Abstract

E-Money adalah alat pembayaran eletronik yang cukup dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan menganalisa akan pengetahuan dan juga alasan kalangan mahasiswa menggunakan e-money. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan survey kepada mahasiswa dengan mengambil sample 15 mahasiswa dari 3 kampus yang berbeda. Hasil dari survey didapatkan bahwa kalangan mahasiswa cukup mengetahui akan produk e-money. Mereka mengetahui produk e-money ini melalui media sosial dan informasi dari teman kampus. Kemudian mereka menggunakan e-money ini untuk sekedar membeli belanja dan membeli makanan dan minuman kesukaan mereka. Mereka merasa aman selama menggunakan produk e-money ini sehingga data keuangan maupun data transaksi mereka tersimpan dengan baik di produk e-money. Mereka merasa puas dan cukup terbantu dengan adanya e-money ini terutama dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan melakukan transformasi digitalisasi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pencatatan dan pelaporan di puskesmas. Tetapi layanan penggunaan aplikasi pada Puskesmas Klampis belum maksimal, banyaknya aplikasi yang harus digunakan tetapi kurangnya integrasi dapat mengakibatkan tidak efisien dan kesalahan saat manajemen data. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan pada Puskesmas Klampis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis layanan penggunaan aplikasi yang ada pada Puskesmas Klampis untuk meminimalisir kendala, meningkatkan pelayanan untuk mencapai visi misi puskesmas dan Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Permenkes. Maka dari itu keluaran penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) versi 3 domain service operation dan analisis standar Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) yang sudah diuji oleh Puskesmas Klampis dalam bentuk rekomendasi perbaikan pada layanan yang telah divalidasi oleh Dinas Kesehatan Bangkalan dan Kepala Puskesmas Klampis. Penelitian ini menerapak metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil persentase variabel event management 74,5%, incident management 75,5%, request fulfillment 74,5%, problem management 79%, dan access management 79% yang berarti jawaban responden “setuju” terhadap layanan aplikasi kesehatan. Meskipun demikian, pada variabel event management dan request fulfillment memerlukan rekomendasi perbaikan, dan hasil analisa SKM mendapatkan indeks 87,25 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas Klampis sangat baik.

Abstract

Information technology is getting faster and more advanced. Many activities utilize information technology in helping a job. Currently, information media is not only through print media but there are already media that utilize information technology to be able to reach the wider community. The emergence of websites has a positive impact on getting information widely and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This provides the best solution for community service partners, namely Al-Barra Studio located in Malang City. Al-Barra Studio is engaged in video content, namely making video recordings for mosque Qori and Imam later people who are interested in using the services of mosque Qori or Imam can contact Al-Barra Studio. The development of this website uses parallel development with the help of using the concept of Custom Management System in the form of WordPress. It is hoped that the presence of this website can help in promotional media from Al-Barra Studio so that it can be known by the public at large and as a media for da'wah through information technology facilities.

Abstract

In every school, students exhibit varying levels of performance, influenced by several factors such as parental support and involvement, participation in extracurricular activities, motivation levels, internet access for learning, teacher quality, peer influence, and learning difficulties. This study aims to classify student performance to identify those who may need additional support for improvement. The classification method employed in this research is the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results indicate that the trained model successfully classified 25 out of 30 tested data points. The evaluation metrics achieved include a precision of 100%, recall of 80%, specificity of 100%, accuracy of 83%, and an F1-score of 89%.

Abstract

The telecommunications sector in Indonesia has experienced rapid development in recent years, characterized by the increasing number of telecommunications operators offering various services and products. Therefore, there is competitive rivalry among operators. The right strategy is needed to survive and compete effectively. One of the efforts that can be made by telecommunication companies is to evaluate operational performance. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of X users towards telecommunication operational performance, at Telkomsel and Tri operators using text mining methods, namely Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree Learning (DTL). The research data is obtained by crawling from the X application, then the data is processed to remove unnecessary words or affixes. Then data modeling and validation is carried out using split validation and cross validation techniques. In the split validation technique, the data is divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data, while in the cross-validation technique the fold parameter is set to determine which fold has the highest accuracy. The results of the study show that the SVM method has the highest accuracy, where in split validation the accuracy is 84.29% for Telkomsel data and 75.70% for Tri data. Similarly, in cross validation, the accuracy is 82.15% on fold 4, 7 for Telkomsel data and 61.41% on fold 9 for Tri data. In addition, it is known that Telkomsel data has 18.64% positive sentiment and 81.36% negative sentiment. While Tri data has 61.11% positive sentiment and 38.89% negative sentiment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendukung keputusan tentang pemilihan pemasok kopi pada Coffee Shop. Model sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah SMART (Simple Multi Atribut Technique) yang mampu untuk menghitung hal- hal yang bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif terutama dalam menghitung bobot dari masing masing kriteria. Kriteria yang diterapkan diantara lain harga, kualitas, waktu kirim, biaya kirim, warna, lama pasca panen. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini memberikan rekomendasi pemasok yang terbaik sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan sehingga bisa membantu pelaku bisnis Coffee Shop dalam menentukan pemasok kopi. Abstract

