Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang pengembangan modul analisis kurikulum pendidikan teknologi meliputi uji validitas, uji praktikalitas dan uji efektifitas. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Model yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip ADDIE, metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan tes hasil belajar, analisis data diolah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dari penerapan modul dan dideskripksikan melalui pendekatan kualititatif untuk meyimpulkan hasil penelitian, subjek penelitian terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap pengembangan modul berbasis android memenuhi kelayakan, ditinjau dari aspek validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas. Hasil analisis aspek validitas pengembangan modul dari validator ahli materi adalah 92,98% dengan kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan dari validator ahli media adalah 78,57%, aspek praktikalitas pengembangan modul dari respon dosen pengampu skor persentase rata-rata 98,95% dan respon mahasiswa skor persentase rata-rata 87,76% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Aspek efektifitas pengembangan modul dilihat dari tes kognitif hasil pembelajaran mahasiswa berupa pre-test dan post-test dengan menggunakan rumus gain score. Hasil tes pengetahuan pada 24 mahasiswa dan mendapatkan nilai skor rata-rata yang baik sebesar 74,29%, sehingga mencapai kriteria sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis android ini mampu menarik perhatian mahasiswa dan membuat mahasiswa paham terhadap materi serta membuat mahasiswa mampu bekerjasama dalam berkelompok.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Practical Office Advance (POA) training program at BLK Pasaman Barat using the Kirkpatrick Model, with a focus on the gap between competency improvement and employment outcomes. A quantitative evaluation research design was applied involving 16 trainees selected through total sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires, pre-test and post-test, performance checklists, supervisor interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired comparison, and N-Gain. The results showed significant improvements in knowledge (33.54 to 74.38) and skills (30.62 to 85.43), with most participants achieving moderate to high N-Gain. However, behavioral transfer was moderate, and only 31% of participants obtained relevant employment. In conclusion, the POA training effectively improves technical competencies but has limited impact on employment outcomes, indicating the need to strengthen industry linkages and align training with labor market demands.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an e-learning strategy for the industrial revolution 4.0 era by developing an innovative and adaptable TVET learning model using Webcast technology. This approach highlights the blended learning model developed as a smart learning model featuring a balance between synchronous and asynchronous learning using webcast technology. Research and development method is used in this approach.  The model design is done by literature study and focus group discussion with experts and academicians. The model effectiveness trial results were measured with an experimental design (using the one-group pretest-posttest and posttest-only method with nonequivalent groups). The results of developing a smart learning model of TVET webcast technology describe: (1) How the learning rules are used; (2) How to connect with webcasting technology; and (3) What are the stages and steps of the webcasting-based smart learning model? The proposed model approach allows for simultaneous learning interactions in synchronous and asynchronous classes in various locations, thus triggering student engagement in learning activities and enhancing different learning styles, ways of thinking, and problem-solving skills.
