Abstract

The teaching campus is one of the learning and student programs of the directorate general of higher education, ministry of education, culture, research and technology, called Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in helping the learning process in junior high schools. placement of SMP Negeri 3 Sidoarjo, East Java Province. Campus teaching activities at placement schools have 3 concepts of literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation. student resources to be useful by contributing and innovating together to help the community. Implementation in campus teaching activities that contribute to helping problems, obstacles and efforts that occur in education. Campus teaching activities provide opportunities for students to participate in teaching and implementing by helping the teaching process in areas determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology. Helping to increase equity in the quality of education, especially during the post-Covid-19 pandemic. In developing insight and honing thinking skills in working together across fields of science and various backgrounds in solving problems faced. Provide inspiration and motivation to learn for students as well as introduce the cultural diversity of the archipelago, the development of science and technology

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is one of the Free Learning-Free Campus (MBKM) programs formed by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) on February 9 2021. The Teaching Campus contributes to the world of education at the elementary (elementary school) and junior high school (junior high school) levels ) which is located in the 4T region (Foremost, Outermost, Disadvantaged, and Transmigration areas) and an accredited school under A. SDN Karang Nangkah 1 is one of the targets of the 4th batch teaching campus program in improving literacy and numeracy, assisting administration, and technology adaptation. Service activities are the result of collaborative research using descriptive qualitative as a scientific method often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including education. Data collection through observation (observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. Through the campus teaching program students can collaborate and contribute by having a positive impact on students and the school. The campus teaching program activities include; mentoring teaching and learning activities, library management, one day one book, socialization of literacy movement, IT training, and implementation of AKM Class. From the implementation of the program, it is hoped that it will provide benefits in overcoming problems based on the needs of schools, teachers and students in literacy and numeracy skills, technology adaptation, and administrative assistance at SDN Karang Nangkah 1. In addition, students in the teaching campus program can develop capacity knowledge, expertise according to their competence and able to develop education in Indonesia optimally.

Abstract

Teaching Campus Program Batch 4 is a continuation of the previous Batch Teaching Campus Programs, Batch 1, 2, and 3. This program is part of the Merdeka Learning Kampas Merdeka (MBKM) Policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic. (Kemendikbud RI) of Indonesia. The existence of the Teaching Campus Program aims to help restore the quality of education after the Covid-19 pandemic and coordinate education across Indonesia so that there are no gaps between schools. Additionally, student literacy and numeracy have suffered setbacks due to lack of optimal education, lack of facilities, and lack of independent curriculum understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nearly two years of his doing all activities at home, including home learning, in Indonesia. Home learning is enough to prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus, but it has no effect on children's learning. This also happened to her Widya Gama middle school student who experienced declining literacy and numeracy. Dedicated methods are collaborative methods in which the research used is descriptive and qualitative. For five months, students teaching on campus undertook multiple work programs to improve their literacy and numeracy skills. Of course, there were various obstacles in the implementation, but we managed to keep the program running for five months and on schedule.

Abstract

Campus teaching is a program designed by the Ministry of Higher Education to provide opportunities for students to develop themselves through activities outside the lecture class. Through the teaching campus program, students have activities that are their responsibility in assisting learning activities, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration at the school where they are assigned. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of campus teaching at SDN Batonaong 1. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Observations, interviews and documentation were used for data collection. The data collected was then processed using qualitative data processing techniques from Miles and Hubermen. SDN Batonaong 1 is an elementary school that is the target of the campus teaching program batch 4 to improve literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation skills. With this program, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for the problems and needs of schools, teachers, and students at SDN Batonaong 1. Apart from that, this activity is also able to become an arena for students to hone their potential to develop education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dapat membuat daerah yang mungkin tidak diketahui akan diketahui, serta pengelola pariwisata juga dapat dengan mudah menyebarkan promosinya secara luas dan cepat. Dengan menggunakan teori proses adopsi inovasi oleh Everett Rogers, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses adopsi inovasi digitalisasi pariwisata pada salah satu desa wisata yang sedang berkembang, yaitu Desa wisata Hendrosari Menganti, kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, dan metode wawancara digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa wisata Hendrosari melalui proses adopsi inovasi dengan baik dan sesuai tahapan. Adapun tahapan adopsi inovasi tersebut meliputi pada tahap pengetahuan, tahap persuasi, tahap keputusan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap konfirmasi. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi pariwisata meningkatkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar desa. Disamping melalui pemberdayaan UKM dan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar sebagai karyawan di Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu, luasnya jangkauan internet yang dapat dicapai membuatnya dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung sehingga lebih banyak pula jumlah tiket yang terjual.

