Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas pengintegrasian Strategi Kompensasi Tebak dalam pendekatan Pembelajaran Langsung untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang afiks. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respons terhadap keterbatasan kesadaran morfologi siswa dan kecenderungan mereka untuk mengandalkan hafalan daripada proses analitis ketika menghadapi kosakata yang tidak dikenal. Desain pra-tes-pasca-tes satu kelompok digunakan yang melibatkan 30 siswa dari kelas XII.1 di SMA Negeri 1 Penukal Utara. Instrumen, yang terdiri dari 45 item, divalidasi menggunakan Rasio Validitas Konten Lawshe dan diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, korelasi, dan uji-t sampel berpasangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 17,30 pada pra-tes menjadi 34,63 pada pasca-tes. Nilai uji-t sampel berpasangan (t = 45,072; p < 0,05) menegaskan bahwa strategi terpadu efektif meningkatkan kesadaran morfologi dan pemahaman kosakata. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya menggabungkan pengajaran eksplisit dengan strategi inferensi untuk memperkuat pengembangan kosakata dan meningkatkan kemandirian pembelajar.

Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi dan minat baca siswa di lingkungan madrasah. Artikel ini bertujuan menggambarkan peran, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan perpustakaan di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya dalam membangun budaya literasi Islami dan modern. Informasi diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan dialog terarah dengan pihak perpustakaan untuk memetakan kondisi, kebutuhan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai pusat sumber belajar yang mendukung kegiatan akademik dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Namun, tantangan yang muncul meliputi keterbatasan koleksi menarik, fasilitas digital yang belum memadai, serta rendahnya kunjungan siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan strategi pengembangan berupa penambahan koleksi buku, penataan ruang baca yang nyaman, penyediaan layanan e-Library, serta kegiatan literasi kolaboratif antara guru, pustakawan, dan OSIM. Sinergi ini menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai pusat literasi Islami yang inspiratif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to interdisciplinary analyze the influence of overconfidence and herding behavior on the dynamics of the Islamic capital market, as well as examine the role of sharia principles as a moderating mechanism against investor behavioral bias. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with reference to the PRISMA guidelines to identify, select, and synthesize reputable scientific articles for the 2020-2025 period relevant to the theme of Islamic behavioral finance. The results of the study indicate that overconfidence increases trading intensity and risk exposure, while herding behavior amplifies short-term volatility and convergence of Islamic stock prices, especially during periods of market uncertainty. However, sharia principles, through screening mechanisms, prohibitions on riba and gharar, and strengthening ethical values ​​such as justice and responsibility, act as moderating variables that relatively reduce the destructive impact of these biases. These findings confirm that Islamic capital markets are not completely immune to behavioral distortions, but possess a normative-institutional framework that can strengthen market discipline. This research contributes to the development of Islamic behavioral finance by offering an integration of psychological and normative perspectives to explain Muslim investor behavior and its implications for the stability and efficiency of Islamic capital markets.

Abstract

The quality of Vocational High School graduates is considered insufficient and does not meet the requirements for performing high-skill jobs, leading to the highest open unemployment rate compared to other education levels. A preliminary study conducted in several Vocational High Schools with machining competency fields in Lhokseumawe found a systematic empirical phenomenon. Graduates are unable to meet the industry's needs, resulting in difficulties in entering the workforce in line with current conditions. This research specifically aims to find a partnership model for vocational high schools with machining competencies in facing the 4.0 disruption era. The importance of this research is to develop a partnership model between Vocational High Schools and industry in both quality and quantity, requiring optimal management. Therefore, continuous studies are needed to maximize management in partnership relations so that the quality of vocational education continues to improve. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The research results show that an effective partnership model should include continuous collaboration between educational institutions and industry, appropriate training programs, and internship opportunities to provide practical experience. Routine evaluation and adjustment of this model will ensure that the partnership remains relevant and beneficial amid the rapid changes in the 4.0 disruption era
