Abstract

This study is based on the suble motor of abnormal motor, the cause because the method of use of teachers in teaching less attractive and strategis. As for this research aims to improve the fine motor skiils of children with slime games. This type of research is classroom action research subjects using group be as many as fifteen children, of which nine and six girls. This research was conducted in kindergarden M. Nur Ikhlas Padang Timur in semester II of the 2018/2019 academic year. The technique used is operation and documentation, then it is processed with a percentage technique. As for this study as many 2 cycles, each held 3 meetings. In cycle 2 if the results have reached the minimum regulatory criteria. From the results of the study and discussion, conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) Through the game slime can improve the motorcycle capability of the child’s child in TK M.Nur ikhlas east padang district. 2) The Slime game, children can squeeze the Slime well, children can form Slime, children can print Slime and children are able to form Slime with various shapes according to the wishes of the children so as to improve the child's fine motor skills. 3) Improve children's fine motor skills in the game Slime by forming can make children more creative in learning. The results of the study showed an increase in Cycle I obtained, there was an increase in fine motor abilities of children, although not yet optimal. In Cycle II the researchers made improvements, so as to obtain maximum results and achieve the Minimum Requirements Kroiteria. This proves that the game Slime, can improve the fine motor skills of children in kindergarten M. Nur Ikhlas, East Padang.Keywords: Early Childhood, Motor Fine, Slime Game

Abstract

Kemampuan  berargumentasi  ilmiah  merupakan  kemampuan  memberikan  tanggapan  yangdibangun  dari  kegiatan  meliputi  lima  indikator  berargumentasi  ilmiah  yakni claim  made, grounds  used,warrants  given, counterargument  generated,  dan rebuttal  offered. Untuk  menunjang  kebutuhan  siswaakan  kemampuan  berargumentasi, Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) merupakan  lembaran  yangberisikan  tugas,  petunjuk,  dan  langkah-langkah  dalam  menyelesaikan  tugas  yang  digunakan  sebagaisarana  melatih  kemampuan  berargumentasi  ilmiah dengan  mengimplementasikan model  pembelajaranLearning Cycle 7E. Fokus penelitian adalah pada materi fotosintesis dan respirasi. Penelitian ini bertujuanmenghasilkan  LKPD  berbasis Learning  Cycle 7E  untuk  melatihkan  kemampuan  berargumentasi  ilmiahsiswa  pada  materi  fotosintesis  dan  respirasi  yang  layak  berdasarkan  validitas  dan  kepraktisan  LKPD.Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  desain  penelitian  model  4D  yaitu define,  design,  develop,  dan dessiminate,namun  tanpa  tahap dessiminate.  Metode  pengambilan  data  dilakukan  dengan  validasi  menggunakanlembar  validasi  LKPD  oleh  tiga  validator  diantaranya  dosen  ahli  materi,  dosen  ahli  pendidikan  dan  gurubiologi  SMA  serta  pengujicobaan  LKPD  diujikan  pada  25  siswa  kelas  XII  IPA menggunakan  lembar  teskemampuan  berargumentasi  ilmiah  siswa.  Pengelolaan  data  dilakukan  dengan  analisis  kualitatif  dankuantitatif.  Hasil  penelitian  diperoleh  jumlah  skor  rata-rata  keseluruhan  validitas  sebesar  3,72  yangmenunjukkan  LKPD  yang  dikembangkan  sangat  layak  dan tes  kemampuan  berargumentasi  ilmiah  yangmenunjukkan kepraktisan  LKPD  dengan rata-rata  peningkatan  pada  tahap posttest sebesar  81,4%  dengankategori sangat baik.Kata  Kunci  : kelayakan  LKPD,  model Learning  Cycle 7E,  fotosintesis  dan    respirasi, kemampuanberargumentasi ilmiah

