Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Work Discipline, Reward and Job Training to Job Performance is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Work Discipline is related to Work Performance; 2) Rewards are related to Work Performance; and 3) Job Training related to Job Performance. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Work Achievement, there are still many other factors including the variables of Motivation, Skill and Education.

Abstract

This research aims to improve employee organizational commitment at Sakti Mobile Ltd by analyzing the direct effect of workload on organizational commitment, the direct effect of work-family conflict on organizational commitment, the direct effect of work stress on organizational commitment, and the simultaneous effect of workload, work-family conflict, and work stress on organizational commitment. This study employs a quantitative strategy and survey methodology. The sample size was 207 individuals. SPSS was used to examine research data gathered through the distribution of questionnaires. The findings revealed that (1) workload has a negative effect on organizational commitment, (2) work-family conflict has a negative effect on organizational commitment, (3) work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment, and (4) workload, work-family conflict, and work stress all have an effect on organizational commitment. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of workload, work-family conflict, and work stress on organizational commitment in order to promote organizational commitment.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this research is related to the increasingly fierce competition in the shipping service industry. Some of the problems that occur regarding complaints of 'delivered' status sent but the package has not been received, the package received is wrong or confused with other packages, employees are not friendly in providing services, and payment transactions cannot use e-payment. The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of price and service quality on the decision to use services at JNE Express Tanjung Priok, North Jakatta. This research uses quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The population is consumers at JNE Express Tanjung Priok North Jakarta. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula calculation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models, T test, F test, and R2 coefficient of determination test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables Price and Service Quality affect the Decision to Use Services. This is evidenced by the results of the F test which has a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Effect of Product Development on Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Image is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management science. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Product Development has an effect on Customer Satisfaction; 2) Product Development has an effect on Corporate Image; and 3) Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Corporate Image. Apart from the exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables, there are other factors including: Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Place. Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Pengaruh Pengembangan Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Citra Perusahaan merupakan artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Pengembangan Produk berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan; 2) Pengembangan Produk berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan; dan 3) Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Selain dari variabel exogen yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen, terdapat faktor lain diantaranya meliputi: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Tempat.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan visi “tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi salah satu perusahaan terbaik dan berkomitmen dalam industri telekomunikasi”, dan misi “menjadi mitra bagi semua pemangku kepentingan dan memberikan solusi terbaik dalam pengembangan telekomunikasi di Indonesia.”. Tidak heran perusahaan ini maju pesat diawal berdirinya, namun beberapa tahun terakhir ini mengalami penurunan kinerja yang signifikan. Dugaan sementara penurunan kinerja ini disebabkan oleh stres kerja dan beban kerja serta lingkungan kerja yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang seharusnya. Ketiga variabel bebas ini akan ditentukan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Sakti Mobile Jakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Sebelum persamaan regresi ditentukan dilakukan uji validitas, reabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heteroskedastisitas. Besarnya pengaruh dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 85 orang responden yang merupakan pegawai PT Sakti Mobile Jakarta. Hasil yang didapatkan variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan. Baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pengaruh dalam persen (%) untuk lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan beban kerja (secara terpisah adalah 37,8 %., 41,2 % dan 20,1 %. Sedangkan pengaruh dalam % secara bersama-sama adalah 44,8 %.

Abstract

From the standpoint of Islamic economics, this study seeks to ascertain how knowledge management, motivation, and skills affect worker performance. Employees at BSI KC Pandanaran in Semarang are the subject of this study. A causal research design was used to conduct this study with 108 respondents. This test was conducted using instrument testing with SPSS software and descriptive analysis as the analysis technique. According to the study's findings, knowledge management significantly affects workers' performance from an Islamic economic standpoint. From the standpoint of Islamic economics, skills play a major role in employee performance. Ability has a significant influence on how effectively employees perform from the standpoint of Islamic economics. Motivation has a big impact on how well employee’s work. Furthermore, knowledge management, skill, ability, and motivation have a significant impact on staff performance at BSI KC Pandanaran Semarang.

