Abstract

Indonesia which is located in an area prone to natural disasters. The impact of floods experienced by the community such as diarrhea, itching, digestive tract, fever, upper respiratory tract infections and other diseases. Klaten city is said that every year there will be the most severe floods last year 2021. The knowledge possessed is very helpful in disaster management, and attitudes towards healthy and healthy living behavior are able to prevent environmental-based diseases. Knowing the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards flood disaster preparedness in Koripan village, Polanharjo district, Klaten regency. This research uses analytical methods, data collection techniques with stratified ramdom sampling, a sample of 89 respondents, the instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the knowledge level of the people in polanharjo sub-district was in the good category. Community attitudes in the positive category. The results of the bivaariate analysis show that there is on relationship between knowledge and attitude towards flood disaster preparedness. The characteristics of respondents in polanharjo sub-district are the majority aged >40 yeard and the majority are male as many as 49 respondents. The level of public knowledge about flood disaster preparedness in polanharjo is mostly in the good category. The public attitude about flood disaster preparedness in the polanharjo district, the majority of the positive results, there is no relationship between knowledge and attitude.

Abstract

Physical demands, environmental and social situations that cannot be controlled can cause stress, stress the third and fourth years, can be caused by the many responsibilities that must be completed. Third and fourth year students could have vary stress levels, the objective of this study was to determine stress level on students in semester 6 and 8 of the FIKES, UIKA Bogor. Sample size was 33 female college students in 6th and 8th semester, obtained with consecutive sampling. The research method used descriptive analytic study design. Data on stress level were obtained by filling out stress part in DASS-21 questionnaire through google form in June-July 2023, and univariate analysis was used for the data. The results showed that more than half subject (55%) had normal stress level, meanwhile mild and moderate stress level were 15% each. Severe (9%) and extremely severe (6%) stress level were also founded in this research. Most of the stress levels in final years students at FIKES UIKA Bogor were normal, but treatment is needed for subjects who have severe and extremely severe stress. Screening for stress from faculty can be held to prevent severe stress and college students need to know about stress management. Future research can involve more samples regarding stress factors and stress education intervention in semesters 6th and 8th girl college student.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Salah satu metode KB adalah metode suntikan. Suntikan merupakan metode kontrasepsi hormonal yang berdaya kerja lama dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam program KB secara luas. Kontrasepsi suntik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan. Pemakaian kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan mempunyai efek samping utama yaitu peningkatan berat badan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan  KB suntik dan lama pemakaian terhadap kenaikan berat badan akseptor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini  berjumlah 60 Responden.Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling dengan Teknik Analisa dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian jenis kontrasepsi suntik hasilnya  (p = 0,011 atau p ≤ 0,05) dengan kenaikan BB pada akseptor KB dan  lama pemakaian hasilnya  (p = 0,031 atau p ≤ 0,05). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kontrasepsi suntik  dengan kenaikan BB pada akseptor KB dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lama pemakaian dengan kenaikan BB pada akseptor

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the application of internal audit to cooperative compliance according to the Ministry of Cooperatives and UMKM Regulation Number 5 of 2016. The population of this study is a report on findings and the sample of this research is audit results in 2019-2021. The data collection technique for this research was a qualitative descriptive technique which was carried out by means of documentation and interviews. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the cooperative has not fully complied with the regulations that have been set by conducting an internal audit to find out the weaknesses or deficiencies that exist in the cooperative and can comply with the regulations that have been set. The principle of cooperatives, cooperatives have been managed democratically, membership is voluntary and open, the distribution of the remaining business results is carried out fairly, and the development of cooperatives. Business, cooperatives have not been optimal in carrying out business performance, business planning and control, and financial control, KUD Dwi Tunggal has not complied with controls in its business. Transactions have not been carried out optimally by utilizing services, applying a standard accounting system, and KUD Dwi Tunggal has not fully complied with SAK-ETAP which can be seen from the accumulation of depreciation has not been carried out. Keywords: Internal Audit,Compliance, Cooperatives.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan audit internal pada kepatuhan koperasi sesuai Peraturan Kementrian Koperasi dan UMKM Nomor 5 Tahun 2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan hasil temuan dan sampel penelitian ini adalah hasil audit pada tahun 2019-2021. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif  yang dilakukan dengan dokumntasi dan wawancara. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi belum sepenuhnya mematuhi peraturan  yang telah ditetapkan dengan dilakukannya audit internal dapat mengetahui kelemahan atau kekurangan yang ada pada koperasi dan dapat mematuhi peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Prinsip koperasi, koperasi telah melakukan pengelolaan dilakukan secara demokratis, kenggotaan sukarela dan terbuka, pembagian sisa hasil usaha dilakukan secara adil, dan pengembangan koperasi. Usaha, koperasi belum optimal dalam menjalankan kinerja usaha, perencanaan dan pengendalian usaha, dan  pengendalian keuangan, KUD Dwi Tunggal belum mematuhi pengendalian dalam usahanya. Transaksi belum dilakukan secara optimal pemanfaatan pelayanan, penerapan sistem standar akuntansi, dan KUD Dwi Tunggal belum sepenuhnya mematuhi SAK-ETAP yang dapat dilihat dari belum dilakukannya akumulasi penyusutan. Kata kunci: Audit Internal, Kepatuhan, Koperasi.