Abstract

AbstrakDiare akut merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang cukup banyak ditemukan pada bayi dan anak. Asidosis metabolik dan gangguan elektrolit adalah komplikasi yang serius dan dapat menyebabkan angka kematian yang tinggi pada tatalaksana yang tidak tepat. Untuk mengetahui gangguan elektrolit dan asam basa pada pasien diare akut dehidrasi berat, lama rawatan, lamanya diare serta hubungannya dengan komplikasi diare akut dehidrasi berat perlu diteliti. Penelitian ini merupakan studi retrospektif, dilakukan pada pasien rawat inap dengan diare akut dehidrasi berat yang dirawat di bangsal Ilmu Kesehatan Anak RS DR. M. Djamil Padang dari tanggal 1 Januari s/d 31 Desember 2007. Pencatatan dilakukan pada umur, jenis kelamin, lama diare, lama dirawat, dan adanya gejala encephalopati. Juga dicatat hasil pemeriksaan elektrolit dan analisis gas darah. Didapatkan 29 pasien diare akut dengan dehidrasi berat yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Umur rata-rata 11,14±7,06 bulan, perempuan 24,1% dan laki-laki 75,9%. Komplikasi diare akut dehidrasi berat adalah asidosis metabolik 75,9%, enchepalopati 13,8%, hiponatremi 44,8%, hipernatremi 10,3%, hipokalemi 62%, hiperkalemi 10,3%. Rata-rata dari perawatan rumah sakit adalah 4,69±1,87 hari, lama menderita diare 8,62±2,98 hari. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lama menderita diare dengan kejadian asidosis metabolik (p=0,045) dan hiponatremi (p=0,035). Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara lama perawatan dengan asidosis metabolik, enchepalopati, hiponatremi, hipernatremi, hipokalemi dan hiperkalemi. Kejadian asidosis metabolik dan hiponatremi berhubungan bermakna dengan lamanya pasien menderita diare akut dehidrasi berat.Kata kunci: Diare, dehidrasi berat, elektrolit, keseimbangan asam basa, lama diareAbstractAcute diarrhea remains one of the most prevalent health problems facing infants and young children. Metabolic acidosis and electrolyte imbalance are serious complications associated with high mortality rate among inappropriately managed patients. To find out the prevalence of electrolyte and acid base imbalance in severely dehydrated diarrhea patients, hospitalisation time, the duration of diarrhea related to complications need to be studied. A restrospective study was done at PediatricARTIKEL PENELITIAN71Department, DR. M. Djamil Hospital Padang from January to December 2007. Age, sex, duration of diarrhea, length of hospitalisation and encephalopathy were recorded. Sodium and potassium level, and gas blood analysis were analysed. Twenty nine hospitalized patients with severely dehydrated diarrhea were enrolled in this study. Mean age were 11.14±7.06 months, female 24.1% and male 75.9%. The complications were metabolic acidosis in 75.9%, encephalopathy 13.8%, hyponatremia 44.8%, hypernatremia 10.3%, hypokalemia 62%, hyperkalemia 10.3%. Mean length of hospitalisation was 4.69±1.87 days, duration of diarrhea was 8.62±2.981 days. The duration of diarrhea related significantly with metabolic acidosis (p=0.045) and hyponatremia (p=0.035). No significant correlation was found between length of hospitalisation with metabolic acidosis, encephalopathy, hyponatremia, hyper-natremia, hypokalemia, or hyperkalemia. Metabolic acidosis and hyponatremia were associated significantly with duration of severely dehydrated diarrhea.Keywords : Diarrhea, severe dehidration, electrolyte, acid babase imbalance, duration of diarrhea.

Abstract

AbstrakFaktor risiko infeksi Helicobacter pylori adalah tinggal di negara berkembang, kondisi sosial ekonomi yang rendah, jumlah anggota keluarga yang banyak, etnik dan genetik. Tatalaksana dan diagnosis Helicobacter pylori belum memuaskan karena adanya resistensi antibiotik pada pasien Helicobacter pylori. Kami melaporkan seorang pasien perempuan usia 8 tahun 6 bulan yang terinfeksi Helicobacter pylori. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan hasil laboratorium. Pasien diduga terinfeksi Helicobacter pylori karena mengalami nyeri perut berulang. Dari laboratorium didapatkan serologi IgG Helicobacter pylori positif. Pada hasil endoskopi biopsi ditemukan kuman Helicobacter pylori. Pasien mendapat therapi eradikasi lini pertama untuk infeksi Helicobacter pylori yaitu amoksisilin, klaritromisin dan omeprazol selama dua minggu. Objective: We report a 8 year and 6 month old girl who suffered from Helicobacter pylori. The diagnosis was based on history, clinical finding, and laboratory work-up. Suspicion on the presence of Helicobacter pylori was started when the girl had recurrent abdominal pain. Serology IgG Helicobacter pylori was positive and we had done endoscopic examination and biopsy. Therapy this patient was first line eradication Helicobacter pylori which give amoxicillin, clarithromycin and omeprazole for two weeks. Abstract

Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a device that can move the main power source to a backup power source automatically and quickly when the main power source is interrupted or the supply cuts to the load. In this study, ATS was designed based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller as an automatic control that works based on voltage readings. Using the Arduino Nano microcontroller can facilitate the process of making tools and minimize the use of components. This ATS uses the PZEM-004T voltage sensor module. The voltage sensor module functions to detect and measure the value of the PLN voltage. From the test results, it was found that the time lag between the PLN supply being cut off until the battery was supplying and ready to be loaded was an average of 2.79 seconds. Meanwhile, the time lag when the PLN supply turns on again until the battery supply is cut off and the load supply is again served by PLN is 3.07 seconds on average. Other tests found that in measuring battery resistance with a load of 20 watts, the current obtained is 1.66 amperes with a usage resistance of 27 hours, while when the load is 200 watts the current is 16.66 amperes while the resistance to use is 2.7 hours. The length of battery life is affected by the magnitude of the load.

