The importance of human resources in an organization or company is to determine the success of the organization or company in achieving its goals, because whether or not a company is successful in achieving its goals really depends on the ability of its human resources or employees in carrying out the tasks given. This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of competence, work discipline and compensation on employee performance l on employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 74 respondents who were taken by determining the sample using a non-probability sampling method with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests, and also classical assumption tests. The results of this test are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive method and path analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of the research show that 1. Competency does not have a direct and positive effect on employee performance. 2. Work discipline has a direct and positive effect on employee performance. 3. Compensation has a direct and positive effect on employee performance 4. Competence, work discipline, compensation has a direct positive effect on employee performance 5. Competency has a relationship but is not positive with work discipline 6. Work discipline has a positive relationship with compensation 7. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu unit usaha yang berfungsi sebagai katup pengaman, baik dalam menyediakan alternatif kegiatan usaha produktif, alternatif penyaluran kredit, maupun dalam hal penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dalam mengukur keberhasilan usaha tentunya dibuktikan oleh adanya ide-ide inovatif yang dapat membantu memotivasi keberhasilan usaha. Motivasi usaha juga menjadi pendorong keberhasilan usaha, sehingga dalam berwirausaha seseorang akan termotivasi untuk mendapatkan keuntungan berupa laba, peluang usaha, dan kemandirian untuk mengendalikan nasib usahanya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi hubungan motivasi usaha dengan keberhasilan usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah Cireng Cageur Group Kota Bogor. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 35 pelaku usaha yang diambil dengan Teknik Nonprobability Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi atau hubungan dari variable independent yaitu motivasi usaha dengan variable dependen yaitu keberhasilan usaha memiliki korelasi yang kuat dan positif (0,60 – 0,799). Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi usaha maka semakin baik keberhasilan usaha.

Business success is an important thing that will influence the achievement of the goals of UMKM District Caring businessmen. Self-efficacy and business motivation are things that influence the success of Caringin District UMKM businesses, so it is appropriate for businessmen to pay attention to these things so that consumers are interested in making purchases so that business success will be achieved. This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and business motivation on business success. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling. The sample used was 100 UMKM businessmen in Caringin District. Competition in the business world in the service sector today requires companies to be more careful in carrying out management and marketing strategies. The strategy that can be done to maintain the continuity of its business is to provide satisfaction to customers in order to create customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the direct effect, indirect effect and total effect of price and promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents conducted by purposive sampling. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale mentrik data with Method Of Successive Interval (MSI) through the Microsoft office Excel program. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, verification analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS Version 25.00 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct and positive effect of price and promotion on customer satisfaction. There is a direct and positive effect of price and promotion on customer loyalty. There is a direct and positive effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Competition in the automotive industry requires companies to manage human resources in order to drive business growth and compete to win market share. This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect, competence and career development on employee performance through work motivation employees through work motivation. Population in this study is Yamaha JG Motor Bogor employees consisting of 49 people. Sampling of 49 respondents was carried out by saturated sampling saturated. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale metric data with the method of successive interval. Data analysis using verification analysis, path analysis and sobel test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that competence has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, while career development has no effect on work motivation. Competence has a direct positive significant on employee performance, and work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has no effect on employee performance. Competence has an indirect effect directly on employee performance through work motivation, while career development has no indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. In facing an increasingly strong and tight competitive environment, every company is required to be able to optimize its economic resources in order to increase the competitiveness of its products in the market, and to be able to carry out a series of effective marketing strategies and always develop these marketing strategies continuously and sustainably. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in the city of Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are all consumers who have purchased Hori Lamp products in Bogor City, and the objects of this research are product quality, price, promotions and purchasing decisions. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research results show that product quality has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Price has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Promotions have a direct and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Product quality has a positive relationship with price. Price has a positive relationship with promotion. The financial performance of a company is the prospect or future, the potential growth and development for the company. The economic situation can change, this affects the activities and performance of companies, both small and large companies. One of the company's responsibilities is to produce good performance to avoid financial distress. This research aims to find out whether there are differences in predictions between the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover models as predictions of financial distress and to find out whether the Springate model is the most accurate prediction of financial distress. This research is quantitative research. The data source is secondary data from infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Sampling used a nonprobability method with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 44 companies. The data analysis technique uses the Kruskal-Wallis H Test with the SPSS 25 program and the Accuracy Level Test. The results of the research reveal that there are significant differences between the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover calculation models for predicting financial distress and Springate is the most accurate financial distress prediction model in predicting financial distress with an accuracy level of 73%.

This study aims to determine how competence and motivation affect the business performance of MSMEs partially and simultaneously in Cicurug District. The population is 105 business actors in Cicurug District in 2022. A sample of 70 individuals was obtained by purposive sampling. The primary data utilized in this research is from primary sources. Data analysis employs quantitative techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate a simultaneous effect of competence and motivation on business success and a partial influence of each factor on business success individually. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine the impact of competitive advantage and entrepreneurial spirit on business performance in culinary MSMEs located in Cimahpar Village. With a saturated sample, the population of this study consisted of 70 culinary business actors in Cimahpar Village in 2022. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The findings demonstrated that competitive advantage and an entrepreneurial mindset were positively and significantly correlated with company success. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dan menguji apakah keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner yang berlokasi di Desa Cimahpar. Dengan sampel jenuh, populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 70 pelaku usaha kuliner di Desa Cimahpar pada tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berdampak serius pada kualitas hidup seseorang. Di Indonesia, stunting menjadi salah satu prioritas utama dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan yang rentan terhadap kekurangan gizi. Desa Warnajati, Sukabumi, merupakan salah satu daerah yang berisiko tinggi terhadap stunting, disebabkan oleh kondisi sosial-ekonomi yang kurang menguntungkan dan keterbatasan akses terhadap pangan bergizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pencegahan stunting melalui pengolahan pangan lokal berbasis ikan lele, serta memajukan perekonomian desa melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Assets-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Program ini melibatkan masyarakat Desa Warnajati dalam proses pengolahan lele menjadi produk nugget, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran gizi sekaligus memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan ekonomi dan partisipasi komunitas dalam pencegahan stunting melalui inovasi pangan lokal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program serupa di daerah lain dengan risiko stunting yang tinggi.
