Abstract

The need for halal products is very urgent at the moment, especially regarding Muslim consumers in Indonesia. In an effort to improve the Islamic boarding school economy, the government launched the "One Islamic Boarding School, One Product" (OPOP) program, to support halal products. Al-Falah Bangkalan Islamic Boarding School is working on the Islamic boarding school business, by producing Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) under the Kepank brand. Even though water in fiqh is considered holy and halal, even though it has undergone a filtering process, it requires a halal test to make it safe for consumption, especially for Muslim consumers. This writing examines the implementation of the Halal Guarantee System (SJH) in Kepank AMDK products produced by the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan. According to incidents in the field, Islamic boarding schools do not pay attention to halal quality guarantees in accordance with HAS 23000. AMDK producers are starting to realize this need and are trying to implement SJH in every production.  This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are taken from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this writing show that the HAS that has been determined in HAS 23000; includes halal management, employee training, as well as halal processing and storage procedures that Kepank AMDK has met standardization, sterilization and components in HAS 23000 as a whole in the SJH process, Kepank AMDK is assisted in the certification process by the halal center of Madura Trunojoyo University and has received halal certification from BPJPH in 2024.

Abstract

In encouraging welfare in the community, there needs to be a superior program carried out by the government or a related agency so that welfare can be achieved. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the form of conformity of the implementation of the grant agreement and empowerment carried out by Laznas LMI Bangkalan in running its program. The follow-up of this study is to provide an overview of the practice of the grant agreement in the community, as well as to encourage a more effective concept of community empowerment. The method used is qualitative, data collected through interviews, literature studies and observations. The results of the study show that in practice, it is in accordance with the practice of the grant agreement in Islamic teachings, because it has met the pillars and requirements. At the same time, the concept of empowerment itself shows the level of success achieved, because the people of West Sukolilo Village have gone through the stages in achieving welfare. Such as the awareness of the community to achieve welfare. Second, there is a driving force and person in charge of making the program a success. Third, the implementation of monitoring and assistance in providing broader knowledge. Fourth, there is support for infrastructure in supporting the implementation of the program. Fifth, the utilization of human resources to maintain solidarity and achieve good cooperation for the common welfare.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in distance learning to enhance student engagement and comprehension in higher education. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) design guided by the ADDIE model, the research was conducted at four Indonesian universities. In the analysis stage, data were gathered from students and lecturers to identify learning challenges. Based on this, AR/VR-based modules were designed and implemented, particularly in zakat-related subjects. The results showed significant improvements in student motivation and understanding, with post-intervention test scores rising notably. Students experienced a more immersive and interactive environment, enabling flexible and context-rich learning. The study also highlights the importance of faculty training, infrastructure readiness, and continuous evaluation to ensure successful implementation. Findings support theories such as Dual Coding, Experiential Learning, and Constructivism, indicating that AR and VR can transform distance learning into more effective, inclusive, and student-centered experiences. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman mahasiswa di pendidikan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, studi ini dilakukan di empat perguruan tinggi Indonesia. Pada tahap analisis, data dikumpulkan dari mahasiswa dan dosen untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan belajar. Modul berbasis AR/VR dikembangkan dan diterapkan, khususnya pada materi zakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi dan pemahaman siswa, dengan skor tes pasca-intervensi yang meningkat. Teknologi ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang imersif dan interaktif, memungkinkan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan kontekstual. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dosen, kesiapan infrastruktur, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk keberhasilan implementasi. Temuan mendukung teori Dual Coding, Pembelajaran Pengalaman, dan Konstruktivisme, menunjukkan bahwa AR dan VR dapat mentransformasi pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi lebih efektif, inklusif, dan berpusat pada siswa.

