Abstract

By using mathematical calculations, a situation can be predicted in the future through forecasting or forecasting. Companies often use this forecasting method to calculate future conditions, or to make predictions or predict future conditions that are still unknown for the company's progress. Forecasting can be implemented in various ways. Two methods are used in one example: double exponential smoothing and weighted moving average (WMA). This technique provides future forecasts by dissecting past information and applying different weights to the remaining information. Predicted proportions can also be used to improve quality of life. When a problem arises, it is almost impossible to solve or understand without first recognizing the problem. This forecasting method can be used in various fields, including forecasting at coffee shops or Sir Coffeehouse coffee shops regarding the production of milk coffee drinks. Sir Coffeehouse is a coffee shop or coffee shop that sells various kinds of coffee drinks. Until now, sales and data processing for Sir Coffeehouse Coffee Shop is still manual, which of course results in less efficient management. Because salespeople often have difficulty predicting how many products will be available in the coming month, the number of sales transactions will affect inventory. Of course, by obtaining forecasting data for future coffee drinks, it can provide an overview of future work steps and boost company productivity. In this research, taking coffee milk drink stamps for the manual prediction estimation process, of course, must dominate abilities, especially in the numerical field. The test results of the system created were used to predict coffee sales with a Weighted Moving Average (WMA) of 62 and a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.08, while using Double Exponential Smoothing of 51.1 and a Mean Square Error of -38.0. This strategy provides stock determination for the following time period. The Weighted Moving Average (WMA) technique is superior because it has a lower error value.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of thrifting on the economic condition of clothing traders in Pasar Lasoani, to identify the factors that make thrifting a threat to these traders, to find solutions that traders can implement in facing competition with thrifted products, and to understand the Islamic economic perspective on thrifting practices in Pasar Lasoani. This study uses a qualitative research method, which is intended to describe and explain events or phenomena occurring in the field and to present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena observed. The data for this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The thrifting phenomenon has had a significant impact on the economy of clothing traders in Pasar Lasoani. On the positive side, this trend has increased income for traders who sell thrifted items due to their affordable prices and attractive variety. However, on the negative side, thrifting reduces the competitiveness of new and local clothing traders, thereby creating economic imbalances in the market. The increase in secondhand clothing imports is also perceived as a threat to the demand for new products, especially due to the strong interest of young consumers in branded clothes at low prices. To improve competitiveness, new clothing traders need to implement strategies such as price adjustments, product quality improvement, utilization of digital marketing, and consumer education on the advantages of new clothing. From an Islamic economic perspective, the practice of thrifting is permissible as long as it fulfills the pillars and legal conditions of buying and selling, namely clarity of the product, mutual agreement on price, and absence of excessive gharar (uncertainty). According to the school of Imam Malik, this practice is valid if the existing gharar is minor, unavoidable, and conducted with honesty, fairness, and transparency. Therefore, thrifting transactions in Pasar Lasoani can be considered in line with the principles of sharia.

Abstract

cro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy but often face challenges in meeting legal requirements such as Business Identification Numbers (NIB), Household Industry Food Production Permits (PIRT), and Halal Certification. This study aims to analyze the role of Thematic KKN (Community Service Program) students in the Industrial Cluster in enhancing MSME actors' understanding of these legal aspects through entrepreneurship workshops. A case study was conducted on MSMEs in Kayumalue Pajeko Village. The method used was a participatory approach through workshops integrating theory and practice. The results showed that the workshops effectively improved MSME actors' understanding of the procedures for obtaining NIB, PIRT, and Halal Certification. Additionally, the program facilitated MSMEs in initiating the process of managing legal documents independently.Thematic KKN students acted as facilitators, providing direct guidance and assisting in overcoming obstacles such as limited initial knowledge and lack of access to technology. However, challenges such as limited mentoring time and technical barriers were also encountered. In conclusion, the program had a positive impact on MSME development in Kayumalue Pajeko and provided practical experience for students. Recommendations for program development include the need for continuous mentoring, collaboration with the government, and additional training to ensure sustainable outcomes.