Abstract

Risk factors for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection include residence in a developing country, poor socio-economic status, overcrowding family, ethnic and genetic predisposition. The diagnosis and management H. pylori have not been satisfied yet; however, there is a problem of increasing H. pylori antibiotic resistance. We reported a case of 8 year-old girl who suffered from H. pylori infection. The diagnosis was made based on history, clinical findings, and laboratory work-up. Suspicion of H. pylori infection was started when she had recurrent abdominal pain. The result of serologic testing for H. pylori immunoglobulin G (IgG) was positive. Endoscopic biopsy revealed the presence of H. pylori. Patient received regimens for first line eradication of H. pylori, i.e. amoxicillin, clarithromycin and omeprazole for two weeks. Afterward, her condition improved markedly without any further complaint.Keywords: Helicobacter pylori, children, recurrent abdominal pain

Abstract

Currently, the energy we use is still using fossil energy. In the future, the need for energy will increase because every year there is a large population growth. If you still use fossil energy and don’t find new energy alternatives, then Indonesia will experience a severe energy crisis and certain places will experience blackouts. One of the efforts so that the wind energy crisis can be minimized is to utilize natural energy that has the potensial to generate energy such as the Wind Power Plant. In this study, planning and simulation of Wind Power Plant were carried out to help reduce the use of fossil energy and help the needs of the community in the Talise Beach area. From the results of the study that the average output of wind turbine production is 1,180/hour winh a maximum production of wind turbines per day of 5,665 kW and the construction system cost (NPC) of Rp. 91,340,660,000. Electrical energy that can be generated from wind turbines by utilizing an area of about 42,021.67 m2 is 10,332,498 kWh/year with a total unfulfilled power of 1,416 kW/year. Lack of power or unmet load can be overcome by the existence of a grid/network.

Abstract

Salah satu bidang hak kekayaan intelektual yang berhubungan langsung dengan masalah perdagangan adalah merek. Merek memegang peranan yang penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian untuk itu diperlukan perlindungan hukum dan pengaturan yang memadai sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek. Perlindungan merek sebenarnya sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Merek No.15 Tahun 2001, namun faktanya belum sepenuhnya merek terdaftar dapat terlindungi, seperti merek BIORE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Apakah merek Biorf dianggap memiliki persamaan pada pokoknya terhadap merek terkenal Biore berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek dan Untuk mengetahui apakah putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 127 PK/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2013 sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan aspek-aspek hukum yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan hukum pemilik merek terdaftar, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Merek Biorf dianggap memiliki persamaan pada pokoknya terhadap merek terkenal Biore, karena hakim Pengadilan Niaga dan hakim Peninjauan Kembali dalam pertimbangan hukumnya menggunakan Penafsiran Interpretasi bahasa yaitu dengan menjelaskan Kata BIO telah merupakan kata milik umum (public domain) yang berarti hidup dan kenyataannya kata BIO tidak terbukti sebagai milik umum untuk jenis barang kelas 3 sedangkan hakim dalam tingkat kasasi menggunakan penafsiran komparatif dengan cara membandingkan antara Merek BIORF dengan merek BIORE memiliki persamaan bentuk, cara penempatan, cara penulisan dan sangat kecil perbedaannya yaitu satu garis kecil pada huruf E dan F sehingga BIORF secara fonetik diucapkan BI-YO-REF dan BIORE secara fonetik diucapkan BI-YO-RE yang dapat membuktikan adanya kesan yang sama dalam pengucapan sehingga seharusnya yang dibandingkan adalah nama BIORE dan BIORF secara keseluruhan bukan dengan dipenggal menjadi BIO R-E dan BIO R-F. Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 127 PK/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2013 belum sesuai dengan tujuan dari Undang-Undang Merek karena seharusnya selain memperhatikan bukti baru tetapi juga harus memperhatikan keikutsertaan Indonesia dalam Perjanjian TRIPs sehingga mempunyai kewajiban untuk melindungi merek yang sudah terdaftar lebih dahulu dan lebih khusus memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 6 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Merek No.15 Tahun 2001.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has two seasons, namely the summer and the rainy season, when the rainy season arrives, the rainfall will be very high which can cause flooding. This can be overcome by technological innovation in the form of tools that can work in real-time to detect the condition of water flow in rivers so that losses due to flooding can be minimized. This tool uses a level sensor with the float magnetic level gauge method which is connected to the ESP32 microcontroller module as a sensor data controller and sends the sensor measurement data values ​​to the IoT platform. The sensor measurement results correspond to the water level in centimeters and are sent to the IoT platforms, namely Blynk and Telegram in real-time. The results of sending data to the Blynk and Telegram applications have an average error value of 1.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membuktikan secara empiris bahwa board gender diversity dan independent commissioner mempengaruhi tingkat tax avoidance melalui sustainability performance sebagai mediasi. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022 dan menerbitkan laporan keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa board gender diversity tidak signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, namun signifikan terhadap sustainability performance. Sementara itu, independent commissioner signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sustainability performance. sustainability performance tidak signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, dan secara empiris tidak memediasi hubungan antara board gender diversity dan independent commissioner terhadap tax avoidance.