Abstract

Islamic character education is a fundamental pillar in shaping a morally upright generation amid the challenges of value globalization. This study aims to examine the strategies for instilling Islamic character values implemented at Pesantren Manbaul Hikam, Bangkalan, Madura. The main focus of this research is to identify the approaches and educational methods used by pesantren to embed Islamic character values for students (santri). This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the strategies for Islamic character education at Pesantren Manbaul Hikam are carried out through the integration of exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah), habitual Islamic practices in daily life, and classical Islamic text learning (kitab kuning) which emphasizes moral teachings. Moreover, the conducive boarding school environment and the close relationship between the kiai (Islamic teacher) and the students enhance the internalization of core character values such as honesty, responsibility, simplicity, and obedience. In conclusion, Islamic character education at Pesantren Manbaul Hikam is not merely cognitive or affective, but also practical through a consistently cultivated culture of daily life. This strategy demonstrates that traditional pesantren can serve as a relevant and adaptive model for Islamic character education in the face of modern societal dynamics.

Abstract

Abstrak: Evolusi Ra’y dalam Pembentukan Hukum Islam. Qiyâs yang selama ini disebut sebagai karya monumental Imam Syafi’i ternyata bukanlah metode yang muncul di ruang hampa, pekerjaan qiyâs dalam melakukan penggalian hukum berangkat dari ra’y, olahan ra’y yang telah ada sejak era Nabi, Sahabat dan masa Tabi’in dilakukan  oleh Shafi’i dengan cara menundukkan ra’y yang awalnya bebas dari tekanan teks, kemudian beralih menjadi konsep penemuan hukum melalui persamaan illat al-hukm dari hukum yang sudah ada. Ra’y yang semula mampu menangkap pesan hukum dengan berbagai metode dan kinerjanya, disebut menjadi lebih lemah setelah berevolusi  dan berkurang kemampuannya dalam mengistinbât hukum secara bebas. Melalui dikhotomi Ra’y dan ahl al-hadist yang mengemuka dan menjadi perdebatan yang begitu kuat dalam kajian hukum Islam, kemudian beralih dan dimunculkan dalam kerangka istinbâth hukum melalui kinerja Istihsân, Istishâb dan Mashlahah Mursalah untuk mengembalikan kekuatan nalarnya. Abstract: Evolusi Ra’y dalam Pembentukan Hukum Islam. Qiyâs which has been known for a decade as the monumental work done by Imam Syafi’i evidently is not a method occured from vacuum, In digging the law, Qiyâs comes from Ra’y, the processed Ra’y which has already existed from Prophet Era. The Comrade and the epoch of Tabi’in were done by Syafi’i by conquering Ra’y which was exempt from the text pressure, and it moved into the invention concept of law from the equality of illat al-hukm from existing law.Ra’y which firstly were able to get the message of law using many kinds of methods and works were assumed to be weaker after its peformance was evolving and decreasing in istinbâth law freely. Abstract

Discussion forums organized in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are one of the most effective means to support students’ understanding of scientific material in the yellow classical books (kitab kuning). Bahtsul masail is a typical religious discussion forum in the pesantren tradition, which is used to examine contemporary issues through a fiqih perspective. This research explores the role of bahtsul masail in improving the understanding of fikih among the santri of Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Hikam Burneh, Bangkalan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis as data collection techniques. The results show that bahtsul masail plays a significant role in deepening the fikih understanding of santri, especially in terms of the practical application of Islamic law. The intensive and collaborative discussions in bahtsul masail encourage santri to think critically and analytically on complex issues, which in turn strengthens their intellectual and religious skills. This study concludes that Bahtsul Masail is an important instrument in pesantren education that is effective in producing knowledgeable and insightful santri. This study gives implication that bahtsul masail as the main learning method that not only encourages the improvement of santri's knowledge in religious sciences, but also develops their skills in scientific and religious argumentation through interactive and collaborative discussions.

Abstract

The scarcity of LPG gas that often occurs in urban areas has become a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This condition causes an increase in operational costs and creates uncertainty in energy supply, thus directly impacting business continuity. This community service aims to}overcome these problems by introducing artificial natural gas technology as a sustainable alternative solution. The main problem raised is the high dependence of MSMEs on LPG gas, while its availability is increasingly limited amid increasing demand. The methods used in this community service activity include observation of the energy needs of MSME actors, application of biogas technology to produce artificial natural gas, and technical training on how to operate and maintain the system. Activities are carried out through a participatory approach to ensure understanding and active involvement of the target community. The results of the community service show that the use of artificial natural gas can significantly reduce dependence on LPG, reduce energy costs, and increase the sustainability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. The conclusion of this service is that the application of artificial natural gas technology not only helps overcome the scarcity of LPG, but also makes a real contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goals 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 13 (Addressing Climate Change).

