This study aims to examine the burnout syndrome and the factors that influence it, the sample in this study were employees of the marketing and service divisions in the banking sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using structural equation modeling. The results of this study will explain whether or not there is an influence of the factors studied on the high or low burnout syndrome experienced by individuals at work.

The main goal for investors was the company's performance in boosting the stock price, the stock price is an important indicator that must be considered by the company's management and investors to evaluate the success rate or the health of the company in the market capital. The data used are the highlights of finance PT Gudang Garam Tbk 2004-2013. The variables of this research consists of the return on equity (X 1), earnings per share (X 2), and net profit margin (X 3) as the independent variable and the dependent variable as a stock price. The results of this research is the third independent variable influences the stock price significantly to together and partially does not have a significant influence on the price of the stock, it is evident from the results of the R square just 77.2% of the variation stock prices can be explained by variation in Return on Equity, Earnings Per share and Net Profit Margin, while 12.8% the rest is explained by factors outside of research.

Current Ratio is one of the company's ability to pay its short-term liabilities with its assets. Debt to Equity Ratio is the ability of the company to fulfill all its obligations, indicated by what part of the capital itself used to pay the debt. Profit is an indicator of achievement or performance of a company whose magnitude appears in the financial statements, exactly profit and loss. The objective of this research is to know whether there is influence between Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio and more dominant variable between both variables at PT.Astra International registered in BEI period 2006-2015. PT.Astra International is a multinational company that produces automotive and which is produced from automotive itself that is car, sepedamotor and spare parts and also distribute heavy equipment. Which is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is known that F count is 24,646 by comparing F table α = 0,05. And on the t test results can be known to Debt to Equity Ratio has t count of 2.239 while ttable of 2.36 so t count < t table with a significant probability to variable Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.002 smaller than at a significant level of 0.05 can be concluded that the partial Current Ratio effect Significantly and positively to Net Income.Keyword: current ratio, debt to equity ratio

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of public sector employees in the city of Jambi. The sample in this study is employees who work in the public sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using Component Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study will explain whether there is an influence from the main variables studied, namely the leadership, organizational culture and employee performance..

Setiap wanita sering mengalami gangguan dalam siklus haidnya. Gangguan siklus haid antara lain tidak teraturnya siklus haid atau amenorrhea. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian amenorrhea. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah wanita usia subur berjumlah 431. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purpossive sampling 76 responden. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar status gizi responden adalah gemuk sebanyak 36 responden (47,4%), responden menggunakan obat KB sebanyak 48 responden (63,2%) dan responden mempunyai tingkatan stres sedang sebanyak 37 responden (48,7%). Analisis bivariat dengan chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara status gizi dengan kejadian amenorrhea, ada hubungan positif antara stres dengan kejadian amenorrhea serta ada hubungan positif antara penggunaan obat KB dengan kejadian amenorrhea. Disarankan bagi responden untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam menjaga kesehatan khususnya bagi responden dengan status gizi gemuk dan obesitas perlu melakukan olah raga teratur dan melakukan diet sehat.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan minuman herbal terbuat dari jahe merah dan kunyit dan meningkatkan pendapatan Pondok Pesantren Riyadhul Huda di Desa Babakan Ciangsana Kecamatan Gunung Putri Bogor. Dengan berlatih membiasakan diri mengkonsumsi minuman herbal maka masyarakat Pondok dapat memiliki ketahanan terhadap serangan COVID-19 sehingga pembelajaran dapat berlangsung lebih aman. Dengan demikian, dilakukan pembuatan teknologi yang diterapkan dalam pembuatan minuman jahe merah dan kunyit adalah ekstraksi dengan metode infundasi. Infundasi merupakan penyarian simplisia dalam air pada suhu 90ºC selama 15 menit. Minuman herbal dibuat dalam bentuk tunggal atau racikan dengan bahan baku yang masih berbentuk utuh, rajangan, serbuk, maupun ekstrak (sari). Secara keseluruhan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan responden terhadap materi yang akan diberikan.Dari hasil analisis terhadap data kuesioner responden, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan setelah mendapatkan pemaparan materi tentang pengolahan jahe merah dan kunyit sebagai anti oksidan pada minuman herbal. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah produk berupa minuman herbal untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, dan pemahaman pemanfaatan tanaman herbal berkhasiat serta meningkatkan motivasi para peserta untuk mengembangkan secara mandiri alternatif minuman herbal sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract: Kemaro Island is a delta located in the middle of the Musi River downstream hassplit the city of Palembang. Based on research question, namely “How the function of KemaroIsland in 1965-2012”. So, this research was showed to find out how the function of KemaroIsland in 1965-2012. The method that used on this research is the historical method. Datacollection technique using literature technique, interview observation and documentation, meanwhile the technique of analysis data is a qualitative of analysis data technique. From the resultof analysis data show the facts that between in years 1965 to this present based on the functionof Kemaro Island can be grouped into several functions including function of Kemaro Island in1965-1967 as detentions camp. Function of Kemaro Island in 1968-1997 as a settlement andplace to worship. Function of Kemaro Island in 1998 - 2007 as a farmland, and then function ofKemaro Island in 2008 -2012 as a ritual attraction tourist object. So, it can be concluded that ineach functions it has different connected event that suitable with the empowerment that has beendone by Government and society of Palembang.Key words: Function of Kemaro IslandABSTRAKAbstrak: Pulau Kemaro merupakan sebuah delta yang terletak di tengah-tengah Sungai Musibagian hilir yang telah membelah Kota Palembang. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dalampenelitian ini yaitu “bagaimanakah fungsi Pulau Kemaro tahun 1965-2012 ?”. Maka, penelitianini ditujukan untuk mencari tahu tentang fungsi dari keberadaan Pulau Kemaro tahun 1965hingga tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode historis. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi,sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasilanalisis data, fakta menunjukkan bahwa antara tahun 1965 hingga saat ini berdasarkanfungsinya Pulau Kemaro memiliki lima fungsi yang dikelompokkan ke dalam empat periodediantaranya, fungsi Pulau Kemaro pada tahun 1965-1967 adalah sebagai kamp tahanan, fungsiPulau Kemaro pada tahun 1968-1997 adalah sebagai tempat pemukiman dan tempat ibadah,fungsi Pulau Kemaro tahun 1998-2007 adalah sebagai lahan pertanian, serta fungsi PulauKemaro tahun 2008-2012 adalah sebagai Objek Wisata Ritual. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwapada masing-masing fungsi Pulau Kemaro tersebut memiliki serangkaian peristiwa yangberbeda-beda sesuai dengan adanya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah danpenduduk Palembang.Kata kunci: Fungsi Pulau Kemaro

