Abstract

The substance of social life is a man ability to understand that life is to become other people in togetherness based on the universal value of religion by dialogic theology approach. Developing creative thought concept on social would reduce tension and subjective claim on truths. Developing a productive economic system will cover any social conflict from indigent and economically oppressed community.

Abstract

Abstract: Histories have gone a very long journey throughout the historical journey of mankind and they have been in existence since human beings come to the world. Histories are the human themselves, real human beings who live and fight to do everything possible to own the materials. Histories include the method of thought expressed in the philosophical ideology of Karl Marx to free mankind from dogma and cult. The historical method must start from the basic nature and changes throughout history through human activities and works according to their needs. According to Karl Marx, materials are everything to humans, humans derived from materials, thus they should be in quest for them. Materials are the factor for eternal changes to human beings, and such changes cannot be separated from histories. Therefore, materials cannot be separated from histories themselves as the place for development, formation and perfect human happiness.

Abstract

Intellect is a tool of thought contained in human beings, the human mind is different from other creatures because sense is given only in humans and is not given to other creatures. This difference has made humans superior and smarter in managing their lives. Therefore man with a clear intellect would find God as the final returns from real life. According to al-Ghazali sense a profound effect on the human mind even define perfection the man himself. Al-Ghazali in principle recognize the existence of the senses and the intellect, but both instruments are limited and may not be essential to understand the science. Al-Ghazali argued that scientific truth is not limited to sensory truth, but there is truth behind the truth abstract sense. Al-Ghazali had divided power in some sense be viewed by potential and levels: first, practical sense; sense it serves to move the body and to deliver knowledge-practical knowledge, such as the application of morals in life. Abstract

Abstract: Reason has a major role in human life, without reason human is useless. They cannot think and plan anything. With reason human can move, work and plan an organized and measurable life. Muhammad Arkoun recognizes that Islam has developed into the diversity world and needs methods of Islamic interpretation to avoid chaos. This study focuses on the function of reason in the theory of Muhammad Arkoun whose perception was built based on the Islamic view. It is necessary to learn his thoughts so that real Islamic teaching can be disclosed. One of his important views on reason is that the main function of reason is to understand human limitations and human has to obey Allah on divine matters.Abstrak: Nalar mempunyai peran yang besar dalam kehidupan manusia, tanpa nalar manusia tidak berguna, tidak bisa berfikir dan tidak bisa merencanakan sesuatu. Dengan adanya nalar manusia bisa beraktivitas, berkarya dan bekerja untuk menata hidup secara terearah dan terukur. Muhammad Arkoun mengakui Islam yang berkembang ke seluruh dunia dengan pluralitas suku bangsa membutuhkan metode dan penafsiran tentang Islam untuk terhindar dari kekacauan.Tulisan ini difokuskan pada studi tentang fungsi nalar dalam teori Muhammad Arkoun. Tentu saja, persepsinya dibangun berdasarkan pandangan Islam. Studi tentangnya dirasa perlu untuk direfleksikan kembali sehingga memberi gambaran yang jelas terhadap ajaran Islam yang sebenarnya. Salah satu pandangan pentingnya tentang fungsi nalar adalah bahwa fungsi utama nalar dimaksudkan untuk mampu memahami keterbatasan-keterbatasan yang ada pada dirinya dengan menyadari bahwa manusia harus tunduk kepada Allah dan hal yang menyangkut tentang Tuhan

Abstract

Abstract: Human happiness is based on a combination of Sufism and reason. Taking certain spiritual ways will bring true happiness to humans, namely the encounter with the creator of nature. According to Hamka, human happiness can be obtained through several steps such as building a mentality and spirit of religion, controlling lust, being sincere, maintaining mental and body health, being qana'ah, and being sincere. In these ways humans will find happiness in the world and the hereafter. Abstrak: Kebahagiaan manusia didapatkan berdasarkan perpaduan antara tasawuf dan akal. Menempuh cara-cara spiritual tertentu dapat membawa manusia untuk mencapai kebahagiaan yang hakiki yaitu penjumpaan dengan sang pencipta alam. Menurut Hamka kebahagiaan manusia dapat diperoleh melalui beberapa langkah seperti membangun mentalitas dan jiwa beragama, mengendalikan hawa nafsu, bersikap ikhlas, memelihara kesehatan jiwa dan badan, bersikap qana’ah, dan bersikap tawakkal. Dengan cara-cara ini manusia akan menemukan kebahagian dunia dan akhirat.