Abstract

Film menjadi salah satu media massa yang semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Tidak jarang film menjadi salah satu media untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak dengan menawarkan realita yang ada pada kehidupan dalam masyarakat. Peneliti mengangkat film KKN di Desa Penari yang menceritakan tentang enam mahasiswa melaksanakan KKN di desa yang berada dipulau Jawa. Dipenuhi dengan banyak hal-hal baru yang mereka temui, perlahan-lahan beberapa hal aneh mulai muncul mulai dari sosok penari gandrung perempuan berparas cantik dan suka mendekati mereka. Beberapa hal yang menarik perhatian mahasiswa juga adanya sesajen diberbagai sudut desa sebagai bentuk ritual yang sudah dilakukan warga desa sejak dahulu. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis semiotika milik Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini ditemukan adanya dua sisi pandang gambaran representasi mengenai budaya Jawa ritual dan tari gandrung yang bisa menjadi cara pandang bagi pembaca atau penonton.

Abstract

This study explored the use of technology in Radio Media 90.1 FM for broadcasting Javanese cultural programs to increase capital. The biggest audience for this radio is Surabaya's urban community, which loves Javanese culture. This study uses a qualitative method with a virtual ethnographic approach so that researchers can be participatory online and offline with broadcasting activities. Researchers get data about programming policies and activities of the Javanese culture-lover community at the time of the broadcast. Five informants in this study (WID, ANT, SAM, GEN, MUS representing elements of managers, programmers, broadcasters, technicians, and listeners). This study found that the technology adaptation for capitalization used is audio streaming applications and Facebook. Through the Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/Media90.1FM), listeners build a virtual community of Javanese culture lovers. The study concludes that the interaction of the Javanese culture lover community on Facebook (viewers, likes, and comments) is a form of technology capitalization applied by radio Media 90,1 FM as data advertisers can directly utilize

Abstract

Orientasi kebijakan pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan seperti BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) merupakan upaya pencipaan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk tumbuh kembangnya kegiatan ekonomi mandiri dan produktif di desa, yang bisa berdampak signifikan pada peningkatan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Problem penting untuk mendukung tujuan jangka panjang tersebut adalah bagaimana mengejawantahkan profil sumber daya manusia (SDM) professional yang unggul. Sinergi dengan hal itu, maka tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk pengembangan kapasitas (Capacity Building) SDM BUMDes. Prioritas program pengembangan kapasitas diorientasikan pada dimensi Human Resource Development, dengan fokus pada ketersediaan tenaga profesional. Keluaran dari prioritas program meliputi: (1) Rekruitmen, didasarkan atas: a. Profil kewirausahaan, b. SDM lokal, c. stndar perilaku, d. tingkat pendidikan dan skil. (2). Pelatihan, diagendakan untuk: a. Pengenalan Lingkungan Kerja, b. Pelatihan 5R dan 3K, c. Standar Operational Procedure (SOP). (3). Sistem Kompensasi, sosialisasi difokuskan atas: a. Kompensasi langsung (direct), b. Kompensasi tidak langsung (indirect), (4). Isu-isu kompensasi kompetitif. (5). Kondisi Kerja, materi yang direkomendasikan adalah: a. Kondisi fisik kerja. b. Kondisi psikologis kerja, (6). Kondisi temporer kerja.
