Abstract

Oyster mushrooms is food product that is widely favored by the public. Oyster mushrooms are highly nutritious and provide health benefits. Lack of knowledge on how to develop oyster mushrooms business is an obstacle for MSMEs. The problem faced by partners is not implementing digital marketing to increase oyster mushrooms sales from home industries in Gurung, Dukuh, Banyudono, Boyolali. This service aims to provide on going support to business actors so that they can utilize digital marketing effectively to expand the market, optimizing profits and remain competitive professionally in facing the challenges of the digital era. Digital marketing strategy is a way to increase sales, especially of highquality products because potential buyers access product information more through digital marketing. This service is delivered using a system of socialization, training and mentoring. The first activity carried out socialization and increasing understanding to owners and managers about the value of digital marketing strategy. Second, training in using technology in the form of taking photo and video. Third, mentoring use of social media, choosing the right social media and mentoring in making product photo using digital application and preparing ideas for routine content on optimizing digital marketing. Based on the results of the service, MSMEs interest in digital marketing has increased because it can increase profits and increase public appeal. It is hoped that with a digital marketing strategy. The success of MSMEs can be attributed to the influence of digital markets.

Abstract

The phenomenon of this research, the less than optimal performance of employees at the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, is marked by a decline in employee performance in 2023 and 2024. The factors causing the decline in employee performance include work discipline, organizational culture and work stress. The purpose of this study (1) to analyze the significance of the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, (2) to analyze the significance of the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, (3) to analyze the significance of the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service. The population of this study was all employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, with a total of 60 people. This study used saturated sampling, namely taking all members of the population as samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire assessed on a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.012) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 1 is proven. (2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.000) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 2 is proven. (3) Work stress has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Boyolali Trade and Industry Service, indicated by p value (0.002) < 0.05, thus hypothesis 3 is proven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karier, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap niat bertahan pada karyawan swasta Generasi Z di Kabupaten Boyolali. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah fenomena sosial #KaburAjaDulu yang merefleksikan pergeseran preferensi dan ekspektasi tenaga kerja muda.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probabilty sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat bertahan, namun arah hubungannya negatif yang berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, niat bertahan justru cenderung menurun. Pengembangan karier tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat bertahan. Kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karier, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap niat bertahan karyawan. Model regresi ini mampu menjelaskan 63,5% terhadap variabel dependen dan sisanya 36,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar model penelitian

Abstract

Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) is a rehabilitation tool designed to help joint recovery after surgery by passively moving the joint within a certain range of motion. Previous studies have used the ATmega8535 microcontroller with a PWM system. In this study, a control system was developed using Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) to improve the angular accuracy of the CPM tool specifically for the elbow joint. The implementation of PID aims to control the gearbox motor to achieve angles of 45°, 90° and 130° which drive the CPM tool so that it can operate with high accuracy and adjust the angle according to the desired therapy settings. This tool using Encoder sensor to detect corner movement joints in real-time. The Arduino Uno microcontroller controls the motors based on feedback from the sensors and optimizes movement through PID control . Research results show that PID system can increase accuracy corner with a low average error . In addition , the system is also equipped with with measurement current using the ACS712 sensor for ensure stability Power during operation . Result of study This can read 45°, 90° and 130° angles with a good level of accuracy , besides it is also capable operated with speed of 40°/ min , 90°/ min , 150°/ min , 210°/ min and 270°/ min . In the measurement readings on the compared devices with Goniometer there is difference error at 45° angle is 5°, 90° angle is 1° and 130° angle is 5°. for measurement current on the device the obtained stable value​ 2.5mA.Research This succeed reach optimization control angle on the CPM tool with level good accuracy , so that can support the rehabilitation process patient with more effective and efficient .

Abstract

Existing Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices used in neonatal care. Specifically, the lack of digital result display and monitoring capabilities for oxygen concentration and humidity parameters is identified as a major issue. This study aims to address the shortcomings of existing Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices used in neonatal care by designing a monitoring system for oxygen concentration and humidity parameters. The lack of digital result display and monitoring capabilities for oxygen rate, concentration, temperature, and humidity necessitates an improved solution. The proposed system utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology, allowing remote monitoring by healthcare professionals. Oxygen concentration is detected using the OCS-3f sensor, and humidity is measured with the DHT22 sensor. Data from these sensors are processed by the ESP32 microcontroller and transmitted to the https://thinger.io site via built-in Wi-Fi. The monitoring tool ensures accurate measurements between 21% to 95% oxygen concentration, with a maximum error of 4.6% and a minimum error of 0.04%. This high accuracy enhances the reliability of the CPAP bubble device for oxygen therapy. The study's significance lies in its contribution to neonatal care, offering a real-time monitoring system that facilitates prompt diagnosis and treatment. By integrating IoT and telegram notifications, healthcare professionals can remotely monitor and respond to the baby's condition, improving overall care quality. This innovative tool holds promise in enhancing neonatal care, ensuring optimal oxygen therapy, and supporting the well-being of infants receiving CPAP bubble therapy. Implications of this study are promising in terms of improving neonatal care, enhancing the reliability of CPAP devices, and leveraging technology to facilitate better healthcare practices for the most vulnerable population: premature and critically ill infants.