Abstract

Bahasa sangat lekat dengan dialek dan logat, semua itu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti lingkungan, kemampuan berbahasa dan lain sebagainya. Setiap bahasa memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Pemakaian bahasa dalam masyarakat tergantung pada komunitas masyarakat tersebut. Hal ini nantinya akan menimbulkan variasi bahasa. Variasi bahasa adalah penggunaan bahasa setiap orang yang berbeda antara yang satu dengan yang lain. Review artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran variasi bahasa di Indonesia dengan melakukan analisis-analisis yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2010-2020. Data diperoleh melalui database penyedia artikel melalui pencarian di google. Penulis menuliskan kata kunci “dialektologi” dan dipilih artikel yang full text pdf. Muncul 20 temuan, kemudian dipersempit dengan memilih variasi dialek yang terdapat di beberapa daerah di Indonesia dan ditemukan 10 temuan artikel. Berdasarkan hasil review dari 10 artikel ditemukan bahwa variasi bahasa yang paling sering muncul di Indonesia adalah dialek. Selain itu, ditemukan juga variasi bahasa secara fonetis, inovasi variasi leksikon, variasi bahasa formal dan non formal, kekerabatan isolek, dan variasi bahasa yang digunakan oleh dua etnik. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yakni faktor geografi, faktor sejarah, status sosial, situasi berbahasa, waktu, budaya, individual, dan perilaku masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

The problem of this study is how the supervision and reporting of the ZIPro Rombong Berkah program by UPZ BAZNAS Petrokimia Gresik analyzes the implementation of PERBAZNAS Number 2 of 2016 concerning UPZ Infection and Work Procedures. The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and reporting of the ZIPro Rombong Berkah program by UPZ BAZNAS Petrokimia Gresik analysis of the implementation of PERBAZNAS Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Work Procedures of Zakat Collection Units.  In this study using the type of field research, data sources used primary, secondary data. Methods of collecting observational data, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the supervision and reporting of the ZIPro Rombong Berkah program by UPZ BAZNAS Petrokimia Gresik is not in accordance with PERBAZNAS Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Work Procedures of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ). Metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengawasan dan pelaporan program ZIPro Rombong Berkah oleh UPZ BAZNAS Petrokimia Gresik belum sesuai dengan PERBAZNAS Nomor 2 Tahun 2016  Tentang Pembentukan dan Tata Kerja Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ).

Abstract

Penguatan Produk UMKM Bersertifikasi Halal Sebagai Pilot Project Kampung Zakat Terpadu Di Desa Tanah Merah Dajah Bangkalan, merupakan bagian dari program yang digagas oleh Kementerian Agama Bangkalan bersama dengan organisasi pengelola zakat, dengan melibatkan Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) . Kegiatan Kampung Zakat Terpadu (KZT) menjadi upaya mensinergikan dan menyatukan distribusi pada satu wilayah khusus yang terkategori wilayah rentan dan memiliki komitmen untuk berkembang. Pemilihan lokasi Tanah Merah Daja, berdasarkan pertimbangan dan kajian bersama Dinas Sosial dan Dinas Pembangunan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Bangkalan, dengan harapan pemilihan lokasi tidak salah sasaran. Bagi masyarakat Desa Tanah Merah Dajjah, program penguatan baik melalui sosialissi, pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan upaya meningkatkan penguatan produk makanan dan minuman yang sudah dijalankan masyarakat saat ini, mulai produk kerupuk, onde-onde sampai jamu yang dikelola secara sederhana. Kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam mendukung upaya pemerintah meyediakan produk halal bagi masyarakat di wilayah Bangkalan dan sekitarnya, bagi Halal Center UTM, kegiatan ini menjadi rangkaian dan turut serta hadirnya UTM untuk masyarakat Madura. Kendala kegiatan ini diantaranya alokasi waktu yang terbatas pada fasilitasi program SEHATI oleh Kemenag, dan proses pemenuhan persyaratan administrasi oleh sebagian pelaku usaha dari sisi pra pengajuan, seperti kepemilikan NPWP maupun Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB).
