Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goat manure enriched with bioactivator and trichoderma dosage on the growth and yield of purple corn (Zea mays var ceratine Kulesh). The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors, namely the first factor of goat manure enriched with bioactivator (A) A0 (standard NPK), A1 (goat manure with stale rice bioactivator), A2 (goat manure with cow rumen bioactivator), A3 (goat manure with yeast bioactivator), and the second factor was the dose of Trichoderma T0 (without Trichoderma dosage), T1 (15 grams of Trichoderma), T2 (30 grams of Trichoderma), T3 (45 grams of Trichoderma). Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results of the data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) if there was no significant difference, a further Duncan's Multiple Range Taste (DMRT) test was carried out at a level of 5%. Based on the research results, the treatment of goat manure enriched with bioactivator of stale rice, rumen, and yeast significantly affected plant height at 14 hst, 28 hst and 42 hst, number of leaves at 14 hst, 42 hst, stem diameter at 28 hst, 42 hst and 56 hst, plant dry weight, root wet weight, and root dry weight. While the dose of Trichoderma had no significant effect on all parameters. and there was no interaction between goat manure and the dose of Trichoderma.

Abstract

aspects such as packaging as an effective marketing strategy. This study aims to redesign the packaging of Kedai Mie Esha to make it more attractive, informative, and reflective of a consistent brand identity. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative approach, encompassing observation, interviews, SWOT analysis, design, validation, revision, and product testing. Data were collected through direct interaction with the owner and field observation. Findings reveal that the previous styrofoam packaging lacked visual appeal and brand identity. The redesigned packaging, made from ivory paper and polypropylene for beverages, integrates visual elements such as the logo, warm color tones, bold typography, and business contact information. The final design enhances visual appeal, strengthens brand image, and improves promotional effectiveness across both offline and online platforms. The study implies that integrating aesthetic and functional elements in packaging design plays a crucial role in increasing product value and expanding market reach, especially for local culinary businesses.

Abstract

Earnings management is an action taken by management that can increase or decrease profits, a step taken by the company to get as much profit as possible in the midst of high business competition. This study analyzes the Factors Affecting Profit Management in Manufacturing Companies. The influencing factors in this study include: leverage, company size, independent commissioner, audit committee, audit quality. The research sample used in this study was 232 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample was chosen based on the purposive sampling method according to the criteria contained in this study and using multiple linear analysis models. As per the results of the study, it proves that all independent variables can only explain 44.6% of the dependent variable. Independent commissioner variables and audit quality have no effect on earnings management. While the leverage variable, company size, and audit committee influence earnings management.Keywords: earnings management, leverage, company size, independent commissioner, audit committee, audit quality

Abstract

 Language is a tool used to communicate, oral communication involves speakers and speech partners. A speaker is someone who speaks while a speaker is an interlocutor. In pragmatics, speech between speakers and speech partners is known as the term speech act. There are three types of speech acts, namely locution, collusion and collusion. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe illocutionary speech acts in a play entitled Malam Jahanam by students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education, University of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. The study obtained eight data with details of seven assertive illocutionary speech acts and one commissive speech act.

Abstract

Kota Bengkulu sebagai wilayah pesisir pantai memiliki sumber daya alam laut yang melimpah. Pada kondisi tertentu saat musim penangkapan ikan berlimpah, ikan yang diperoleh nelayan selain dijual dalam keadaan segar juga dibuat menjadi berbagai ikan olahan ikan seperti ikan kering, ikan asin dan lain-lain. Usaha ini dilakukan secara turun temurun sebagai mata pencaharian sampingan masyarakat nelayan yang tinggal di Kampung Nelayan kelurahan Sumber Jaya kota Bengkulu. Produk ikan olahan yang dihasilkan dikumpulkan dan dijual melalui pengepul atau langsung ke konsumen. Namun sayangnya, produk ikan olahan yang dibuat belum berorientasi pasar. Dalam arti produk yang dihasilkan belum memperhatikan persyaratan jaminan keamanan produk dalam bentuk sertifikasi pangan. Sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh belum maksimal karena tidak dapat bersaing dengan produk lain yang serupa. SPP-IRT merupakan perizinan keamanan pangan yang dimiliki suatu produk dengan tujuan memperluas area pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing produk. Sebagai wilayah penghasil ikan olahan, kelurahan sumber jaya berpotensi menghasilkan produk yang memiliki jaminan keamanan pangan dan mampu memberikan pendapatan tambahan bagi keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka Tim Pengabdi Program Studi Agribisnis terdorong untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat tentang edukasi dan motivasi calon wira usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga di lingkungan Aisyiyah.  Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi dan motivasi calon wirausaha baru untuk membuat jaminan keamanan produk ikan olahan yang dihasilkan mereka dalam bentuk Perizinan SPP-IRT dengan tujuan memperluas area pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing produk ikan kering yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Air merupakan sumber daya penting yang sangat berperan dalam kehidupan manusia, namun kualitas air sumur gali di Kecamatan Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir masih tergolong rendah. Warna kekuningan hingga kecoklatan dan bau yang tidak sedap menjadi indikator utama pencemaran air tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas air sumur gali melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa metode aerasi dan filtrasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat di lingkungan Pesantren Islam Syafian Hafiyya. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi lokasi dan permasalahan spesifik sumber air, penyuluhan serta edukasi mengenai pengolahan air, dan praktik langsung instalasi aerasi-filtrasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa air yang sebelumnya berwarna dan berbau menjadi lebih jernih, tidak berwarna, serta tidak berbau. Dari 50 peserta penyuluhan, sebanyak 90% memahami materi yang disampaikan dan antusias untuk menerapkan teknologi tersebut di rumah masing-masing. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperbaiki kualitas air, tetapi juga meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kesehatan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, teknologi aerasi dan filtrasi terbukti efektif dan penting dalam pengolahan air sumur gali untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga.
