Abstract

The development of information technology is accelerating. Many activities use information technology to do their jobs better. Currently, promotional media is not only through print media but can also use websites as a means of reaching consumers widely. The presence of a website has a positive impact, one of which is being able to get information from anywhere and anytime. This provides a good solution to one of Surabaya's micro, small, and medium enterprises engaged in furniture, namely UD Rozi Rachmad, whose business has been in Surabaya for a long time. The development of this website uses parallel development, and this website is assisted by the use of WordPress, additional themes, and additional plugins. Website testing has been carried out and is in accordance with the expected results with the black box testing method. So that the quality of the web is quite good when several black box tests have been carried out with procedures that have been carried out on testing, It is hoped that the presence of this website can help with promotional media and introduce their products to a wider audience of consumers. Consumers can also transact through the website, making it easier for consumers to shop when they are outside of Surabaya.

Abstract

Technology has developed vastly through digitalization for every business sector, e.g., Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), in developing website profiling as sources of information and advertisement. Kampung Cincau is a village located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia which produces grass jelly (cincau) and has been known through mass media coverage. However, they do not have specific and updated information access personally to be accessible to the public. The main objective of this community service is developing a website profile as a source of promotion in Kampung Cincau. There are three steps to developing a website in Kampung Cincau, i.e., preparation, implementation, and ending by monitoring and evaluation. Communicating with the people in Kampung Cincau to dive deeper into their needs has been done as preparation. Afterward, implementation covers finishing the website and writing the website’s manual book. Lastly, monitoring and evaluation focus on conducting admin training for the website to the people and monitoring them as if they have difficulties maintaining the website. These three steps have been finished as sequences of the community service program in Kampung Cincau. Based on the results of a survey on the implementation of community service through Google Forms, the people of Kampung Cincau is assisted through the output of a website profile that has been built and requires assistance in the optimization of utilizing the website.

Abstract

Café merupakan tempat yang cocok untuk berkumpul atau bekerja. Banyak pelanggan yang meluangkan waktunya ke café secara sendirian maupun Bersama teman atau keluarga. Saat ini café tumbuh dengan cepat. Banyak café yang bersaing untuk mendapatkan konsumen dan tentunya meraka berusaha untuk meningkatkan fasilitas maupun makanan dan minuman yang bisa ditawarkan. Adanya sistem pendukung keputusan bisa membantu dalam memilih alternatif café yang terbaik sesuai kriteria. Metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah MABAC. Metode ini cukup konsisten dalam memberikan rekomendasi. Langkah dalam metode ini ada beberapa diantaranya membuat membuat matriks keputusan awal yang berisi nilai kriteria dari masing – masing alternatif. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan normalisasi elemen matriks awal. Selanjutnya melakukan perhitungan elemen matriks tertimbang (V). Setelah itu melakukan penentuan matriks area perkiraan perbatasan (G), Kemudian dilanjutkan perhitungan elemen matriks jarak alternatif dari daerah perkiraan perbatasan Q. Lalu diakhiri dengan perangkingan dari hasil perhitungan metode MABAC. Hasil rekomendasi pada metode MABAC menempatkan café 1 sebagai alternatif terbaik dari café yang lain dengan nilai akhir 0,439626.

Abstract

Perusahaan PT. X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pertahanan yang memproduksi Peti No. ABC. Biaya simpan pada Peti No. ABC di tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan karena peramalan jumlah produk yang terealisasi tidak sesuai dengan permintaan aktual. peramalan permintaan yang lalu memiliki tingkat kesalahan atau error yang lebihh besar dibandingkan data permintaan aktual. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan metode peramalan permintaan yang memiliki tingkat error terkecil. Metode yang digunakan pada peramalan permintaan adalah Simple Moving Average, Centered Moving Average, weighted Moving Average, dan Simple Exponential Smoothing. Setelah melakukan peramalan dan pengecekan tingkat error dengan metode MAD, MSE, TC, dan grafik didapatkan metode Centered Moving Average yang memiliki tingkat error paling rendah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini metode peramalan yang sesuai untuk Peti No. ABC di PT. X adalah metode peramalan Time series Centered Moving Average.

Abstract

In the current digital era, especially in the world of education, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) is growing rapidly to meet needs. Universities rely on information systems, especially in managing new student admissions. The new student admission selection information system contains sensitive and dangerous prospective student data, as well as the risks that arise in the information system, limited to data processing during the new student admission process and the administration process, thus causing problems. The New Student Registration Information System is one of the services provided by the university as part of the new student registration process. Therefore, risk management is needed to minimize the impact of risks on maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. The aim of the research is to identify, analyze, and evaluate risks when using information systems for new student admission procedures. The approach used in risk management is Octave Allegro, and Octave Allegro is used to help evaluate information assets. The method used is data collection by conducting interviews with related sources. Based on the findings on the New Student Admissions site, there are 5 risk areas; 9 IT risks were identified as a result of potential risk analysis; and 4 IT risks were mitigated based on recommendations.

