Abstract

The development of milkfish farming in traditional ponds must of course be based on the potential possessed. One of the most important potentials is the local knowledge of the community about the cultivation system in ponds. The Program for the Application of Research Results for the Community (PIHAT), is directed to provide knowledge and insight to group partners related to the development of milkfish cracker products by improving packaging design, adding shrimp cracker products, and payus fish crackers, as well as marketing management including online marketing, so that a suitable marketing network development model can be obtained and smooth productivity and sales. Meanwhile, the target of the PIHAT Program is the development of milkfish cracker business as an additional source of income for fishing families in Kalanganyar Village, so that more comprehensive knowledge can be achieved on how to increase milkfish cracker production including how to market effectively and efficiently. This series of activities is in addition to identifying partner problems, finding solutions, monitoring, and packaging of milkfish cracker products in supporting marketing; The output of activities is websites, catalogs, scientific articles in accredited national journals, increasing knowledge, improving product quality, improving packaging quality, and improving marketing management. The results achieved in this service activity are that KUB Planet Bandeng which is an average fisherwoman has improved in quality both in terms of taste, packaging, and marketing network.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi banyaknya anak-anak bahkan remaja yang bermain game online tanpa mengenal tempat, waktu, dan device yang mereka gunakan sehingga menyebabkan kecanduan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi orang tua terhadap anak pecandu game online di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan pola komunikasi Laswell yang terbagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu pola komunikasi primer dan sekunder. Kemudian peneliti menghubungkan dengan pola komunikasi keluarga oleh Devito yang terdiri dari pola komunikasi persamaan, pola komunikasi seimbang terpisah, pola komunikasi tak seimbang terpisah, dan pola komunikasi monopoli. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penulis memaparkan pemahaman game, pemahaman akibat bermain game online, cara mencegah kecanduan bermain game online, dan cara menkoordinasi orang tua dan anak.  penulis menemukan kurangnya kedekatan orang tua terhadap anaknya hingga sang anak tersebut kecanduan dalam bermain game yang terjadi di Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program Bakti Inovasi bagi Masyarakat (BIMA) ini untuk mentransferkan pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada mitra Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tasikmadu, yaitu UD Sumber Rejeki. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Tim pelaksana menyebarkan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Tasikmadu. Sementara Focus Group Discussion khusus pada UD Sumber Rejeki sebagai mitra untuk mengurai permasalahan. Kegiatan BIMA ini memiliki Tingkat Kesiapterapan Teknologi (TKT) level 5 yang memiliki dasar penelitian sebelumnya tentang produk pangan olahan berbasis ikan dan pendampingan UMKM di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Hasil transfer pengetahuan melalui penyuluhan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kualitas bahan baku, resep sehat, variasi cita rasa, pentingnya digital marketing, dan kepemilikan legalitas usaha. Hasil alih teknologi berupa aplikasi pemasaran digital, perbaikan label, kemasan produk baru, dan hibah mesin pendingin berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas produk pangan olahan, perluasan jaringan pemasaran, peningkatan angka penjualan produk, dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. The purpose of the Bakti Innovation for Community (BIMA) program is to transfer knowledge and technology to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) partners in Tasikmadu Village, namely UD Sumber Rejeki. The method of implementing activities is through counseling, training, and mentoring. The implementation team distributed questionnaires and conducted interviews with SMEs in Tasikmadu Village. Meanwhile, a Focus Group Discussion was held with UD Sumber Rejeki's members to solve problems. This BIMA activity has a Technology Readiness Level (TKT) level 5, which has the basis of previous research on fish-based processed food products and mentoring MSMEs in the Trenggalek Regency. The results of knowledge transfer through counseling have succeeded in increasing understanding of the quality of raw materials, healthy recipes, variety of flavors, the importance of digital marketing, and ownership of business legality. The results of technology transfer in the form of digital marketing applications, improved labels, new product packaging, and refrigeration machine grants have an impact on improving the quality of processed food products, expanding marketing networks, increasing product sales figures, and increasing production capacity.
