Abstract

Micro business is the sector that has been hit the hardest by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Business capital assistance is the assistance most needed by micro businesses. However, micro enterprises have barriers to access and use of finance. This study aims to analyze the effect of BMT resilience, financial inclusion and financial literacy on the resilience of micro-enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic with a total of 150 micro-enterprises and 18 BMT respondents in Brebes Regency. Data processing method in the form of quantitative descriptive analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that the resilience of micro-enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic was influenced by BMT financial inclusion and financial literacy. BMT makes it easier for micro-enterprises who are unbankable to gain access to financial institutions to obtain business capital and provide basic knowledge about basic financial management so they can survive during a crisis due to a pandemic. On the other hand, BMT as a financial institution requires efforts to remain resilient in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, among internal and external factors that have a significant effect on BMT resilience are strengthening human resources, capital, management, regulatory compliance, supervision and infrastructure. Abstract

The development of QR code payment services by various fintech companies in Indonesia prompted Bank Indonesia to issue a Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to support transactions that were safer, easier, faster, and more efficient. This study aimed to analyze the consumer preferences and factors that influenced their intention and use behavior when using QRIS in the Jabodetabek area. The extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was employed to analyze these aspects. This research was conducted from March 2023 until May 2023. Online questionnaires were distributed to 198 respondents who were users of e-wallets or mobile banking and knew about the QRIS feature. Then, the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that perceived risk, performance expectancy, social influence, and effort expectancy had a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention to use QRIS. Meanwhile, QRIS usage behavior was positively influenced by both behavioral intentions and facilitating conditions. The priority strategy that could be implemented to enhance the adoption of QRIS was by educating the role of QRIS in reducing payment risks. Abstract

Background: Digital transformation became one of the strategies in the banking industry to keep up with changes in consumer behavior. Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) was one of the bank innovations for digital transformation, where customers could withdraw cash at Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) without bringing or using a debit card.Purpose: This study aimed to find factors influencing the behavioral intention and use behavior of CCW in Jabodetabek with the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Design/methodology/approach: This study used a non-probability sampling method to sample 155 mobile banking users from Jabodetabek who aware of CCW. The results which were processed using Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) showed that (insert the findings)Findings/Result: Performance expectancy and facilitating conditions positively and significantly affected the behavioral intention of using CCW. Meanwhile, the factors that had a positive and significant effect on the use behavior of CCW were facilitating conditions and behavioral intention. Conclusion: External factors has a stronger impact when individuals use CCW. Therefore, as long as users have adequate surrounding conditions when withdrawing cash, they are more likely to use CCW.Originality/value (State of the art): This study has adapted the combination of variables for extended UTAUT with different research objects compared to previous studies. Earlier research examined mobile and internet banking (Martins et al. 2014; Oliveira et al. 2014), while this study focuses on services provided in mobile banking. Previous research by Ye et al. (2020) combined the UTAUT model with perceived risk and individual intention to examine their influence on behavioral intention and attitude towards using new transportation modes in China. However, this study integrates perceived risk with the UTAUT model to examine the acceptance factors of cardless cash withdrawal features in Jabodetabek based on behavioral intention and use behavior. Abstract

It is difficult for social startups to select the most relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) because it is difficult to find a shared impact language to code, classify, and interpret the impact. This study aims to determine key impact performance indicators for assessing success in agricultural social startups in Indonesia. We applied multi-case studies approach to four leading Indonesian agricultural social startups. In total, eight experts consisting of co-founders, human resources managers, and managing partners on each social startup have been asked to assess the importance of success criteria and the performance of the corresponding company in fulfilling the requirements. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to determine the relative importance of impact themes and strategic goals. The AHP results showed that smallholder agriculture is the most critical impact theme to achieve as success criteria. Five of the 12 strategic goals with the highest priority were explained as candidates of KPIs: the financial health of farmers, better and stable pricing, social equity and justice, farm profitability, and food availability and diversity. The KPIs developed in this study are anticipated to be utilized by stakeholders involved in the agricultural social startup ecosystems, including practitioners, impact investors, and policy-makers.