Background: Grass Jelly Village (Cincau) based Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya, Indonesia, has started digitalization by building a website profile to promote their products. However, they need help managing the website and selling their brands since they have lower digital literacy resources, and their website only has a single admin. Contribution: This community service program contributes to enhancing digital literacy in Grass Jelly Village by providing structured training in digital marketing and website management, aiming to empower local residents in utilizing digital platforms for economic and social development. Method: The course process involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation includes analyzing requirements and designing course materials, followed by practical implementation, and evaluation consists of evaluating the course through feedback and evaluation forms. Results: Based on the satisfaction survey on digital marketing training received a score of 89.33%, copywriting training received a score of 85%, website training received a score of 90.66%. Then there is a satisfaction survey on the speaker by getting a score of 92%. Conclusion: The digitalization training for Grass Jelly Village's MSMEs was highly effective, resulting in enhanced digital literacy and improved business practices. The program's long-term sustainability is supported by follow-up strategies, including forming a dedicated digital team and ongoing mentorship.

Abstract

The frozen food industry has witnessed remarkable growth in recent years, driven by increasing urbanization and the demand for convenient, ready-to-eat meals. Despite this upward trend, many businesses in the sector struggle with inefficient stock management, particularly in forecasting daily demand due to fluctuating consumer behavior and unpredictable external factors. This study proposes an end-to-end artificial intelligence-based stock forecasting system aimed at optimizing inventory management for frozen food businesses. By adopting the Design Thinking approach, this research places users—both consumers and internal stakeholders—at the center of the problem-solving process to uncover key operational pain points. The study explores recent technological advancements, including augmented reality, RFID, and blockchain, and integrates them into a practical framework tailored to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Through qualitative analysis and system prototyping, the research identifies essential features for an intelligent stock management system and demonstrates how a user-centric approach can drive innovation and improve business performance. The findings offer valuable insights into the development of adaptive, data-driven solutions in the rapidly evolving frozen food sector.

Abstract

Buku merupakan jendela ilmu yang dimana banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Setiap perpustakaan memiliki koleksi buku yang cukup banyak namun tidak banyak pemilik buku yang memberikan rekomendasi buku yang sering dipinjam kepada pengunjung perpustakaan. Rekomendasi peminjaman buku ini bisa digunakan untuk membantu pengunjung agar tidak bingung dalam memilih buku sehingga dengan cepat bisa memilih buku sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Selain itu dengan adanya rekomendasi peminjaman buku ini bisa membantu bagi pemilik perpustakaan dalam menyediakan buku yang sering dipinjam sehingga memiliki stok yang cukup. Metode yang digunakan dalam rekomendasi pemilihan buku ini memakai algoritma apriori sehingga nanti hasilnya berupa rekomendasi pemilihan buku beserta aturan asosiasi. Pada perhitungan algoritma ini memerlukan perhitungan support baik satu item maupun dua item dimana support memiliki minimum support 40 %. Perhitungan support ini digunakan untuk menghitung kombinasi item baik satu kombinasi item dan dua kombinasi item . Kemudian dilanjutkan untuk membuat aturan asosiasinya menggunakan perhitungan confidence serta dalam menguji keakuratan aturan asosiasi dengan perhitungan lift. Hasil yang muncul dari rekomendasi peminjaman buku berupa Buku Politik dan Buku Ekonomi dengan nilai confidence 83% dan nilai lift 1,25. Kemudian ada Buku Politik dan Buku Fiksi dengan nilai confidence 67% serta nilai lift 1,18. Lalu ada Buku Ekonomi dan Buku Fiksi dengan nilai confidence 60% dengan nilai lift 1,06.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people, especially for people living below the poverty line, is the social assistance program. However, some people cannot utilize the social assistance program effectively due to a lack of understanding and access to information about the program. The purpose of community service activities is to increase public awareness and understanding of the various types of social assistance available so that community service activities can help the community in the process of applying for and receiving social assistance. It is expected that the social assistance program will be distributed on target through an approach and assistance involving village officials, community leaders, and direct assistance to village communities. Direct assistance to village communities can also be carried out to ensure that the social assistance distribution information system runs well. The results of community service activities can improve the welfare of village communities, reduce social disparities, increase the transparency of social assistance data, and improve the ability of village officials to manage social assistance. Community service activities can be a model for other villages in managing social assistance.