Abstract

The Faculty of Information Technology and Business is one of the faculties at the Telkom Surabaya Institute of Technology. This faculty has four staff, namely Prasetya, Setyawan, Pertiwi, and Berliana. Every semester, faculty leaders (deans and deputy deans) evaluate faculty staff based on predetermined criteria to provide the best performance for the faculty in carrying out their duties and obligations. Assessment of faculty staff selection is based on criteria, namely service, discipline, commitment, and cooperation. The decision support system for selecting the best faculty staff uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where the decision-making process is based on an alternative assessment process based on predetermined criteria. Calculations using the AHP method are in the form of ranking the importance of each criterion and making recommendations for the best faculty staff, where the order of criteria starts with the criteria of service, cooperation, discipline, and commitment. Alternative matrix calculations yielded a score of 0.4963 for Prasetya, a score of 0.1893 for Setyawan, a score of 0.1873 for Pertiwi, and a score of 0.127 for Berliana, so that the best faculty staff recommendations were obtained by Prasetya with the highest score of 0.4963.

Abstract

Pimpinan pada suatu perusahaan begitu penting dan setiap orang bisa menjadi kandidat pimpinan dalam suatu perusahaan. Banyak orang yang ingin menjadi kandidat pimpinan meskipun tidak semua bisa masuk menjadi kriteria pimpinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem menentukan tingkat kelayakan calon pimpinan untuk menjadi pimpinan dalam suatu perusahaan dengan penerapan metode Weight Product. Metode ini diawali dengan identifikasi kriteria kemudian dilakukan proses perhitungan mulai dari pembobotan, perhitungan vector s, perhitungan vector v, dan ranking. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menentukan tingkat kelayakan calon pimpinan untuk menjadi pimpinan pada suatu perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan bisa mendapatkan pimpinan yang terbaik dalam mengatur dan mengawasi segala proses bisnis yang telah ada maupun segala aktifitas kerja dalam sehari - hari. Abstract

Dapoer Mie Galau adalah salah satu tempat penyaji makanan favorit yang ada di KotaMalang. Meski ramai dikunjungi oleh pembeli, namun ada proses bisnis di Dapoer MieGalau yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga terjadi kesalahan komunikasi antardivisi dalam melayani para pelanggannya. Dalam hal ini diperlukan sebuah sistem Point ofSales untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Selain itu juga diperlukan observasidengan mengunjungi Dapoer Mie Galau serta melakukan berbagai analisa perhitunganguna menilai kalayakan investasi yaitu dengan Sistem Point of Sales. Dengan penerapanSistem Point of Sales, didapatkan hasil reduksi biaya belanja kertas nota untuk pembelianmaupun untuk pembayaran di kasir serta reduksi jumlah pegawai di Dapoer Mie Galausehingga tidak membutuhkan banyak pegawai dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam bekerja.Pemanfaatan kelayakan sistem ini didapatkan dari Payback Period pada tahun pertamaserta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar 7,6 %.Kata Kunci: Analisis Kelayakan Investasi, Point of Sales, Kota Malang, Dapoer Mie Galau

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) has brought significant changes in various industries, including the health sector. This research focuses on architectural business planning at the Soemitro Air Force Hospital using the TOGAF ADM 9.2 approach. Even though this hospital has implemented an Electronic Medical Record (E-MR) system, various problems such as poor integration, data duplication, and input errors still hamper operational performance. The aim of this research is to develop a comprehensive architectural business to improve operational efficiency and quality of hospital services. This study begins with an evaluation of the hospital's business and strategic needs, followed by careful planning in accordance with the IS/IT strategy. The use of the TOGAF ADM framework was chosen because of its flexibility and opensource nature, which facilitates the development of an optimal organizational architecture. It is hoped that the research results will provide guidance for hospitals in integrating information technology with their business processes, increasing productivity and improving the quality of health services. Thus, this research not only contributes to information technology management in the health sector but also enriches understanding of the effective and efficient implementation of architecture vision in the hospital context. Implementing a proper IS/IT strategy is expected to align hospital IT needs with business process demands, reduce errors and data duplication, and increase patient satisfaction. This research underlines the importance of strategic planning in information vision development to achieve long-term organizational success.

Abstract

I In an effort to improve health services, Surabaya City Health Service provides an innovation through the implementation of the E-Health system. E-Health is an information technology development that aims to provide a service system in the form of an online queue for patients at Surabaya health centers and hospitals. Based on the findings that have been made, there are several complaints about E-Health, which can impact the level of patient satisfaction with their experience using E-Health services. E-Health is part of an online-based service system, so the E-Servqual method is used. Additionally, the IPA approach used in this research identified the key attributes that need improvement to maximize user satisfaction and display priorities for improvement, allowing for a clearer view of which areas require immediate attention and action to improve the overall quality of E-Health services. The results of the research show that all dimensions still have measurable negative gap values, indicating specific areas where service quality does not meet user expectations. Specifically, the quality of service is rated at 0.86, which is less than 1, signifying that there are still aspects of the E-Health service that need enhancement. The attributes included in Quadrant I priority improvements on the Cartesian Importance Performance Analysis diagram are E4, E3, C4, P1, and RE4. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately address these main priorities so that E-Health services can be optimized and more satisfactory for users.
