Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, advertising and distribution channels on purchasing decisions for personal health devices. In addition, this study also aims to determine the dominant factors that influence purchasing decisions for medical devices. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by taking a research sample of 100 (one hundred) people using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test and F test and test of determination. The result of the research is product quality, price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while distribution channels have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research is that manufacturers who provide medical devices must be able to carry out price strategies in improving purchasing decisions and controlling market share in the health industry.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional, work life balance dan self leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Badung. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Badung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sensus sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 pegawai . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Badung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional, work life balance dan self leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Performance is an important thing in order to support the smoothrunning of the organization in achieving its goals and can be created if there is a high spirit of the employees. From the observation of thephenomenon of decreasing employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali iscaused by several factors including compensation, work involvement andworkload. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workinvolvement and workload on employee performance at PT. Diversey Bali.The sampling technique used is a saturated sample using all employees ofPT. Diversey Bali, totaling 33 people. The method of analysis used multiplelinear regression using the SPSS IBM Statistics 24.0 Portable program.From the results of the analysis obtained the results of the effect ofcompensation, work engagement and workload on employee performanceat PT. Diversey Bali is positive and significant. From the results ofmultiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y= 14,663 +0.374 X1 + 0.444 X2 1.135 X3¬can be explained that the pattern ofinfluence of compensation variables (X1) and work involvement (X2) onthe dependent variable of employee performance (Y) is positive, meaningthat if the variable If self-efficacy and organizational climate increase,employee performance will increase or vice versa. While the effect of theworkload variable (X3) on employee performance (Y) is negative, meaningthat if the workload variable increases, employee performance willdecrease and vice versa. From the results of the tdi test, it can be seen thatself-efficacy and organizational climate partially have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher thecompensation or work involvement, the higher the resulting performance.Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on employeeperformance. This means that the higher the workload, the lower theresulting performance.

Abstract

Growing using marketplace where as online shopping is driven by thetechnological advances that it becomes a trend to the society. Through increase of sales,required of many companies to participate using the digitization currently. A unique andgood television commercials will be easier in the mind of consumers the brand. Theexistence feature of online customer review can decrease received risk of possibility toconsumers online shopping, therefore companies and merchants that can get of the trustwhile consumer of making purchase decisions.The research population is all the Shopeeusers in Bali with was 100 respondents of sample based on purposive samplingtechnique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire by multiple linearregression analysis.The results of analysis regression show that television advertising and onlinecustomer review the partial has positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.Based on this result, we can suggested that Shopee must to increase of the frequencybroadcasting television advertising and continue to improve advertising innovate andonline review features to create more purchase decisions.

Abstract

Loyalty is created based on the experience of consumers buying and consuming products, the factors that influence the emergence of customer loyalty so that they can carry out the right strategy for the survival of the company. brand image, product variety, and store atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product variety, and store atmosphere on customer loyalty. The population of this study are consumers who come to shop at least 2 times. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, this method uses the census method with a total of 102 fashion shop owners. Samples in this study were 102 respondents, with multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study brand image has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, product variety has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty in fashion stores in Bali.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan barang keperluan departemen Food & Beverage (F&B) pada hotel bintang memiliki tantangan tersendiri, antara lain barang yang mudah rusak, fluktuasi permintaan tamu, serta kebutuhan administrasi yang akurat dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan permasalahan pada efisiensi operasional, khususnya di Departemen Food & Beverage (F&B), yaitu pengelolaan dokumen administrasi yang berantakan, belum optimalnya penerapan sistem FIFO pada persediaan bahan makanan, serta keterbatasan monitoring penggunaan bahan yang berdampak pada pemborosan dan biaya operasional. Solusi yang dirancang meliputi penataan dokumen administrasi menggunakan map snelhecter, digitalisasi arsip penting, penerapan sistem FIFO dengan label dan stock opname rutin, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan staf agar terbiasa dengan prosedur baru. Hasil program menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan dalam keteraturan administrasi, kemudahan akses dokumen, pengurangan pemborosan bahan makanan, dan efisiensi biaya. Selain itu, staf menjadi lebih kompeten, proses kerja lebih terstruktur, dan layanan kepada tamu meningkat. Disarankan agar hotel melanjutkan program secara berkelanjutan melalui pelatihan periodik, perluasan digitalisasi arsip elektronik, evaluasi berkala penerapan FIFO, serta pemanfaatan software inventaris.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan tidak dapat mencapai tujuannya secara maksimal jika kinerja pegawai rendah. Oleh sebab itu, kinerja menjadi hal penting yang selalu ingin ditingkatkan karena dapat menggambarkan tingkat efisiensi kerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan target produktivitas. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang UPTD Trans Gianyar Di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bidang UPTD Trans Gianyar di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 48 pegawai. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 pegawai pada Bidang UPTD Trans Gianyar di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Gianyar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang UPTD Trans Gianyar Di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

Companies will grow and gain a competitive advantage by providing the best quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and a desire to use the company's services. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of word of mouth, brand image, and service quality on the decision to use transportation services in Bali. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 80 respondents, representing transportation customers in Denpasar. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results demonstrate that word of mouth, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use transportation services in Denpasar.

Abstract

Continuous engagement in long-term healthcare programs such as the Back-Referral Program (Program Rujuk Balik or PRB) depends on sustained participant loyalty, which is shaped by service-related perceptions and psychological factors. Previous studies have highlighted the roles of information quality and corporate image in influencing participant behavior; however, inconsistencies remain regarding their direct effects on loyalty. This study examines the influence of information quality and corporate image on customer loyalty, with trust considered as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 271 PRB participants and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that information quality does not have a direct effect on loyalty (? = 0.082; p 0.05) but contributes positively to trust (? = 0.463; p 0.001). Corporate image shows a significant direct effect on loyalty (? = 0.209; p 0.05) and also enhances trust (? = 0.488; p 0.001). Trust demonstrates a strong positive effect on loyalty (? = 0.521; p 0.001) and serves as a mediating mechanism linking information quality and corporate image to loyalty outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of trust in maintaining long-term engagement in public healthcare programs and suggest that clear communication, reliable service delivery, and a credible institutional image are central to fostering participant loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work experience, and job training on employee performance at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Pakraman Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar, Denpasar City. The population in this study consisted of all 37 employees, and all members of the population were used as respondents, thus sampling was conducted using the census method. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation, determination, F-test, and t-test. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Pakraman Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar, Denpasar City. 2) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Pakraman Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar, Denpasar City. 3) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Pakraman Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar, Denpasar City.