Abstract

Water baths are commonly used in scientific fields to incubate samples at specific temperatures. The temperature of the water bath must be controlled precisely, because even the slightest temperature variation can affect the results of the experiment. It can handle imprecise, uncertain and incomplete information, making it suitable for temperature control in water baths. This research aims to determine the distribution and stability of fuzzy logic control to control the temperature of a water bath with four heaters. Even heat distribution from the four heaters will ensure consistent water bath temperature throughout the bath. This research uses an Arduino microcontroller to process the temperature sensor output from the DS18B20, then the processed temperature value will be displayed on the TFT LCD. The independent variable in this research is the temperature value, while the dependent variable is the DS18B20 temperature sensor. The largest error value from the module measurements is at a temperature setting of 30 ºC on the 2nd temperature sensor with an error value of 1.43%. Meanwhile, the smallest error value is found at a temperature setting of 35 ºC on the 1st and 4th temperature sensors with an error value of 0.01%. Data collection used a digital thermometer comparison tool with 10 repetitions as a temperature sensor reference tool. The results obtained using this sensor are more stable and have a high accuracy value. The results of the research show that the temperature difference between points 1 to 4 when viewed from the error percentage is very small, or it can be said that the temperature distribution is even. The conclusion from these results is that the module has a stable temperature value and the error value is low and is still within the tolerance limit. permitted is ±5%.

Abstract

The pandemic has significantly impacted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Solo Raya, where adaptation to digital technology is now crucial for survival in an increasingly complex market. This research focuses on the influence of three key factors—Fintech-based payment gateways, digital financial literacy, and financial inclusion—on the financial performance of MSMEs in Solo Raya. The adoption of Fintech is vital due to the rise of cashless transactions and shifting consumer behaviors, making digital financial management essential for MSMEs to thrive. Solo Raya, known for its rich cultural and culinary heritage, has a growing MSME sector that drives the local economy. However, the lack of digital financial literacy and financial inclusion poses challenges for business growth and financial stability. This study employs a quantitative method, using a survey distributed to culinary MSMEs across Solo Raya, including Surakarta, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali, and Karanganyar. Data is analyzed with SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square), assessing validity, reliability, and the relationships between variables through SmartPLS. This research aims to provide insights that will help MSMEs effectively adapt to digital advancements, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness. The results which states that digital payment adoptions, digital financial literacy, financial inclusion has impact on the MSME’s financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, non-physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of sales employees. This type of research is census research on Sales division employees at PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The study population amounted to 34 people and all were used as samples with population research techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in Surakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R square value of 0.847, this means that the influence of leadership style variables, non-physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of sales employees is 84.7% while 15.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research model, such as salary, job satisfaction and work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of business strategy with a business model canvas approach and to determine SWOT analysis at company X. This study uses a qualitative research method using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a guide to identify business models and then uses SWOT for each metrics. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been produced, there are several business strategies that need to be carried out by PT. X, including producing high enough products, developing target markets, carrying out product development, selling outlet products, e-commerce, and various social media, conducting development of new innovations for products and many more.

Abstract

Female lecturers often carry dual roles, both as working mothers and as homemakers responsible for childcare. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges of balancing work and family roles have intensified. Organizational commitment is not only reflected in lecturers’ involvement with their institutions but also in their ability to remain present and contribute to achieving organizational goals. However, many female lecturers working from home experience work-family conflict, making it difficult to balance professional and domestic responsibilities. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict on the organizational commitment of female lecturers working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employed a non-experimental quantitative design with a causal method, using a population study of 31 female lecturers at the National Institute of Technology. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. Work-family conflict was measured using the scale by Carlson & Kacmar adapted by Kuntari (2014), while organizational commitment was measured with a tool developed by Ingarianti (2015). The findings indicate that work-family conflict significantly affects organizational commitment among female lecturers working from home, with an R Square value of 0.581, demonstrating an influence of 58.1%.