Abstract

Children with special needs with tunagrahita are children who have physical, mental and behavioural limitations, this causes difficulties in performing personal hygiene in everyday life. In Surakarta City, the prevalence of tunagrahita in 2023 shows that there are 1,118 children with special needs. Objective: To determine the description of personal hygiene in children with special needs with tunagrahita. Methods: This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 153 respondents. Results: This study shows that based on personal hygiene the majority of respondents have less ability as many as (42.5%) 65 respondents. Conclusion: The description of personal hygiene skills in children with special needs with tunagrahita in the category of less.

Abstract

Latar belakang :Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri darma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap dosen anggota tim.. Salah satu uapaya yang akan membantu menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan diantaranya yaitu hipertensi pada lansia, Semakin hari semakin tahun jumlah lansia yang harus dikontrol tekanan darahnya semakin meningkat sehingga dengan Meningkatnya jumlah lansia mestinya dibarengi dengan upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan para lansia tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia tersebut adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat lansia dengan memberikan informasi melalui sosialisasi pengetahuan yang terkait dengan penatalaksanaan hipertensi dengan mengajak lansia berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan di wilayahnya, menyebarluaskan informasi kesehatan Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok lansia pada kalurahan joyotakan wilayah puskesmas Kartonan tersebuta adalah: 1). Masih rendahnya pengetahuan lansia tentang pengertian hipertensi 2) Masih rendahnya pengetahuan lansia tentang penyebab hipertensi 3) Masih rendahnya pengetahuan lansia tentang pencegahan hipertensi 4) Masih rendahnya pengetahuan lansia tentang penatalaksanaan hipertensi 5)Belum adanya lansia yang dapat mempraktekkan tentang senam hipertensi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah : 1) Lansia bertambah pengetahuannya terkait pengertian hipertensi 2) Lansia bertambah pengetahuannya terkait penyebab hipertensi ; 3) Lansia bertambah pengetahuannya terkait pencegahan hipertensi, 4) Lansia bertambah pengetahuannya terkait penatalaksanaan hipertensi 5) Diharapkan lansia setelah menerima sosialisasi dan prkatek tentang senam hipertensi kader mampu mempraktekkan senam hipertensi Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: 1). Dilakukan sosialisasi tentang pengertian hipertensi, pencegahan hipertensi, penyebab hipertensi dan penatalaksanaan hipertensi Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga melibatan mahasiswa sebagai wujud dukungan terhadap program MBKM yang dicanangkan pemeritah. luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1). Publikasi pada jurnal Pengabdian masyarakat, 2). Publikasi pada media massa onlin. One of the efforts that will help solve health problems is hypertension in the elderly. As the years go by, the number of elderly people whose blood pressure must be controlled increases. increases so that the increase in the number of elderly people should be accompanied by efforts to improve the health status of these elderly people. One of the efforts that has been made to improve the health status of the elderly is empowering the elderly community by providing information through the dissemination of knowledge related to the management of hypertension by inviting the elderly to participate in activities in their area, disseminating health information. Problems faced by the elderly group in the Joyotakan sub-district of the community health center area. The cartons are: 1). The elderly's knowledge about the meaning of hypertension is still low. 2) The elderly's knowledge about the causes of hypertension is still low. 3) The elderly's knowledge about the prevention of hypertension is still low. 4) The elderly's knowledge about the management of hypertension is still low. 5) There are no elderly who can practice hypertension exercises. The objectives of this service are: 1) Elderly people increase their knowledge regarding the meaning of hypertension. 2) Elderly people increase their knowledge regarding the causes of hypertension; 3) The elderly will increase their knowledge regarding the prevention of hypertension, 4) The elderly will increase their knowledge regarding the management of hypertension. 5) It is hoped that after receiving socialization and practice regarding hypertension exercises, the cadres will be able to practice hypertension exercises. The solutions offered in this service activity include: 1). Socialization was carried out about the meaning of hypertension, prevention of hypertension, causes of hypertension and management of hypertension. This service activity also involved students as a form of support for the MBKM program launched by the government. The expected output from this activity is: 1). Abstract