This study cannot see the implementation of UKS seen from the implementation of the SDN 03 Padang City program, which includes 4 environmental factors, environmental regulations, participatory-based environmental activities, and management of environmental supporting facilities. This case study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The key information in this study is the homeroom teacher of class 1 as one of the Adiwiyata team at SDN 03 Alai, Padang City. Using data methods through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the research conducted at SDN 03 Alai, Padang city in July-September, the conclusion was that the implementation of UKS in terms of the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SDN 03 Alai, Padang City was going well. Judging by the 4 adiwiyata components (1) the development of an environmentally friendly school with the school updating its vision and mission that contains environmental values and has set the budget in the RKAS for the Adiwiyata program in the framework of protecting and managing the school environment. (2) Development of an environment-based curriculum by integrating environmental knowledge materials in both extracurricular subjects and activities. (3) Development of participatory based activities involving environmental agendas held by schools or outside parties. (4) The development and management of environmental supporting facilities can be seen from the use of greenhouses and pharmacies as learning media. The school's efforts to foster student participation in the Adiwiyata program have carried out various activities held by the school or organized by parties outside the school and conducted seminars or workshops

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers’ perceptions about planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision carried out by school supervisors. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, and those who collect data using a questionnaire with a likert scale. This study shows the implementation of academic supervision by supervisors according to teacher perceptions, which can be broken down based on indicators, namely: 1) academic supervision planning has a score of 3,57 in sufficient criteria, 2) the implementation of academic supervision has a score of 3,64 in good criteria, 3) the evaluation of academic supervision has a score of 3,55 in sufficient criteria, 4) follow-up academic supervision has a score of 3,60 in good criteria. Overall the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisors at SDN Subdistrict 2X11 Enam Lingkung, according to the perception of the teacher has a value of 3,59 in sufficient criteria.

Online learning (on the network) is a demand in the 4.0 era (current industrial revolution. This is because of the development of technology and information so that learning must be carried out using technology. In addition, the Covid-19 outbreak gave birth to implementation policies learning carried out at home using online methods. For this reason, teachers are required tohave today's digital literacy competencies in order to be able to do online learning. However, the current problem is that there are still many teachers who do not understand technology digital, namely 97.5% of teachers. This is as known from the results of interviews in Malalak District Agam Regency, West Sumatra that there are still many teachers who have not been able to implement learning using digital technology. And also there are still many teachers who are not able to carry out online learning. There are still many teachers who have not been able to evaluate online learning. The solution to overcome these problems is to transfer knowledge through online learning guidance for teachers. The first step is to do testing digital literacy competence of teachers through a questionnaire. After that give understanding to the teacher about online learning. Then the next stage is conducting technical guidance on the manufacture of innovative and interactive learning media for learning. Next, technical guidance is carried out about the implementation of online learning evaluation for teachers. The last stage is to evaluate about the digital literacy competence of teachers regarding the implementation and evaluation of online learning using a questionnaire. The output of the results of this community service activity are scientific publications, namely: articles on Journals with ISSN / Proceedings of National journals, namely colloquium journals, video service activities, and publication in print/online mass media, namely the Haluan newspaper. And also activity report.
