Abstract

Tulisan menjelaskan pengembangan hukum Islam, ijma' (konsensus ulama) memegang peranan vital sebagai salah satu sumber hukum yang adaptif terhadap dinamika dan perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana ijma' diimplementasikan dan berevolusi dalam merespons tantangan-tantangan baru yang muncul akibat perubahan sosial yang cepat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur yang mendalam, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai kasus aplikasi ijma' dalam sejarah hukum Islam dan relevansinya di era modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ijma' tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pembaruan hukum yang menjaga prinsip-prinsip syariah tetap relevan dengan kondisi sosial terkini, tetapi juga sebagai mekanisme adaptasi yang memungkinkan umat Islam untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai universal dalam konteks lokal yang spesifik. Dengan demikian, ijma' berperan sebagai alat vital dalam sintesis antara tradisi dan modernitas dalam hukum Islam, memberikan solusi yang pragmatis dan inklusif untuk masalah kontemporer. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang mekanisme ijma' dan aplikasinya dalam konteks yang berbeda dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan hukum Islam yang lebih dinamis dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan umat.

Abstract

Zakat serves as an economic instrument within the framework of Islam and can serve as a substantial source of revenue for the state, contributing to the funding of various expenditures. In contrast to alternative revenue streams, zakat possesses explicit and comprehensive guidelines on its acquisition and allocation. The state bears the task of maximizing the efficiency of zakat institutions to effectively mobilize and allocate zakat monies as a catalyst for economic development. Indonesia utilizes a bottom-up approach for the collection of zakat, whereas Malaysia follows a top-down approach. Therefore, the present investigation focuses aims to examine the impact of zakat distribution on economic development in two selected nations. The examination focused on many variables, including GDP, Gini index, inflation, and zakat distribution. The period for the analysis spanned from 2001 to 2019, and the ARDL approach is being used for the purpose of doing data analysis. The findings suggest that the distribution of zakat did not exert a statistically significant impact on economic development, either in the short-term or long-term, within the contexts of both nations. Therefore, there is a need to promote the professional and efficient management of zakat to enhance its collection and facilitate its effective distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze application problem based learning assited by student worksheets to improve the mathematical reasoning skill of class X Vocational High School students in the matter of a system of two-variable linear equations for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The subjects of this study were 35 studens of class at a SMK in Cimahi City. Research data was collected using tests and questionnaires. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of the test instruments in the form of pretest and posttest as well as questionnaires to analyze student responses. The results of the research show 1) the application of the problem based learning can improve students’ mathematical reasoning skill, this is show from the average score N-Gain student size  are in the high criteria, where as many as 11 students with the category N-Gain medium and 24 students are in the category N-Gain tall, 2) student responses are in the category of strongly agree, meaning that students strongly agree with the application of the learning problem-based learning which can improve mathematical reasoning ability.

Abstract

Vocational high schools are schools that provide workers who have knowledge and skills in their respective fields. The Industrial Electronics Engineering Department is a department that provides competent workforce in the field of robotics. Payakumbuh State Vocational School 2 majoring in Industrial Electronics Engineering is experiencing problems implementing robotics learning. The problem is that schools do not yet have robotic training kits that can be used like robots in industry. Schools only have robotic training kits that can be used to understand the basic input and output uses of robots and cannot be used practically with robots in industry. Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to develop a mobile robotic training kit that is practical and can be used from basic learning to learning complex robots such as industrial applications. The research method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method. So the results obtained in this research are a mobile robotic training kit which is considered very practical by teachers with a percentage of 88.95%. It can be concluded that the mobile robotic training kit is very practical to use in the robotics learning process

