Abstract

Toko Myi Store merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan Sepatu impor, adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh toko myi store yaitu owner tidak tahu data penjualan sepatunya dalam jangka tiga tahun terakhir itu meningkat atau menurun dan juga memastikan ketersediaan barang, stok barang, dan kelengkapan barang agar menghindari penumpukan barang yang sama dan kurang di minati oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui produk yang diminati oleh konsumen dan bisa mendapatkan analisis data penjualan yang paling laku, laku dan kurang laku untuk dijual. Hasil dari penelitian ini melakukan 4 kali percobaan dengan k yang berbeda, dan diketahui dari 4 kali percobaan, nilai k yang paling optimal terdapat pada k = 4 dengan hasil DBI nya adalah 0. 189, Cluster yang dihasilkan memperoleh sebanyak 4 Cluster Setiap klaster memiliki karakteristiknya sendiri dalam tingkat penjualan yang berbeda-beda tergantung merek sepatu yang dijual. Klaster tersebut menunjukkan sejumlah pola yang paling banyak diminati oleh pembeli myi store terhadap sepatu yang dijual, Hasil dari cluster Sepatu yang paling laku adalah Converes dan Nike, sepatu yang laku yaitu Adidas dan New Balance, sedangkan sepatu yang kurang laku dan kurang diminati adalah Puma. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi wawasan yang lebih luas bagi industry sepatu untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih terfokus dan efektif.

Abstract

Konsumen atau nasabah dalam bisnis adalah aset berharga untuk keberlanjutan bisnis di masa depan. Memperoleh kepercayaan dan meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah memerlukan perhatian dan kepedulian yang tulus. Kemajuan teknologi telah membuat persaingan bisnis lebih ketat, meningkatkan potensi churn atau penghentian penggunaan produk oleh nasabah. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi penurunan loyalitas adalah dengan melakukan klasifikasi loyalitas nasabah bank menggunakan teknik machine learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan algoritma Random Forest, Decision Tree, dan Artificial Neural Network yang dioptimasi dengan metode boosting Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) pada dataset nasabah bank XYZ yang diperoleh dari situs www.kaggle.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memiliki nilai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 86,34%, nilai AUC sebesar 0,854, rata-rata precision sebesar 83,55%, dan rata-rata recall sebesar 70,42%. Atribut yang paling signifikan dalam Random Forest adalah Geography, Gender, Tenure, dan Estimated Salary. Pada Decision Tree, atribut signifikan adalah Tenure dan Estimated Salary, sementara pada Artificial Neural Network, atribut signifikan adalah Geography, Has Card, dan Estimated Salary.

Abstract

This research aims to develop electronic document management system in department of Management of Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a digital document management system that aims to organize and manage digital documents. The method used is the research and development by research steps, namely: 1) a preliminary study 2) planning 3) product development 4) trials early stage 5) revision 6) test the final stage 7) revision stage end 8) operational trials 9) final revision 10) implementation. Housed in the department of Management of Education, research is conducted since the date of October 1, 2015 until January 18, 2016. The results of this study indicate that the EDMS implemented in department of Management of Education showed positive results in improving document management. EDMS successfully applied, and must be supported by the planting of a new culture that leads to the concept of an electronic organization (e-Organization).

Abstract

The productivity of rice plants in Cirebon Regency varies in each sub-district, which causes an imbalance in rice production. This study aims to group sub-districts in Cirebon Regency based on rice crop productivity using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to support strategic decision-making in the agricultural sector. The research methods applied include Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), which provides data selection, preprocessing, transformation, analysis using K-Means, and evaluation using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The data used is rice productivity in 2023 from 40 sub-districts, which includes planting area, harvest area, and production yield. The analysis showed that the DBI value was optimal at k=3, with three productivity categories: high, medium, and low. Compared to other methods, the K-Means algorithm has proven to be efficient and accurate in grouping data. This research contributes to local governments in formulating policies to increase rice productivity in areas that require further intervention. These findings also provide a basis for further study by comparing other algorithms to improve the accuracy of the results.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can improve the competence of these teachers in applying learning models in the classroom. In this school action research (PTS) it was conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase teacher competence by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle, the increase in teacher competence after classroom supervision was carried out after coaching on the use of several new learning models reached around 33.33% in the second cycle, it could increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision was carried out in the first cycle was 63.00 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 20.33. The results of this school action research show that coaching principals can improve teacher competence in developing learning by applying learning models in their respective classes.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Class Supervision

Abstract

This research examines the impact of competency and intellectual capital on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarmasin City. This research used a quantitative approach. Data were collected via an online questionnaire with 51 MSME actors as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that intellectual capital, encompassing knowledge, expertise, and innovation, significantly influences performance. However, competency does not show a significant impact on MSMEs’ performance. These findings provide insight into the condition of MSMEs in Banjarmasin City and can provide additional empirical evidence on the effect of intellectual capital. Additionally, this result can serve as a reference for policymakers to help MSMEs improve their performance through targeted training, mentorship, and collaborative networks. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing intellectual capital for MSMEs to enhance their performance. The finding that competency has an insignificant impact on performance warrants further investigation. Abstract

The application of Digital Interactive Learning Media in the fourth grade of SDN 001 Tarempa aims to enhance students' understanding of historical material, which is crucial for building awareness of national identity and culture. However, students often face challenges in conventional history learning, such as a lack of interest and engagement, leading to low comprehension. This study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where data is collected through tests to measure understanding, questionnaires to observe student responses, and observations of the learning process. It is hoped that the results of this research will demonstrate the effectiveness of interactive learning media in improving students' historical comprehension and contribute significantly to the development of more engaging and effective teaching methods at the elementary education level.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ critical thinking skills through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila Education, which is designed to foster analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities systematically. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The subjects consisted of 16 fourth-grade students from Bangirejo I Elementary School. Data were collected through observation, critical thinking skill tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using both qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) based on observations, students’ critical thinking skills showed significant improvement, with mastery learning increasing from 31% in the first cycle to 81% in the second cycle; and (2) the results reinforce the effectiveness of the PBL model in enhancing elementary students' critical thinking abilities. Moreover, the study contributes to the development of active learning strategies aligned with the demands of 21st-century education, particularly in the context of Pancasila Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab siswa dan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri Jambe melalui implementasi model Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dua siklus, melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Tempat penelitian adalah di SD Jambe Wonosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Subjek penelitian adalah 16 siswa kelas VI tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil observasi sikap tanggung jawab dan tes hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Teknik pengumpulan data dan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes yaitu 20 soal pilihan ganda, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik dari siklus I dan siklus II yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model problem based learning, 2) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila kelas VI dengan menggunakan model problem based learning. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning efektif meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab dan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi para pendidik untuk mengadopsi model PBL dan diharapkan memberi solusi untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan di desa masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan di kota. Salah satu faktor utama adalah rendahnya minat guru di desa untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, khususnya teknolog AIi dalam memudahkan menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya para guru untuk lebih memahami esensi menulis artikel ilmiahberbasis teknologi AI. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakann yaitu menyelenggarakan pelatihan intes tentang tips dan trik untuk menulis artikel ilmiah dalam menuntaskan syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional guru. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sangat diperlukan teknik untuk memudahkan menulis artikel ilimiah bagi guru berbasis teknologi AI, dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis teknologi AI. Pelatihan ini diharapkan nantinya memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya menulis artikel ilmiah serta mempunyai keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah sehingga bisa menerbitkan berbagai karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan teknologi AI. Pengabdian ini berimplikasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan serta professional guru di masa depan agar tidak gagap teknologi.
