Abstract

One method for developing and managing a business is to apply the Zachman framework to the organization. This approach is also used by companies such as By.U for analysis and organization. The method of determining the use of By.U application company, a service provider, applying the Zachman framework, provides a practical area for businesses to evaluate the best course of action for creating an enterprise architecture related to significant issues with daily operations such as the insecurity of mobile phone numbers if they are written on manual paper at the pulse counter, this causes a large number of sms from unknown numbers. The results showed that the By.U application plays an important role in providing information about the choice of internet data package products. In addition, the implementation of the Zachman framework provides easy access for businesses to recognize benefits and drawbacks that arise based on the details of the services offered and provided by these organizations, making it easier for corporate representatives to make decisions within the organization.

Abstract

Fafiras Kitchen is a family business that focuses on food catering services. This business involves three main operational stages, namely the ordering process, procurement of raw materials, and delivery of products to customers. From the results of observations and interviews, several problems were identified such as the absence of good records in the ordering process resulting in errors in order fulfillment and loss of customer data, dependence on one raw material supplier increases the risk of delays and disruptions in the supply chain and inefficient delivery management caused by human error and no real time tracking, so this has an impact on customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze and model the current business process and provide recommendations for improvement. Modeling is done using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) with a qualitative approach to investigate existing business processes. The results of this research can identify areas of improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MSMEs operations so that MSMEs can better understand, manage, and optimize their business processes. In addition, this research also conducted simulations using the Bizagi Modeler application to test the validity of the business process modeling that has been made. The simulation results show an increase in time in the implementation of business processes.

Abstract

The Digital Business study program is a new study program within the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Pancasakti Tegal where previously there were only 3 study programs, namely the Management, Accounting, and Taxation study programs. Every semester the Faculty of Economics and Business always holds Mid Semester Test (MST) and a Final Semester Test (FST), In both implementations, there are still queues of students who have already registered and paid for exams at the Front Office to take exam cards. This queue creates a large crowd at the Front Office and often causes the Administrative division that prints the cards and the Front Office staff to be overwhelmed in printing and distributing test cards to students. This study uses the Zachman Framework architectural model approach which is a framework in providing the basic organizational structure that supports access, integration, interpretation, development, management, and changes to the architectural devices of organizational information systems in the form of a matrix with a combination of planners and owners perspectives and the addition of two more perspectives. namely the perspective of the information system architecture which provides an overview of the design and architectural testing of the system as a novelty method.

