Abstract

The independent variable of organizational restructuring that has been adjusted by managers can streamline costs, increase productivity and income, improve employee welfare, increase shareholder wealth, increase efficiency and ultimately improve employee performance. Thus we use organizational restructuring variables to examine employee performance at the Jakarta International Certification Institute. The second independent variable is Social Media Marketing which is used because social media is a form of marketing that is used to create awareness, recognition, memory and even action towards a brand, product, business, individual or group either directly or indirectly by using tools from the web. such as blogging, microblogging, and social networking. After that, it is complemented by Work engagement reflecting intensive involvement in work, employees who own it, have more attention to the company, think about important details, are immersed in their work, feel the experience of being immersed in work so that they forget about time and reduce all kinds of distractions at work. These three independent variables are tried to determine their effect either partially or simultaneously. Working with SPSS to determine simple regression equations and multiple linear regression equations after the data used was tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The sample in this study was 100 people from 132 population by taking the sample determination error according to the Slovin formula of e = 0.005. The results of the study found that the influence of organizational restructuring, social media marketing and work engagement, both partial and simultaneous, was significant and positive.

Abstract

Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing, and controlling economic activities such as procurement and utilization of company funds. Financial Management itself has several principles that must be considered to be used by financial managers to minimize company costs while maximizing company profits. These principles are divided into 4 points: Accountability, Consistent, Transparent, and Integrity. The financial manager is no less critical and can be considered the spearhead of a company. Financial managers have various roles that depend on the company's situation and complexity. This study indicates that financial managers have a role and function as a liaison between companies and productive financial markets. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method and library research, where the data collection is taken from various sources that exist and can be accounted for.

Abstract

Through the MSME sector, local products are the drivingdsfs force of a country's economy. During this era of disruption, it becomes a challenge for business actors to realize sustainability and improve the image of local products. Some indicators increase the opportunity for local products to compete, namely buying Interest, product quality, and promotion. For this reason, business actors need to pay attention to these three indicators to improve their competitive strategy for local products. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through Google Scholar and using Mendeley as a reference. The results of this study are: 1) Buying Interest plays a role in the sustainability of local products, 2) product quality plays a role in the sustainability of local products, and 3) promotion plays a role in the sustainability of local products.

Abstract

The Literature Review Article on Determination of Employee Retention: Skills, Rewards and Relationships between Employees is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Skills are related to Employee Retention; 2) Rewards related to Employee Retention; and 3) Relationships between Employees related to Employee Retention. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Employee Retention, there are still many other factors including performance, behavior and motivation variables.

The method of writing this Literature Review article is by the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) The Work Environment affects Work spirit; 2) Workload affects Work spirit; and 3) Colleagues affect Work spirit. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Work spirit, there are many other factors including the variables compensation, leadership and company loyalty.

Abstract: Determination of Study Habits, Motivation and Intelligence Level on Mathematics Learning Achievement is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of Education Management science. This article aims to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that it will use in further research. In addition to seeing the background influence of an outstanding student in mathematics. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Sourced from previous research that is relevant to this research. A descriptive qualitative method, library research, from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article are: 1) Study Habits are related to Mathematics Learning Achievement; 2) Motivation relates to Mathematics Learning Achievement; 3) Intelligence level relates to Mathematics Learning Achievement. Abstrak: Determinasi Kebiasan Belajar, Motivasi dan Tingkat Kecerdasan terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Selain itu untuk melihat pengaruh yang melatarbelakangi seorang siswa berprestasi di bidang pelajaran matematika. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Bersumber dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Abstract

This study discusses the independent variables of the work environment which are used as mediators to determine the indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. This study processed the questionnaire data as many as 50 respondents from the population of 85 employees of PT. Sakti Coal Jaya. The calculation of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression was determined after the research data met the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The significance test for simple regression was carried out by t-test, by comparing tcount and ttable. The simple regression equation is significant and positive if tcount > ttable. Meanwhile, the significance test for multiple regression was carried out using the F-test, by comparing Fcount with Ftable. The multiple regression equation is significant and positive if Fcount>Ftable. The results obtained from this study, all effects, both direct and indirect, are significant and positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to conduct a literature review related to leadership empowerment viewed from 6 values, namely integrity, collaboration, agility, dedication, innovation and meaningfulness. This study is a literature review of related journals. The literature was collected from 50 journal articles from 2000 to 2021. Based on the results of the review, it is known that the value of integrity in leadership empowerment refers to honesty and consistency between values and behaviors adopted. Collaborative leadership empowerment is needed to foster an environment that supports collaboration at work. Agility in leadership is demonstrated through flexible leadership and can lift the capabilities of the staff, so that they can contribute to the development of the company in a more advanced direction. Dedicated leaders work selflessly, have confidence in what they are doing, the goals they want to achieve, and how to get there. Innovative leaders are leaders who are willing to learn and change, willing to invest in learning and changing existing mindsets of individuals, teams and organizations. Meaningful leadership is characterized by leadership that has quality intellectual, social and moral abilities and has a positive effect on employee work. In short, these six values contribute effectively towards the quality of good leaders.