Abstract

The issuance of Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards (SN-DIKTI) encourages Study Programs in Higher Education to review their curriculum. The implementation of the MBKM program for Undergraduate and Applied Undergraduate Programs has an impact on the learning process where students are given the right to take their studies in three semesters outside their study program. The D4 Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program at Padang State University is one of the study programs that has implemented the MBKM curriculum since 2021. However, so far no evaluation has been carried out either of the completeness of the curriculum documents or the implementation of the MBKM curriculum itself. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in qualitative research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results obtained in this study are the completeness of the 81.8% Industrial Electrical Engineering D4 Study Program curriculum documents with details of 54.5% of the curriculum documents can be shown in writing and 27.3% cannot be shown in writing. The remaining 18.2% of curriculum documents do not exist / complete. Until now, the D4 Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program has only carried out 1 type of MBKM activity / activity, namely Internships / Work Practices. In 2022 the number of students who participated in MBKM Internships / Work Practices amounted to 99 out of 458 students with a percentage of 21.62%. Meanwhile, for 2023 the number of students who participated in Internships / Practical Work was 102 out of 364 students with a percentage of 28.02%. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the completeness of documents and the implementation of MBKM in the D4 Industrial Electrical Engineering Study Program has gone well and is in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of Science Process Skills (SPS) of D4 Electrical Industrial Engineering students at Universitas Negeri Padang who programmed the mechatronics 2 laboratory course in the July-December 2023 semester. This type of research falls under quantitative descriptive research. The study is specifically focused on assessing the basic science process skills in the Mechatronics 2 laboratory using data collection techniques such as observation sheets and questionnaires. The research measured the mastery of science process skills by students during the implementation of the Mechatronics 2 laboratory. The results of the study indicate that the science process skills of D4 Electrical Industrial Engineering students in the mechatronics 2 laboratory are classified as insufficient, with a percentage of 60.25%. The highest indicator is classification, falling into the good category with a percentage of 67.57%, while the lowest indicator is communication, categorized as very poor with a percentage of 47.73%. The observation indicator is at 63.01% in the good category, and the indicator of using tools/materials is at 65.50%. Three indicators fall into the insufficient category, namely asking questions (57.82%), planning experiments (57.66%), and conducting experiments (62.48%). Therefore, the science process skills of D4 Electrical Industrial Engineering students at Universitas Negeri Padang in the Mechatronics 2 laboratory need to be further improved.

Abstract

Tikrar rmerupakan salah satu seni dari beberapa seni ilmu Balagah yang berkembang dibawah naungan ilmu Al-Quran, Salah satu gaya bahasa Al-Quran adalah dengan mengulang-ulang (repitisi) redaksi ayat-ayat atau kisah tertentu, adapun uslub takrar itu bertujuan agar pendengar peduli dan memperhatikan (menganggap baru) setiap berita dari berbagai berita yang disampaikan. Contohnya firman Allah swt tentang nabi Luth asPenelitian ini merupakan library research dengan metode tahlili serta melalui pendekatan analisis isi buku. Dari hasil pembahasan penulis Implikasi Tikrar terhadap pemahaman  kisah-kisah dalam Al-Quran dan analisis kisah nabi Luth dan Kaumnya. Disini bisa kita Implikasikan kisah nabi Luth dengan berbagai pendapat penafsiran dan para ulama dan menganalisis  ayat ayat tentang kisah dan Kaumnya dengan melihat redaksi apakah sama kisah nya atau berbeda redaksi dalam setiap surah dan hikmahnya. penelitian dengan Contoh analisis yang lain tentang implikasi tikrar ini adalah ada beberapa ayat tentang kisah nabi luth dan Kaumnya tentang karakteristik kaum nabi luth dalam alquran. Sehingga allah menyanggah kaum nabi luth dengan kata-kata kaum tak dikenal, kaum Melampaui Batas, kaum berlebih-lebihan, kaum yang bodoh dan orang yang tak berakal di dalam Al-quran.dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Implikasi Tikrar Kisah Nabi Luth tentang karakteristik kaum Nabi Luth as.

Abstract

This study aims to interpret the meaning of signs in the lyrics of Tafsir Mistik by Abyan Zaki using Riffaterre’s semiotic approach. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data and data sources of this study consist of heuristic and hermeneutic readings of the lyrics of Tafsir Mistik by Abyan Zaki. Data collection techniques in this research include documentation, reading, and note-taking. The data analysis techniques applied involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study were obtained through heuristic reading, which refers to reading based on linguistic conventions, and hermeneutic reading, which refers to reading based on literary conventions. The song portrays the struggle of humans within an ambiguous space between birth and death, where they often lose direction and succumb to the illusion of false happiness.
