Abstract

Anggota Sahabat Prestatif Yogyakarta mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses sumber dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menyusun proposal akademik, penelitian, laporan, serta presentasi. Masalah-masalah tersebut telah menurunkan produktivitas mereka dalam menciptakan karya tulis ilmiah dan memenangkan kompetisi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akses terhadap pelatihan dan materi dalam meningkatkan penulisan akademik dan berbicara kepada anggota. Diharapkan pada akhir pengabdian masyarakat ini, anggota Sahabat Prestatif Yogyakarta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep menulis dan berbicara akademik termasuk menulis paragraf, esai, menggunakan alat referensi, dan keterampilan presentasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan pada akhir program pengabdian masyarakat, kami telah mencapai tujuan program.

Abstract

The phenomenon studied in this research is about the readiness of vocational school students in relation to the implementation of career guidance services in schools, the research problem was formulated as follows: “how is the infuence of career guidance services to the readiness of class XII students accounting expertise competence SMK Negeri 11 Bandung”. The purpose of this study is to describe the services of career guidance and readiness work and to determine the effect of career guidance services to job readiness of student class XII accounting expertise competence SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The research method is descriptive verifcation, data collection techniques on job readiness and career guidance services at school using questionnaire instrument that has passed the validity test and reliability test. Number of members of the population is 129 students, the sample used proportionate random sampling technique that is as many as 93 respondents. Numerical scale model Questionnaire used in this research and data analysis is Pearson product moment correlation. The result of the research shows that student’s readiness is in very good category, with the highest percentage result in ability and willingness to work dimension of 86, 49%. With career guidance services at school are in good category of 72.59%, including self-understanding and self-assessment, working world knowledge, decision making and attitude, and career planning. The result of the correlation coeffcient calculation shows 0.607, which means there is a strong relationship between career guidance service and job readiness. While the calculation of the coeffcient of determination obtained by 36.9% means that career counseling services affect 36.9% readiness of a student’s work. The remaining 63.1% is infuenced by other factors such as physical and mental maturity, interest, talent, intelligence, job information and work experience that need to be further investigated. And from t-test calculation is obtained t statistic = 7, 2863> t table (α = 0, 05) = 1,662. That is, career guidance services have a positive effect on the readiness of work

Abstract

Governance in Islamic banking is not limited to achieving profit or maximizing wealth but is related to stakeholder theory which is considered to align bank performance objectives with the environment and public interest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate governance as proxied by the number of boards of directors, number of sharia supervisory boards, characteristics of the board of directors and number of board meetings on financial performance as proxied by Return On Equity (ROE). The results showed that the number of boards of directors and the characteristics of the boards of directors had a positive influence on Return On Equity in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the entrepreneurial attitude and interpersonal communication of teaching students. This study uses a cross sectional design and a quantitative descriptive approach through the explanatory method. The research sample was 168 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the analysis technique was a technique for categorizing the mean results from hypothetical statistics and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The research findings are the entrepreneurial attitude of teacher students in the low category of 60.07% and the mean result of the Kruskall Wallis test is 31.7321. The students' interpersonal communication is also in the low category of 43.45% and the mean value of the Kruskall Wallis test is 26.6488. Practical and academic implications of research findings for policy makers and future researchers in the field of entrepreneurship education to find effective learning process formulations to shape entrepreneurial attitudes and improve teacher student interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Covid 19 Pandemic has changed the learning process at various levels. Higher education has been changing how it operates in meeting the needs of teaching and learning in the midst of restrictions due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Online learning has become the best option to ensure that the learning process continues while the outbreak remains controlled. Regardless of its flexibility, it is undeniable that many parties in the education system doubt the effectiveness of online learning in assisting students in achieving their learning objectives. This research aimed to scrutinize factors affecting students’ learning effectiveness in online learning. Using online questionnaires distributed to university students across Indonesia, this research found that technology readiness positively influencing learning motivation and students’ performance, and later learning motivation positively influences students’ performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to gather information about the influence of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Leverage Ratio, Profit Margin, Return on Asset, Inflation and Gross Domestic Product on profit growth at service companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. The purposive sampling technique was used to collect the samples. The amount of samples in this research were the 40 service companies in the property and real estate sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2016 period. The classic assumption test was done before the multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and R2 were used to implement the hypothesis test. The test results showonly partially, the Return On Asset has a positive and significant effect to profit growth, while the variable of  Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Leverage Ratio, Profit Margin, Inflation and Gross Domestic Product have insignificant effects to profit growth. Simultaneously, the Current Ratio variable, Total Asset Turnover, Leverage Ratio, Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Inflation and Gross Domestic Product have significant effects to profit growth.Keywords:Current Ratio, Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Leverage Ratio, Profit Growth, Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Total Asset Turnover

