Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Profesionalisme, Iklim Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Account Representative KPP Pratama Makassar Utara Di Kota Makassar. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari para Acounnt Representative (AR) yang bekerja di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Makassar Utara yang bersedia menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara melakukan penelitian langsung dilapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner/lembar pernyataan kepada 36 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profesionalisme, Iklim Organisasi, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Account Representative. Sedangkan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Account Representative. Kata Kunci: Profesionalisme, Iklim Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui kinerja PT. BUMI KARSA ditinjau dari perspektif Financial, Customer, Internal Business, dan Learning and Growth. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kinerja perusahaan konstruksi PT. BUMI KARSA secara keseluruhan mempunyai kinerja yang berada pada kateogri baik yang ditinjau dari perspektif berikut ini: 1) Berdasarkan Perspektif Financial menunjukkan bahwa realisasi ROE, ROA dan NPM mulai dari bulan Juli sampai September di tahun 2023 pada PT. BUMI KARSA mengindikasikan masalah serius dalam kinerja keuangan perusahaan. 2) Perspektif Customer PT. BUMI KARSA menggunakan metode Balance Scorecard berada pada kategori puas. 3) Perspektif proses Internal Business PT. BUMI KARSA telah memberikan gambaran yang sangat puas tentang kinerja dalam mengadopsi prinsip dasar Balance Scorecard dalam perspektif proses bisnis internal. 4) Perspektif Learning and Growth diketahui tingkat pelatihan memiliki pengaruh atau kontribusi tertentu, yang dinyatakan sebagai "bobot" sebesar 6,5% dan tingkat perputaran karyawan memiliki "bobot" sebesar 7,5%. Selain itu, rentang indeks kepuasan pegawai yang ditemukan berada pada kategori sangat puas.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of workload, work stress and burnout on turnover intention employee of PT. Esta Dana Ventura Branch of Makasar.Design/Methodology/Approarch: This research uses explanative research with a quantitative approach. A sample of 120 respondents was selected for data collection using simple random sampling method. A closed questionnaire was used which was facilitated through Google Forms. The collected data was analyzed using a Likert scale model and t test.Findings: This study confirms a positive and significant relationship between workload, work stress, and burnout with employee turnover intention. These results support theories that describe excessive workload, high stress levels, and levels of burnout with the desire of employees to leave the organization. These implications can enrich our understanding of how these variables are interrelated and how they impact employee attitudes and behavior. Based on the research results, PT. Esta Dana Ventura Makassar Branch should take some practical steps Encouraging open communication between management and employees is very important. This can help identify problems related to workload, work stress, and burnout that affect employees. Management needs to open effective communication channels to provide opportunities for employees to convey problems and problems that are experienced.

Abstract

In determining the distribution as an entrepreneur, he must select the distribution channel in his business, and one of them is using the Shopee digital application, creating a page on Facebook, and many other digital accesses that can be used; the aim is to reach more potential customers to see the products being sold, making it easier for prospective customers to see. Customers can contact us online and make transactions easier for customers and entrepreneurs. This research aims to determine the role of distribution channel marketing in increasing customer satisfaction. To find out how service innovation quality increases customer satisfaction. Mapping article use 20 of manuscript form scopus databased index. The proposition in this mapping are H1: Distribution channel marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing consumer satisfaction. H2: Service innovation quality has a positive and significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction.H3: The distributor channel marketing variable has the most significant influence on increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is using quantitative study aimed to see the influence of information technologi use, user expertise, and the intensity of usage on the quality of accounting information. The population of this study was PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, Makassar Branch. The selection of the sample with total sampling methods. The data used in this study of primary data. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that information technologi use, user expertise, and the intensity of usage have a positive effect and significant on quality of accounting information. Abstract

Pekerja atau buruh merupakan bagian dari tenaga kerja yaitu tenaga kerja yang bekerja di dalam hubungan kerja, dibawah perintah pemberi kerja. Tujuan Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pekerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Desain penelitian ini Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah Sampel 300 Pekerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. Hasil Penelitian bahwa kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja proses panen padi pada kelompok tani di Kabupaten Pinrang tidak dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal kepada kelompok tani yang disebabkan kurang efesien, kualitas hasil kerja masih rendah, ketarampilan, penempatan posisi kerja. Hal ini terjadi karena kepuasan pekerja tidak adanya perbedaan upah yang diterima antara kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pekerja, Motivasi pekerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja dimana dihargainya kinerja bila mencapai target baik jumlah maupun kualitas kerja yang telah ditetapkan oleh kelompok tani, hal ini menunjukkan kepuasan pekerja merasa puas dengan penghargaan yang diberikan atas hasil kerja, dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan pekerja dapat dijadikan parameter kepuasan pekerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja dimana hasil yang diperoleh pekerja sangat optimal tidak terpengaruh oleh kondisi alam sedangakan pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dapat meningkatkan kinerja atau hasil dengan kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik.

Abstract

             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kunjungan wisatawan di kota Makassar. Marketing mix dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 4 (empat) variabel  yang terdiri atas: produk, harga, promosi, distribusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk kepentingan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri adalah seluruh jumlah wisatawan kota Makassar. Jumlah sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 140 wisatawan, dsn penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa marketing mix yang terdiri atas produk, harga, distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Sementara promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kunjungan wisatawan di kota Makassar.Kata Kunci:  Produk; harga; promosi; distribusi; kunjungan wisatawan             This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on tourist visits in the city of Makassar. The marketing mix in this study uses 4 (four) variables consisting of: product, price, promotion, distribution. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. This research instrument uses a questionnaire for survey purposes. The population in this study consisted of the entire number of Makassar city tourists. The number of samples was determined based on purposive sampling technique. In this study, the number of samples obtained was 140 tourists, and this study used SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the marketing mix consisting of product, price, distribution has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. Meanwhile, promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on tourist visits in the city of Makassar.Keywords:  Product; price; promotion; distribution; tourist visit

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance, and analyze the dominant influence between recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The population is all employees of the Wajo District Education Office. The sample size was selected using purposive, namely the employees of the financial management division who were determined as many as 97 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that recording had a significant effect on public sector performance. This shows that the apparatus in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office has carried out budget records in accordance with the applicable mechanism, starting from recording income, spending and proposed changes to the budget, which have contributed to improving the performance of the public sector. Reporting has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office have made reports on the budget based on realization, balance sheet, operations, cash flow and equity on the budget in a transparent manner towards improving public sector performance. Supervision has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This shows that the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office carries out monitoring activities of budget allocations in the form of transfers, financing and changes in balances over the budget contributing to improving public sector performance. Reporting is the dominant variable that has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that reporting activities carried out by officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office determine the achievement of public sector performance based on input, process, output, outcome, benefit and impact.

Abstract: The role of housewives is very important, including in financial planning. Because of the important role of housewives in managing finances, adequate education about financial literacy is needed. From the pre-survey data conducted by the Service Team, it was found that the financial literacy of housewives in the Desa Paddingnging Kecamatan Sandrobone Kabupaten Takalar that is low. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur melalui rasio keuangan, meliputi rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2020, yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Proksi kinerja keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan antara periode sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Sebaliknya, Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, dan Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara periode sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dan selama pandemi COVID-19.