Abstract

This articles aims to gain an in-depth knowledge of the human resources of “Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar” design to the implementation capability in the classroom, especially what has been and has not been implemented in the course of Indonesian education. The researchers has obtained several data that have collected from various sources such as book publications, journal publications, and other newspapers that discuss issues of an independent curriculum as well as its implementation and output. The researchers analyzed under a phenomenological approach, a technique where to get a phenomenal answer from a large amount of data to answer the issues of this study. The research used coding the data, evaluating in-depth data, and interpreting the data. Hence, the researchers could draw conclusions that answered the problem validly. The result showed that the human resources in Indonesian, independent from curriculum design to implementation in schools, found significant obstacles where the government was successful in designing the curriculum but it was constrained in implementation. It can be seen quite a lot has been achieved and a lot has not been achieved. Thus these results were helpful for the subsequent study. Abstract

Abstract: in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as facilitating all economic and business activities globally. Moreover, buying and selling activities that are usually offered conventionally are now made digitally, which is called E-commerce. E-commerce began to develop in Indonesia in 1999 with a buying and selling platform, namely Kaskus. At first, the emergence of e-commerce was not fully accepted by the public, due to various factors, for example the quality of the products offered. Until 2009 various kinds of e-commerce platforms began to develop in Indonesia, one of which was Shopee. To deal with the existing Competitive Advantages, Shopee uses several Competitive Strategies to analyze the advantages that exist in the Marketing Performance, Cost Leadership, Alliance, and Innovation strategies. Abstrak: di era revolusi industri 4.0 ini sebagai memudahkan segala kegiatan ekonomi dan bisnis secara global. Terlebih kegiatan jual beli yang biasanya ditawarkan secara konvensional, kini dibuat secara digital yaitu disebut E-commerce. E-commerce mulai berkembang di Indonesia pada tahun 1999 dengan platform jual beli yaitu Kaskus. Pada awal nya kemunculan e-commerce belum dapat diterima sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat, karena berbagai faktor misalnya kualitas produk yang ditawarkan. Hingga pada tahun 2009 mulai berkembang berbagai macam platform e-commerce di Indonesia, salah satunya Shopee. Untuk menghadapi Competitive Advantages yang ada, maka Shopee menggunakan beberapa Competitive Strategy guna menganalisis kelebihan yang ada pada strategi Marketing Performance, Cost Leadership, Alliance, dan Innovation.

Abstract

Abstract: Consumer behavior in the current era of disruption varies greatly, to see this, of course, it is necessary to carry out further analysis and research on current consumer behavior. Indicators in looking at a consumer behavior researchers take the variables of customer loyalty, repurchase and purchase intention. The researcher conducted a descriptive qualitative research method by obtaining data through the Google Scholar and Mendeley applications as references. The research results in this study are: 1) customer loyalty is related to consumer behavior, 2) repurchasing is related to consumer behavior, and 3) purchase intention is related to consumer behavior. Abstrak: Perilaku konsumen di era disrupsi saat ini sangat bervariasi, untuk melihat hal tersebut tentunya perlu melakukan analisis dan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku konsumen saat ini. Indikator dalam melihat suatu perilaku konsumen peneliti mengambil variabel loyalitas pelanggan, pembelian ulang serta minat beli. Peneliti melakukan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan memperoleh data melalui aplikasi Google Scholar dan Mendeley sebagai referensi. Hasil riset pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) loyalitas pelanggan berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumen, 2) pembelian ulang berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumen, dan 3) minat beli berhubungan dengan perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah mengenai Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan yang dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Daarul Arham Kecamatan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Guru baik secara parsial atau secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 30 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Guru (Y). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan penelitian ini pengaruh Motivasi (X1), terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,211 atau 21,1%. Kemudian Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,234 atau 23,4%. Selanjutnya pengaruh Pengawasan (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,237 atau 23,7%. Sedangakan Pengaruh Motivasi (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah 0,259 atau 25,9%.
