Razanah ND, Girsang GE, Pangaribuan J, Manullang ME, Natalia N, Mukti RC. 2020. Cherax quadricarinatus apartement development towards the aquaculture industry 4.0. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-8 Tahun 2020, Palembang 20 Oktober 2020. pp. xx.  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Red Claw (Cherax quadricarinatus) culture has problems, namely the narrower land for cultivation and controlling water quality. This study aims to develop Red Claw cultivation through an apartment system in a small area, to facilitate water quality control and increase the production of Red Claw. The writing method in this study uses the literature study method. The results of the study explain the comparison between the production of Red Claw using an apartment system and the cultivation of Red Claw using pond or aquarium. To produce as many as 20 Red Claw requires a pond with a size of 2m × 1m × 1m, while lobster cultivation using an apartment system only requires land measuring 1.5m × 0.17m × 0.79m. In addition, the cultivation of Red Claw with an apartment system can improve water quality for the better because it uses the RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) system, which is the use of water repeatedly through several stages of filtration to break down ammonia. So that the study of Red Claw cultivation through this apartment system can be used as a solution to developing and increasing the production and production of Red Claw.

Abstract

Paradhiba AM, Febriyanti F, Rahmadania E, Yanisa F, Adelina FU, Mukti RC.  2021. Utilization of nanobubble technology for the production of anguilla sp in era society 5.0. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-9 Tahun 2021, Palembang  20 Oktober 2021. pp. 435-444.  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Eel fish species (Anguilla sp) is a fish commodity that has high economic value. Eel cultivation is still not widely controlled because of many factors that influence it, especially water quality conditions. Nanobubble technology is a technology that can maintain water quality, especially to increase oxygen in water. This study aimed to increase the production of eel fish through the nanobubble technology system and to improve the community's economic system in the fisheries sector. The writing method in this study used the literature study method. The results of the study explained that nanobubble technology was able to produce nano-sized air bubbles (70–200 nm) and rich in oxygen so that it could increase dissolved oxygen levels to 9 mg/L. Dissolved oxygen was needed to increase oxidation so that the nitrification process could take place so that it could eliminate ammonia levels in the water. In addition, the high oxygen content could increase metabolism so that it could increase the growth of eel fish. Dissolved oxygen concentration of water was a key control of habitat quality and a critical measure of water health for eel survival Therefore, with the nanobubble technology, it is expected to increase the production of eel fish. Advice for the public could be used nanobubble technology in the process of eel fish farming so that the production obtained could be maximized.

Mukti RC, Anggraini AF, Maharani AG, Nadeak AM, Simarsoit MAM, Kencana C, Guntara MS. 2022. The production of catfish (Pangasius sp.) in theree different villages In Ogan Ilir District. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-10 Tahun 2022, Palembang 27 Oktober 2022. pp. 695-703. Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Catfish (Pangasius sp.) is one of the most widely cultivated freshwater fish commodities. The current problem that occurs related to catfish yields lies in the location and application of different cultivation systems. This study aimed to determine the differences in the best farmed production results of catfish in three different villages. The method carried out is to conduct a interviews, field observations, and literature reviews. Interviews were conducted directly to fish farmers in Burai Village, Ulak Segelung Village, and Tanjung Pering as resource persons as well as conducting field observations with several literature studies on the source of information on the topic of discussion. The results showed that the location and application of different cultivation systems will affect the production of catfish. Cultivation location in Tanjung Pering Village with the use of water sources derived from rivers given alum and soda ash produce high production yields. While the best feeding frequency is applied in Burai Village by giving feed once a day at night using commercial pellets and additional feed in the form of fish - small fish is the best feeding method that produces high production results, followed up so that it can be applied to catfish farmers so that it can produce high production results. So it can be concluded that the best method of application. treatment and water is the villages of Tanjung Pering while the best method of applying feed is Burai Village. This activity needs to be followed up to get better implementation.

Mukti RC, Artika AD, Napitupulu EB, Saputra MI, Anila Y, Maslamia A, Juniarti H, Dianda A. 2022. Different feed sources on the brightness of golfish (Carrasius auratus). In : Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-10 Tahun 2022, Palembang 27 Oktober 2022. pp. 809-815.  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Goldfish often find problems in ornamental fish cultivation, namely in terms of color and morphology of ornamental fish produced in Indonesia which are very unattractive, bright and bright fish colors are one of the main attractions of ornamental fish in determining their selling value, to determine the growth rate, increase in color brightness and carotenoid content of goldfish (Carrasius auratus) after being given additional feed in the form of indigofera flour, carrot flour and water hyacinth flour. The method used is a literature study by comparing the three types of feed, namely indigofera flour, carrot flour and water hyacinth flour. The results showed that several sources of -carotene in the feed gave different results in increasing the color brightness of goldfish. The 5% dose of indigofera flour and carrot flour was the best dose for the color brightness of goldfish, while the additional dose of water hyacinth flour given was the 300 g dose that was the best dose to support the color quality of goldfish (Carassius auratus). So, with the results of the three types there is a significant difference in the brightness level of goldfish color.

Mukti, RC., Rahmadania, E., Dahnia L., Putri T.A., Pustika. R., Lidya, J.S., Husaini, F., Nugroho, A. (2023). Increasing the color brightness of sumatra fish seeds (Puntius Tetrazona) through enriching carrot flour (Daucus Carota) in feed at Griya Sejahtera, Tanjung Pering, Ogan Ilir. In: Herlinda S et al. (Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal ke-11 Tahun 2023, Palembang 21 Oktober 2023. (pp.185-191). Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI). Sumatran fish (Puntius tetrazona) is a type of ornamental fish native to Indonesia which is often found in the public waters of the islands of Sumatra and Kalimantan. This ornamental fish has an attractive color and body shape and has high economic value. The color of the fish can be improved by adding feed ingredients. containing carotenoids. The aimed of this research is to determine the increase in color brightness of Sumatran fish (Puntius tetrazona) by adding carrot flour to the feed. The method used is an experimental method starting from container preparation, feed testing, fish rearing, data analysis and water quality. The results of research on increasing the color brightness of Sumatran fish (Puntius tetrazona) by adding carrot flour to the feed gave positive results, namely increasing the color brightness of Sumatran fish by 5.86, absolute weight growth of 0.16 g, absolute length growth of 0.21 cm, feed efficiency 10% and 100% survival. These results show that the value of increasing color brightness in the carrot flour addition treatment is better, namely 5.86, while the increasing color brightness in the control treatment is 3.66 and the addition of 10% carrot flour can be applied by ornamental fish farmers in Sumatran fish feed to obtain better results.
