Abstract

Proses pembuatan kebijakan pendidikan Islam melibatkan serangkaian tahapan yang kompleks dan beragam, mempertimbangkan dinamika, tantangan, dan kebutuhan yang ada dalam konteks pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dalam upaya merumuskan kebijakan yang responsif dan relevan, pemahaman mendalam terhadap kondisi pendidikan, evaluasi kebijakan sebelumnya, identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan zaman menjadi kunci penting. Komunikasi yang jelas, alokasi sumber daya yang tepat, serta pemantauan yang berkelanjutan merupakan aspek-aspek penting dalam menjamin efektivitas dan kesinambungan dari kebijakan pendidikan Islam. Kerjasama antara berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat menjadi esensi dalam menyusun kebijakan pendidikan Islam yang holistik, adaptif, serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan dalam era yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan sebagai pendekatannya. Sumber informasi yang diambil untuk artikel ini meliputi buku, artikel atau jurnal, serta prosiding yang relevan dengan tema implementasi kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan mengenai melibati proses pembuatan kebijakan pendidikan Islam haruslah berlandaskan pada pemahaman yang komprehensif akan situasi pendidikan, kebutuhan masyarakat, serta tantangan global yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam. Maka dengan hal tersebut proses kebijakan pendidikan islam bisa diterima di kalangan masyarakat luas dalam penganut ajaran islam yang luas.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan islam sangat mempengaruhi pada keberlangsungan lembaga pendidikan islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan problem kebijakan pendidikan islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tanpa lokasi penelitian, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui kajian terdahulu berupa buku dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dideskripsikan bahwa pendidikan islam berada pada posisi yang sangat strategis. Pendidikan islam adalah pendidikan yang dipahami dan dikembangkan dari ajaran dan nilai-nilai fundamental yang terkandung dalam sumber dasarnya Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah. Peralihan kekuasaan turut berdampak pada wajah pendidikan nasional yang terlihat dari kurikulum yang turut berganti sejak pra kemerdekaan hingga masa reformasi. Para pakar hendaknya turut serta dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan, mengingat pendidikan islam sangat bergantung pada kebijakan pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan islam diharapkan mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang akan mampu memainkan peran penting di semua sektor kehidupan bangsa, baik dalam sektor agama, sosial, ekonomi, politik, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Problem pendidikan islam adalah pemerintah daerah beranggapan bahwa madrasah tidak menjadi bagian tugasnya karena belum diotonomikan, sedangkan pemerintah pusat mengira kebutuhan madrasah telah dicukupi oleh pemerintah daerah, sehingga nasib madrasah semakin kurang diperhatikan terutama oleh pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Pendidikan islam merupakan salah satu langkah dalam mempersiapkan ilmuan-ilmuan islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan argumen kebijakan pendidikan islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tanpa lokasi penelitian, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui kajian terdahulu berupa buku dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dideskripsikan pertama, peningkatan infrastruktur pendidikan sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan menarik bagi siswa. dan pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga pendidik menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mengikuti perkembangan terbaru dalam pendidikan. Kedua, program pemberdayaan guru melalui fasilitas kesejahteraan dan pelatihan lanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru, serta memperkuat peran mereka dalam proses pendidikan. dan evaluasi dan penyempurnaan kurikulum secara berkala diperlukan untuk memastikan relevansi dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan siswa. Ketiga, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dapat membawa dukungan finansial dan moral yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and use of information technology on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative. The research population of teachers at SMP Negeri 21 Batang Hari was 32 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire), and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that; 1) there is a positive and significant influence between competence on teacher performance; 2) there is a positive and significant effect between the use of information technology on teacher performance; 3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between competence and the use of information technology on teacher performance. By obtaining the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.865, which means the magnitude of the role or contribution of the competence variable and the use of information technology can explain the teacher performance variable of 86.5%. Where if the competence and use of information technology are getting better, the teachers' performance at SMP N 21 Batang Hari will also be better.

Abstract

Archive management is an essential element in supporting the smooth administration of schools. However, archive management at Al-Hariri Private Vocational High School in Tebo Regency has not been carried out optimally due to limitations in administrative staff and supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze the performance of administrative staff in archive management, identify obstacles, and examine efforts to overcome these obstacles to improve the effectiveness of archive governance. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the performance of administrative staff is not yet optimal, as evidenced by unsystematic archive arrangement and the absence of a dedicated archive room. The main obstacles include limitations in human resources and infrastructure. Efforts to overcome these obstacles have been implemented through internal collaboration, more organized manual archive arrangement, effective time management, support from the school principal, competency improvement through training, and the initial implementation of document digitization. This study emphasizes the need to enhance administrative staff competencies, provide adequate archival facilities, and strengthen school administrative management to ensure more effective archive management.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ environmental care attitudes through the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila Education for fifth-grade students at State Elementary School 29/VII Lubuk Sayak. The research employed a classroom action research approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects comprised 19 students. Data were collected through observations, an environmental care attitude questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ environmental care attitudes. In the pre-cycle stage, the percentage of mastery of environmental care attitudes was 35%, categorized as low. After the implementation of Project-Based Learning in Cycle I, the mastery percentage increased to 70%, categorized as fairly good. Furthermore, in Cycle II, the mastery percentage reached 95%, categorized as very good. This improvement was accompanied by increased student learning activities and teacher teaching activities, which reached 92.5% in Cycle II. These findings demonstrate that the Project-Based Learning model is effective in enhancing elementary school students’ environmental care attitudes through contextual, collaborative, and character-oriented learning. Therefore, Project-Based Learning can be considered an alternative instructional model in Pancasila Education to strengthen environmental care character in accordance with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Background. Educational organizations increasingly operate within complex and dynamic environments that demand not only effectiveness but also long-term organizational sustainability. Despite this condition, communication in educational institutions is often treated instrumentally as a managerial tool, rather than as a constitutive process that sustains organizational coherence, learning, and ethical legitimacy. This limitation is particularly evident in Islamic educational organizations, where bureaucratic structures, cultural hierarchies, and normative values intersect. Purpose. This article aims to reconceptualize communication as the lifeblood of Islamic educational organizations by integrating systems theory and sensemaking theory. It seeks to provide a theoretical framework that positions communication as a central sustainability mechanism enabling organizational integration, adaptive capacity, and meaning construction. Method. This study employs a conceptual and theoretical analysis through critical synthesis of systems theory, organizational sensemaking theory, and Islamic communication ethics. Relevant literature from organizational communication, educational leadership, and Islamic education studies is systematically examined to develop an integrative conceptual framework. Results. The analysis demonstrates that communication functions as the primary integrative flow connecting organizational subsystems, facilitating feedback loops, and enabling collective sensemaking. Within Islamic educational organizations, communicative principles such as shura (consultative deliberation), amanah (trust and responsibility), and an-na???ah (ethical counsel) operate as ethical sensemaking practices that strengthen organizational coherence and sustainability. Conclusion. The analysis shows that communication functions as a key integrative flow connecting organizational subsystems, facilitating feedback, and enabling collective sensemaking. In Islamic educational organizations, communicative principles such as shura (deliberation), amanah (trust and responsibility), and an-na???ah (ethical advice) operate as ethical sensemaking practices that strengthen organizational coherence and sustainability.