Effective management of education financing is crucial for ensuring the quality and sustainability of education, particularly in private schools that frequently encounter significant financial challenges. This study aims to examine and analyze the financial management strategies employed at SMP Islam Bakti Asih, a private school in Indonesia, to demonstrate how this institution successfully navigates financial constraints while enhancing educational quality. Utilizing a qualitative research approach with a case study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the school effectively implemented financial strategies, including diversification of funding sources, efficient emergency fund management, and active stakeholder involvement in the budgeting process. These practices have contributed to both financial stability and improved educational outcomes. The study’s implications suggest that adaptive and inclusive financial management approaches can significantly bolster the financial sustainability of educational institutions, providing a valuable model for other schools facing similar financial difficulties to consider adopting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMP Islam Bakti Asih, which is a crucial factor in improving educational quality. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The sample consists of 20 teachers selected from a population of 45 teachers using a systematic nonprobability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis, and the validity and reliability of the instruments were tested to ensure measurement accuracy. The main findings show a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Further analysis reveals that school leadership, organizational culture, and supervisory mechanisms also contribute to teacher performance, although job satisfaction remains the dominant factor. This study makes an important contribution to the educational management literature by providing insights into how various factors influence teacher performance. Limitations of this study include the limited sample size and short research duration. The implications of this study include recommendations for improving school policies that focus on enhancing job satisfaction as well as other factors to overall improve teacher performance. Further research is suggested to expand the sample size and extend the research duration to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the management of educational financing at SMP Islam Bakti Asih, where efficient financial management is key to achieving educational goals. The research is motivated by the financial challenges faced by private schools due to limited resources, affecting the quality of education and the welfare of teaching staff. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation on budget planning, fund utilization, and financial oversight. The key findings indicate that the primary sources of funding come from the foundation and government (BOS) funds, which are utilized through detailed budget planning and regular financial audits to ensure transparency and accountability. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of comprehensive and proactive financial management, not only to maintain the school's financial stability but also to enhance the quality of education provided. This study contributes to the literature on educational financial management by providing insights into best practices for managing funds in private schools. Additionally, the limitations of this study include its narrow focus on a single school and the limited number of respondents, which opens opportunities for further research in broader contexts.

Abstract

Rekap Data Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2021 mengemukakkan bahwa anak dengan penyandang autis atau tuna laras adalah sebanyak 1.271 anak dan terjadi peningkatan pada angka tersebut ingkat pada tahun 2022. Sedangkan di Surakarta sendiri tercatat ada 10 desa yang terdapat anak dengan berkebutuhan kusus autism atau tuna laras. Pemilihan pola asuh oleh orang tua dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, riwayat pendidikan, pekerjaan, sosial ekonomi. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran karakteristik pola asuh orang tua terhadap anak Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Surakarta. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Responden berjumlah 50 responden yaitu orang tua siswa dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata orang tua yang memiliki anak yang mengidap ASD menggunakan pola asuh demokratis adalah delapan puluh dua persen dari total responden. Kesimpulan : Pola asuh yang paling banyak dipilih atau digunakan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya adalah pola asuh demokratis.
