Abstract

New Normal is a change in behavior to continue carrying out normal activities but coupled with the implementation of health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission. In Indonesia itself, the new normal is applied as a realistic response from the Indonesian government to the existence of COVID-19 as well as the results of the analysis in various sectors of national life, especially the future of the national economy in the medium and long term. After the implementation of the new normal, it automatically affects the routine activities carried out by the community, especially those activities that were restricted by the government at the time of the New Normal. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence behavior change after the application of the New Normal in the Covid-19 Pandemic. A modified Theory of Planned Behavior is used in this study using testing through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). A total of 427 respondents who have worked have answered the online questionnaire containing 61 questions. The results of this study indicate that knowledge and understanding of covid-19 make people understand the severity they feel and the vulnerabilities they may experience. The severity and vulnerability they feel also have an influence on their attitudes, behavior control, past behavior, and subjective norms so that they have a strong factor in building their intention to behave during the pandemic when the new normal is enacted. The intention that has been built with the support of attitudinal factors, past behavior, subjective norms, and behavior control also changes people's behavior. Employees are able to more moderate the relationship between attitudes towards intention and the relationship between past behavior and intention than entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Background: MSMEs are vital to Indonesia’s economy through job creation and poverty reduction, yet many remain hesitant to adopt digital technologies. Using Innovation Resistance Theory, this study investigates key functional and psychological barriers ranging from perceived value and usability to tradition and risk hindering OFD adoption. The findings aim to offer insights into overcoming these barriers and supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs.Purpose: This study explores the factors that influence the adoption of Online Food Delivery (OFD) platforms among MSMEs in Indonesia, focusing on both internal and external aspects. The internal factors while the external factors encompass environmental influences. Although geographically centered on Bogor City, the findings offer broader relevance, as the resistance patterns identified reflect systemic challenges faced by MSMEs nationwide. By employing the Innovation Resistance Theory, this study contributes to the design of inclusive digital strategies and supports Indonesia’s broader transition toward a sustainable, innovation-driven economy.Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a quantitative method utilizing linear regression to analyze the influence of various factors on the intention to use Online Food Delivery (OFD) services among Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Bogor, with a sample of 290 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The analysis results indicate that Competitive Pressure exhibits the highest path coefficient of 0.381, signifying that each unit increase in competitive pressure significantly enhances users' intention to adopt OFD, with a t-value reaching 7.632 (p < 0.01).Findings/Results: The SEM results reveal that competitive pressure (β = 0.38) and perceived trend (β = 0.19) positively influence OFD adoption, while usage barrier (β = -0.29) and value barrier (β = -0.30) are the strongest inhibitors. These findings contribute to the refinement of Innovation Resistance Theory in the context of MSME digital platform adoption. Conclusion: The successful adoption of Online Food Delivery (OFD) platforms among culinary MSEs in Bogor City requires overcoming functional and psychological barriers through targeted strategies that improve user experience and reduce perceived risks. This study aims to identify the internal and external factors of fisheries cooperatives, develop a conceptual model, and formulate strategies required for institutional strengthening to support market-oriented downstreaming. The research employs a Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), combined with the VRIO and PESTLE frameworks to identify internal and external factors, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to construct the conceptual model, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine strategic priorities. The findings reveal that business downstreaming management and member education are key internal factors, while the condition of fish landing sites (TPI) and port areas represent major external weaknesses and threats to cooperative downstreaming capacity. Key sub-elements in developing downstreaming business organizations include improving fish landing sites and port area management, establishing appropriate organizational models, and identifying potential target markets. Institutional strengthening strategies are prioritized on expanding market access, enhancing human resource capacity, and securing raw material supply to develop frozen fish fillet products that meet the needs of processing industries and the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program. In practice, the government, through the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs, can coordinate the implementation of national strategic programs by involving relevant ministries. Strengthening fisheries cooperatives is expected to produce high-quality fishery products that meet market demand.

Abstract

This research discusses the management of cassava supply chains in Bogor Regency by applying circular economy principles. The research was conducted using several methods, namely in depth interviews, primary and secondary data collection, and analysis using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the application of circular economy principles in the cassava supply chain has several challenges that make the application of circular economy not yet optimal, namely limited infrastructure and technology, and lack of knowledge among stakeholders. Cassava food loss occurs at the farmer level at 11.67%-16%, the collector level at 18%, and the processor level at 40%-42% due to various factors such as size, damage, skin waste, and residual products and supporting materials. To improve the implementation of circular economy practices, it can be done by processing cassava waste into value-added products and collaboration between business actors for resource efficiency, economic and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the effect of circular economy practices on sustainable supply chain management and to identify which dimensions of the circular economy most significantly contribute to improving supply chain performance. The research was conducted between February and April 2025 in the Cigondewah area of Bandung City, West Java, known as a center for small and medium-sized textile industries. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys and documentation analysis. Data were collected from 120 textile business actors through structured questionnaires and interviews, supported by secondary data from industry reports and government sustainability policies. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of circular economy practices has a positive and significant influence on the performance of sustainable supply chains. Through dimensional analysis, the study reveals that Rethink, Refurbish, and Reuse strongly enhance cost efficiency; Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle improve agility; and Rethink, Repurpose, Reuse, and Recycle effectively support environmental sustainability. Social sustainability is primarily driven by Recycle, while Remanufacture and Recover require strategic improvement. Reliability is strengthened by Recycle, Repurpose, Reuse, and Rethink, but Recover remains a key challenge. In the dimension of responsiveness, Recycle performs well, while Remanufacture and Recover need targeted attention. These insights provide practical implications for prioritizing specific circular economy dimensions to advance supply chain sustainability in the textile sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitive map, service quality, and customer transfer behavior in four main internet service providers in the Special Region of Jakarta, namely IndiHome, Biznet, First Media, and MyRepublic. Internet services, which have become an essential need of urban communities, present fierce competition between providers, especially in terms of speed, stability, price, and user experience. This study uses the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method to map the brand position based on customer perception of service attributes, including features, network reliability, area coverage, speed, and price. In addition, the Kano model is used to assess the level of customer satisfaction with each service attribute, while the Markov Chain method is applied to predict the chances of customer switching between service providers. The results show that Biznet occupies the most differentiated position with advantages in terms of speed and network stability, while IndiHome, First Media, and MyRepublic are in close positions which reflects the perception of service similarity in the minds of customers. These findings confirm that competitive advantage in the internet service provider industry is not only determined by price, but also by technical quality, reliability, and customer experience. Theoretically, this study strengthens the understanding that customer switching behavior is closely linked to perceived service quality and competitive positioning in service-based industries. This research is expected to be a reference for internet service providers and regulators in formulating strategies to improve service quality, customer retention, and encourage the creation of healthy market competition in the Indonesian telecommunications sector.
