Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the technology acceptance model which consists of the variables perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, intention to use and actual use of QRIS digital payment technology. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kutai Kartanegara who used QRIS. The research sample is 60 students who use QRIS digital payment technology. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software version 4.8.9. Based on the results of research where Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use with t-statistics > t-table (2.049 > 1.96) so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use with t-statistics > t-table (3.861 > 1.96) so that the second hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use with t-statistics > t-table (5.514 > 1.96) so that the third hypothesis is accepted and proven true.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di bidang keuangan industri dapat dilihat dari adanya pembayaran elektronik yaitu dompet elektronik (e-wallet). Produk e-wallet yang saat ini terkenal dan banyak digunakan di mahasiswa adalah DANA atau Go-Pay, oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel mengukur persepsi konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbandingan persepsi konsumen pengguna E-wallet pada pengguna aplikasi DANA atau Go-Pay pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kutai Kartanegara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sampling insidential sebanyak 60 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Mann Whitney U- test non parametris yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan median -median kelompok pada E-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi manfaat pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (2) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi kemudahan penggunaan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (3) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi kepercayaan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay (4) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi konsumen yang signifikan mengenai elemen persepsi keamanan pada pengguna e-wallet DANA atau Go-Pay.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and examine the main factors causing employee burnout at the Tenggarong branch of the Pegadaian Office. The sample in this study was 28 employees at the Tenggarong pawnshop office. The sampling technique as a whole without exception, the analytical tool used is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of research conducted using the Maslch Burnout Inventory measuring instrument (MBI) which consists of three indicators, namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of self-actualization. The research results show that the emotional exhaustion indicator has a value of 2.257, the depersonalization indicator has a value of 2.011, and lack of self-actualization has a value of 2.15. It can be concluded that the main cause of employee burnout or exhaustion is an indicator of emotional exhaustion. Because it has quite high values ​​from all indicators.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and examine the financial performance of a Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data used in this study come from the financial statements of the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" in the form of Balance Sheet Financial Statements and Income Statements between 2021 and 2023. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely, analyzing financial statements with a financial ratio approach in the form of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. Based on the results of the discussion of the financial performance analysis above, it can be concluded that the overall hypothesis about the proposed Cooperative's financial performance is rejected or not proven correct. In the hypothesis proposed that the financial ratios in the Kukar Idaman Lestari Honey Kelulut Cooperative have decreased from the previous year both in terms of Solvency which has decreased, in terms of Activity which is moving slowly and Profitability which has decreased.

Abstract

Triage, which comes from the French word trier, means sorting or sorting patients based on the patient's ABCD, the severity of the injury, the priority scale of the disease emergency, and the patient's life expectancy, so that the time needed to assess and stabilize the patient is not too long. The purpose of triage is not only to provide fast action but also to prevent disability and death of the patient. The research purposes to find out the description of nurses' knowledge regarding triage at the Emergency Room of Hospital Jambi. The design used in this study is descriptive quantitative w. here the variables are examined at the same time which aims to obtain an overview of the level of knowledge of nurses regarding triage in the IGD RS Jambi. samples from all existing populations, namely 50 nurses who were all on duty at the Emergency Room of Hospital. Province Jambi. Conclusion, results this research the level of knowledge of respondents about triage, the researcher can explain that the level of knowledge of respondents about triage is mostly good with a total frequency of 33 people or 66%, while respondents with sufficient knowledge are 17 people or 33%, meaning that most of the 33 respondents have good ability about triage. It can be concluded that the better the level of knowledge of the nurses, the better the understanding of nurses in the implementation of triage in the management emergency room

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji faktor-faktor utama penyebab terjadinya burnout pada pegawai Kantor Pegadaian cabang Tenggarong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 orang pegawai pada Kantor Pegadaian Tenggarong. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara keseluruhan tanpa kecuali, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Maslch Burnout Inventory (MBI) yang terdiri dari tiga indikator yaitu kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan kurangnya aktualisasi diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kelelahan emosional bernilai 2,257, indikator depersonalisasi bernilai 2,011, dan kurang aktualisasi diri bernilai 2,15. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab utama terjadinya burnout atau kelelahan karyawan merupakan salah satu indikator kelelahan emosional. Karena mempunyai nilai yang cukup tinggi dari seluruh indikator.

Abstract

Latar belakang. Hipertensi tetap menjadi salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular pada populasi dewasa, termasuk tenaga kesehatan. Perawat menghadapi berbagai karakteristik kerja yang berpotensi meningkatkan risiko hipertensi, seperti shift malam bergilir, beban moral, tuntutan administratif, dan paparan stres emosional. Dukungan sosial di tempat kerja berperan penting dalam mengurangi dampak stres terhadap tekanan darah, namun bukti empiris pada populasi perawat di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara tingkat dukungan sosial dan kontrol tekanan darah, mengidentifikasi jenis dukungan sosial yang paling berpengaruh, serta menilai peran stres kerja dan pola shift dalam memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Methode. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang pada 60 perawat rumah sakit di Jawa Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup kuesioner dukungan sosial (emosional, instrumental, informasional), skala stres kerja, serta pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan sphygmomanometer digital. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier berganda setelah uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Signifikansi ditetapkan pada α = 0,05. Hasil. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial total berkorelasi negatif signifikan dengan tekanan darah sistolik (r = −0.45; p = 0.001), sedangkan stres kerja (r = +0.42; p = 0.001) dan pola shift bergilir (r = +0.33; p = 0.015) berkorelasi positif signifikan. Regresi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial total (β = −0.38; p = 0.000) merupakan prediktor paling dominan terhadap tekanan darah sistolik, diikuti stres kerja (β = +0.29; p = 0.003) dan pola shift (β = +0.23; p = 0.022). Model regresi menjelaskan 41% variasi tekanan darah sistolik (R² = 0.41; F = 9.15; p < 0.001). Jenis dukungan sosial yang paling berpengaruh adalah dukungan emosional (r = −0.41; p = 0.002). Diskusi. Dukungan sosial yang tinggi, terutama dukungan emosional, terbukti memiliki efek protektif terhadap tekanan darah dengan menurunkan respons fisiologis terhadap stres kerja. Sebaliknya, stres kerja dan kerja shift malam meningkatkan risiko tekanan darah tinggi akibat disrupsi ritme sirkadian dan aktivasi sistem simpatis. Temuan ini mendukung Job Demands–Resources Model yang menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara tuntutan kerja dan sumber daya psikososial. Implementasi program dukungan sosial dan manajemen stres di tempat kerja dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pengendalian hipertensi pada perawat. Kesimpulan. Dukungan sosial emosional di tempat kerja berperan signifikan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah perawat hipertensi, sedangkan stres kerja dan kerja shift bergilir memperburuk kontrol tekanan darah. Intervensi berbasis dukungan sosial dan pengelolaan stres kerja disarankan untuk diterapkan dalam kebijakan kesehatan kerja rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), solvency, EBITDA, and employee motivation on the performance of the Regional Public Drinking Water Company (Perumda AM) in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province for the 2018-2023 period using a quantitative approach with secondary data from annual reports and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that ROE significantly influences company performance (sig. 0.041 < 0.05), while solvency (sig. 0.619), EBITDA (sig. 0.719), and employee motivation (sig. 0.170) do not. The Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is 0.208, explaining 20.8% of the variation in performance. This finding confirms the inconsistency of previous research and emphasizes the role of profitability in the context of regional public service companies.
