tugas akademik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang efektif untuk membantu siswa mengatasi perilaku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik siswa sekolah menengah di Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 siswa kelas XI, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 24 siswa yang memiliki tingkat prokrastinasi akademik kategori sedang hingga tinggi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik dengan model skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan signifikan tingkat prokrastinasi akademik pada kelompok eksperimen setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis CBT dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis CBT efektif dalam membantu siswa mengubah pola pikir yang tidak adaptif serta meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik
