Abstract

Eye vision is a person's visual acuity examination that is usually done using a snellen chart. Snellen chart is a poster that contains a number of letters that are different on each line with the letters getting closer to the bottom lines. Eye vision examination using a normal snellen chart is done at a distance of 6 meters because someone is considered normal if he is able to read on the 20/20 line in feet or 6/6 in meters. Snellen chart control android is an electronic snellen chart that controls the light transfer using Android. Commands originating from the mitapp application on android are sent to the bluetooth HC-05 module in the minsys Atmega16 circuit. Atmega 16 was chosen because it has a sufficient number of pins to control the displacement of the lights used by 23 lights. The appearance of the mitapp application has been adjusted to the letters contained in the snellen chart, making it easier for operator to correct the results of the readings that have been performed by the eye vision patient.

Abstract

A baby incubator is a heating device for premature babies so that the baby's temperature matches the temperature in the mother's womb. Premature babies are babies born in abnormal conditions where the baby's body size is below average or the gestational age has not reached 9 months. The aim of this study was to create a compact system at a low cost in an infant incubator. Apart from stabilizing the temperature, it can also calculate the premature baby's heart rate and oxygen saturation value. The contribution of the system being built can detect the early symptoms of congenital abnormalities so that abnormalities detection becomes more practical. The temperature stability in this system uses a threshold system, where the sensor readings are compared with the set point value. Meanwhile, the SpO2 system uses a finger sensor attached to the baby's finger to detect oxygen saturation and heart rate. The signal from the sensor is processed in a signal conditioning circuit consisting of an astable circuit, filter and amplifier, LPF, and demultiplexer. Based on the results of testing and measurement, the difference produced by this tool is only 0.13 - 0.182 ° C. The biggest error in the system is 0.517%. Measurement of skin temperature was carried out on 10 respondents with an average value of 34.825 ° C. so that the difference generated from this tool is only 0.175 ° C, the difference on the Humidity parameter is 0.21%. The average BPM reading of respondent 1 was 81 beats per minute and the average SpO2 value was 97%. The average BPM reading of respondent 2 was 83 beats per minute and the average SpO2 value was 98%. You can see that the module with the Arduino control system can work automatically and is able to adjust the stability of the baby incubator according to the settings. In addition, the BPM and SpO2 systems are within tolerance so they can be used for patient measurements

Abstract

Menggunakan metode yang sama dengan penelitian pengukuran perubahan suhu pada phantom jaringan tubuh akibat short wave diathermy , Lamidi, 2014, dengan mengubah setting suhu pengkondisi phantom menjadi tiga kondisi, yaitu normal, hypothermia, dan hypertermia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pemanasan yang diberikanoleh SWD pada tiga kondisi tersebut terhadap phantom lengan. Phantom Lengan yang dikondisikan pada suhu Hypothermia 32oC, Normal 37oC dan Hyperthermia 39oC menunjukkan  sebaran suhu yang berbeda beda setelah dipapar dengan shortwave dhiathermy. Dengan suhu tertinggi pada kondisi Hyperthermia.Pada kondisi Hypothermia pada sebaran suhu selama 15 menit didapatkan nilai rata rata 32,61oC. Pada Suhu Normal didapatkan nilai 36,7oC. Pada kondisi Hyperthermia terdapat kenaikan suhu menjadi rata rata sebaran suhu pada 39,14oC. Kedalaman peletakan sensor mempengaruhi suhu yang dihasilkan pada masing masing sensor. Rata rata dengan empat sensor suhu yang diletakkan pada kedalaman yang berbeda didapat nilai 32,65oC pada kondisi Hypothermia. Pada Suhu normal rata rata nilainya sebesar 37,1oC.Pada peletakan sensor yang dikondisikan Hypertermia didapatkan rata rata suhu 39,1oC. Kata kunci: Diathermy, Phantom, Hypothermia, Hyperthermi.

Abstract

Using the same method to study MEASUREMENT OF TEMPERATURE CHANGESIN PHANTOM BODY TISSUE DUE TO SHORT wave diathermy, Lamidi, 2014, by changing thetemperature setting conditioners phantom into three conditions, namely normal, hypothermia, andHypertermia.Tujuan this study was to determine the pattern of warming given by SWD on thethree conditions of the arm.phantomPhantom arm Hypothermia conditioned at a temperature of 32oC, Normal 37oC andhyperthermia 39oC shows the distribution of temperature that is different after being exposed toshortwave dhiathermy. With the highest temperature on the condition of hyperthermia.Hypothermia on the conditions on the distribution of temperature for 15 minutes average valueobtained 32,61oC. Normal temperature values obtained at 36.7oC. On the condition of hyperthermiathere is an average rise in temperature into the temperature distribution on 39,14oC. Laying depthaffect the resulting temperature sensors at each sensor. Average with four temperature sensorsplaced at different depths 32,65oC values obtained on condition of Hypothermia. At normaltemperature average value of 37,1oC.Pada laying conditioned sensor Hypertermia averagetemperature obtained 39,1oC.

Abstract

Electrocardiograph (ECG) is one of the diagnostic sciences that is often studied in modern medicine, used to detect damage to the components of the heart or disorders of the heart rhythm called arrhythmias. The purpose of this research is to develop an Electrocardiograph simulator that is equipped with arrhythmia. The main design consists of an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller, MCP4921 DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) circuit, a network resistor, and a sensitivity selection circuit. The MCP4921 type DAC converts the digital signal data into analog data which will then be forwarded to the resistor network circuit as a signal formation for each lead. The basic signal image data used for the formation of normal Electrocardiograph and arrhythmias were taken from the Electrocardiograph recorder using Phantom Electrocardiograph. Based on the readings on the Beat Per Minute setting of the module to the Beat Per Minute printout on the Electrocardiograph recorder, the error rate value for the Normal Sine Rhythm parameter is 0.790% for Beat Per Minute 30, 0.383% for Beat Per Minute 60, 0.535% for Beat Per Minute 120, 0.515% for Beat Per Minute 180 and 0.593% for Beat Per Minute 240. The error rate for the Arrhythmia parameter is 2.076% for ventricular tachycardia Beat Per Minute 160 and 0.494% for Supraventricular Tachycardia Beat Per Minute 200. Abstract

Respiratory distress in neonates is one of the biggest problems encountered on a daily basis. Respiratory distress looks like rapid breathing in a newborn. CPAP Bubble is the right treatment in this case. Rise time is the time for airway pressure to reach the maximum standard value. A fast time value can make it possible to bring the breath pressure to a standard level. This study aims to analyze changes in setting flow to rise time using a gasboard sensor 7500E on a CPAP bubble device. The main advantage of this proposed method is that the results are displayed in the form of graphics, portable and there is data storage. This design uses a Gasboard 7500E sensor as a detector of oxygen concentration, a TFT LCD as a graphic display and an SD Card as data storage. The data collection is in the form of the average rise time of oxygen concentration followed by changes in its rate. Data were taken five times with three different CPAPs. The results showed that the increase in the rate affect the rise time of the CPAP oxygen concentration.

Abstract

Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is a device to maintain positive pressure in the neonate's airway as long as it can breathe spontaneously. FiO2 percentage, flowmeter, humidifier mode, PEEP depth are parameters that must be set for oxygen therapy using a cpap bubble device, but this tool has minimal monitoring. It has been developed by several previous researchers but has several shortcomings, namely there is no digital result display, no measurement of oxygen rate, oxygen concentration, temperature and humidity. The purpose of this research is to design a parameter monitoring tool on the cpap bubble so that it can monitor the baby's condition in real time and can be used as an indicator of achieving the desired concentration setting. The contribution in this study is a monitoring system or remote monitoring so that nurses and doctors can monitor the baby's condition even though they are not accompanying him. In order to facilitate the process of monitoring and diagnosing patients, a parameter monitoring tool on the cpap bubble based on the Internet of Things is made with notifications on telegrams so that patients can be treated quickly. The design of this tool uses OCS-3f as a sensor for detecting oxygen concentration and DHT22 as a sensor for detecting humidity. The output of oxygen and humidity concentrations is then processed by the ESP32 microcontroller into the ADC pin. Data that has been processed from analog sensor data into digital data on the ESP32 is then sent to the https://thinger.io site using the internet network via the wifi module contained in the ESP32 module build-in. In measuring positioned in the settings of 21% to 95%. The largest error value obtained is 4.6% and the smallest is 0.04%.

Abstract

This research aims to design an innovative fuzzy logic auto-tuning PD algorithm to control the temperature in a baby Incubator. The proposed Fuzzy-PD method combines fuzzy logic with PD control using the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. The Proportional and Derivative parameters are adjusted by fuzzy logic based on feedback of error values and rate of change of error. The temperature setting range used in data collection is 32-37°C. When the temperature setting is higher, the time required to reach the specified temperature setting becomes longer. The overshoot tends to be low, as the system is designed to respond to temperature changes with high precision. The temperature inside the baby Incubator can be maintained with a low steady-state error value. The adaptive fuzzy-PD system can restore the temperature inside the baby Incubator to the set temperature after a disturbance. Compared to the x device, the average error value is 0.0013%. Independent sample t-tests show no significant difference between the baby Incubator and the Incu analyzer device. It can be concluded that the combination of fuzzy logic and PD control system works well in maintaining temperature stability with low error values. The results are better than previous research focusing on designing a PD algorithm with a maximum rise time of 480 seconds. Furthermore, there is potential for further development with a fuzzy logic auto-tuning PID algorithm to achieve better results.

Abstract

Currently mushroom producers have sprung up everywhere, both oyster mushroom businesses, ear mushrooms, and so on. This is due to increased public awareness of the need for mushroom consumption, along with public understanding of the nutritional benefits it contains. This Community Service Program was carried out in Dukuh Gurung RT 11 / RW 03, Dukuh Village, with an oyster mushroom business partner, Mr. Surya Dahono Aji. The large amount of oyster mushroom production is not processed independently, the mushroom production is taken by vegetable traders. Business management still uses household business management. The purpose of this empowerment is to provide counseling and assistance on various processed oyster mushrooms. The implementation of activities by doing several stages, namely providing counseling to oyster mushroom business owners, stage 1 assistance, namely processed oyster mushroom products and stage 2 assistance, namely making simple financial reports. After this empowerment event, it is expected that there will be progress in understanding oyster mushroom processing

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of compensation, work environment, and workload on the job satisfaction of employees at the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative and Financing BMT Muamalat Jumapolo. This research uses quantitative data, with primary data sources. The population in this study consists of 97 employees of the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative and Financing BMT Muamalat Jumapolo. The sampling technique used is a census technique, so the entire population is used as the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study indicate that compensation (X1) does not have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of KSPPS BMT Muamalat Jumapolo employees. The work environment (X2) does not have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of KSPPS BMT Muamalat Jumapolo employees. Workload (X3) has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of KSPPS BMT Muamalat Jumapolo employees. The F-test results show a significant value of 0.000, meaning the model is appropriate for predicting the influence of compensation, work environment, and workload on job satisfaction. The R2 test results indicate that 37.1% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by these variables, while the remaining 62,9% is explained by other variables outside the model, such as leadership style, work stress, organizational culture, and work discipline.