Abstract

Pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) Masjid AT-TAQWA masih dilakukan secara manual, yang seringkali menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti ketidaktepatan pencatatan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Keterbatasan literasi digital di kalangan pengelola juga menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan teknologi informasi yang lebih efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pengelola TPA serta memperkenalkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi untuk pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi sistem informasi, serta pelatihan literasi digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data di TPA, dengan pengurangan waktu pencatatan hingga 50% dan penurunan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan serta kehilangan kartu bayaran menjadi tidak ada. Pelatihan literasi digital juga berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi, dengan sebagian besar pengelola mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi dengan baik. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem informasi yang didukung oleh pelatihan literasi digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan infaq dan pembayaran siswa di TPA Masjid AT-TAQWA. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam operasional mereka, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan administrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap antarmuka e-learning X menggunakan kombinasi Multinomial Naive Bayes dan pendekatan Design Thinking. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah banyaknya feedback negatif terkait antarmuka pengguna yang dianggap kurang intuitif. Data sentimen dari ulasan pengguna diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes, sementara Design Thinking digunakan untuk merancang solusi antarmuka yang lebih user-friendly. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif meningkatkan sentimen positif pengguna, dengan perbaikan signifikan dalam pengalaman dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap antarmuka e-learning X, Serta rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aplikasi e-learning.   Abstract   This research aims to analyze user sentiment towards the e-learning interface X using a combination of Multinomial Naive Bayes and Design Thinking approaches. The problem faced was the large number of negative feedback regarding the user interface which was considered less intuitive. Sentiment data from user reviews is classified using the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm, while Design Thinking is used to design more user-friendly interface solutions. The results show that this method is effective in increasing positive user sentiment, with significant improvements in user experience and satisfaction with the X e-learning interface As well as recommendations for developing e-learning applications.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi membuka peluang besar untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan khususnya dalam pengelolaan data kesehatan anak melalui sistem E-Posyandu berbasis Web. Pencatatan manual seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan seperti data yang hilang, rusak dan ketidak sinkronan data. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang memudahkan pengelolaan data bagi para petugas posyandu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem E-Posyandu berbasis Web yang diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan Posyandu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum. Untuk penyimpanan data. Website ini dibuat berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi lapangan langsung untuk mengakses informasi dan kebutuhan yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem E-Posyandu yang telah diuji menggunakan pengujian Blackbox dan berfungsi dengan baik sehingga dapat membantu user dalam mengelola data menggunakan system yang ada. Pembangunan system E-Posyandu berbasis web tersebut menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, dan mengimplementasikan server database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem E-Posyandu berbasis web kader tidak perlu membawa buku besar untuk mencatat dan mengelola data. Metode Agile Scrum diperlukan untuk membangun sebuah perancangan sistem secara sistematis dan terstruktur, sehingga proses penelitian menjadi lebih terarah. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengelola data tanpa harus menginput ulang data. Pengujian pengguna atau user dilakukan menggunakan black box testing, dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa fitur sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of animal species with the top 10 predicate in the world. The population of animal species, including starlings, is very widely known in the country. Starlings currently in Indonesia are diverse, ranging from standard to rare in Indonesia. This starling has its characteristics based on the type, color, sound, etc. In the first problem, the first accuracy performance when using the GLCM texture feature with Artificial Neural Network is 68%. Furthermore, the second problem is the accuracy performance of typing using the GLCM texture feature with a Decision Tree of 50%. This research aims to improve the starling classification system accuracy using Gabor and Wavelet texture features with artificial Neural Networks. Based on testing in the classification of starlings using the GLCM, Gabor, and Wavelet features, the highest degree of precision can, therefore, be concluded to be at the GLCM and Wavelet feature levels. The GLCM and Wavelet level accuracy results reached 83% at a rate of learning 0.9. In the experiments that have been done, the GLCM and Wavelet levels can increase accuracy using Artificial Neural Networks. In the classification process, the type of starlings also shows that the computational time in testing is much faster in producing accuracy values. In addition, the accurate accuracy while testing the starling category also increases.

Abstract

Assessment of teachers by the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin certainly needs to be done to determine the best teacher, so that teacher performance is in accordance with the specified competencies because the teacher is the most important and influential role in the world of education in the process of teaching and learning activities. The assessment was carried out not only for civil servants (PNS), including honorary teachers who also participated in the assessment process so that there were no limitations in evaluating teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin. This assessment process uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Algorithm. The method used aims to determine the best teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwaringin who is in accordance with the assessment criteria prepared. The results of the ranking show that Dian Purwanti, S.Pd obtained the highest score of 0.342 out of 5 other teachers. This application is expected to assist school principals in determining the best teacher based on the criteria and weight of each existing value.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) causes the state to suffer losses, especially in the health sector. WHO calls for controlling COVID-19 with health protocols that must be obeyed, one of which is wearing a mask. The use of masks can reduce the transmission of COVID-19. But there are still many people who ignore the protocol to use masks properly. So a system was created to detect the use of masks properly using the YOLOv5 architecture. Aiming to help regulate the use of masks in public areas or open places. The process of this research begins with data collection in the form of images. The collected image data will later be used as a dataset and model training will be carried out using the YOLOv5s model. The accuracy results obtained from this study reached 90.37%

Abstract

The classification of starling species is vital for biodiversity conservation, especially as some species are endangered. This research investigates the effectiveness of the Bayesian Network (BayesNet) for classifying starling species and compares its performance with Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Naive Bayes models. The dataset comprises 300 images of five starling species—Bali, Rio, Moon, Kebo, and Uret—captured under controlled conditions. Feature extraction focused on color, texture, and shape, while data augmentation through slight image rotations was applied to enhance model generalization. The BayesNet model achieved an accuracy of 96.29% using a 90:10 training-to-testing split, outperforming ANN (90.74%) and Naive Bayes variants. Precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC values further validated the robustness of the BayesNet model, with precision at 0.90, recall at 0.91, F1-score at 0.92, and AUC-ROC at 0.95. These results demonstrate the superior performance of multi-feature Bayesian Networks in starling classification compared to other machine learning models. The novelty of this study lies in its application of a probabilistic approach using Bayesian Networks, which enhances interpretability and performance, especially in scenarios with limited data. Future work may explore additional feature sets and advanced machine learning models to further improve classification accuracy and robustness.