Abstract

Anak yang dibekali konsep literasi keuangan sejak dini akan terbiasa menangani uang secara bijak dan tepat di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji bagaimana pembelajaran literasi keuangan anak usia dini dikembangkan di lembaga taman kanak-kanak di kota Yogyakarta.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang kemudian didukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel penelitian yaitu 113 guru Taman Kanak Kanak yang diambil denngan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen angket yang digunakan telah dinyatakan valid secara isi berdasarkan hasil Aiken V dengan rentang 0,81–0,94 dan konstruk berdasarkan nilai KMO Barlert’s Test sebesar 0,678, serta koefisien reliabilitas menunjukkan angka 0,876 yang berarti instrument reliable Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi literasi finansial anak usia dini di Lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kota Yogyakarta dalam kategori cukup baik, sehingga masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang ada selama ini hanya berupa kegiatan menabung dan sedekah pada jumat berkah, belum ada kegiatan yang lebih spesifik terkait pengembangan literasi finansial anak usia dini.

Abstract

Evaluation may be carried out using different tests that are not necessarily parallel. Students with lower abilities may get higher scores while those with higher abilities get lower scores. Measurement errors caused by this condition require test equating. Several computer programs, including Bilog and the R program, can be used for test equating. Each program has a different level of accuracy, and the accuracy of the equating results will affect the standard errors of equating. This study aimed to find out the most accurate equating test method and the accuracy of the estimated BILOG and R program. This research used two sets of tests with equivalent group designs. The determination of the most accurate equating method was based on the root mean square deviation (RMSD) value. Equating test packages, A to package B with BILOG program estimation on the mean and Sigma method resulted in RMSD value of 0.320. In the mean and mean method, RMSD value is 0.250. Meanwhile, equating package A to package B using R program on the mean and sigma resulted in RMSD value of 0.300, and the mean and mean method with the RMSD value is 0.272. The mean and mean yield RMSD values smaller than the mean and sigma methods. Therefore, the mean and mean method is more accurate and applicable. Moreover, the estimation results of the BILOG program are more accurate and can be used in test equating.

Abstract

Education as an integral part of community life in the global era should be able to provide and facilitate the growth of intelectual skills, social and personal. But apparently there were still many problems that arise in the school, including the following: the method used in mathematic instruction was lectures, discussion, and discussion, it had never implement cooperative learning model Think Pairs Share, and had never been implementing instructional media flash player. From the results of learning activities that had been performed for two cycles, and based the entire discussion and analysis had been done can be summarized as follows: (1) The type of cooperative learning model TPS (think pair share) with flash media player had a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by increased mastery learning students in each cycle, that cycle I = 58.3% and cycle II = 88.9 %; (2) The implementation of cooperative learning model TPS (think pair share) with flash media player had a positive influence. Abstract

Desa Margasana, Kecamatan Jatilawang, Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mempunyai potensi ekonomis cukup besar dalam produk herbal. Namun, masyarakat Desa Margasana, Jatilawang, Kab. Banyumas belum mengetahui teknik pembuatan brosur sebagai media promosi atau iklan dengan bahasa yang efektif dan persuasif serta komoditas produk herbal yang bernilai ekonis tinggi.. Dengan demikian diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut.Tujuan kegiatan ini ialah (1) pelatihan teknik pembuatan brosur dan kemasan untuk promosi dengan bahasa yang efektif dan persuasif dan (2) pemberian wawasan tentang produk atau olahan herbal yang bernilai tinggi dari segi kesehatan dan ekonomi masyarakat. Masyarakat belum mengetahui teknik pembuatan brosur sebagai media promosi atau iklan dengan bahasa yang efektif dan persuasif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan ini ialah (1) masyarakat memahami nilai jual produk olahan herbal sehingga akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan (2) masyarakat penekun produk olahan herbal dapat membuat brosur pemasaran produk herbal dengan bahasa yang efektif dan persuasif sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas nilai promosi produk olahan herbal.
