Abstract

Abstrak: Pada era reformasi, kemajuan masyarakat cenderung menjadi beban daripada modal bangsa Indonesia. Hal itu terbukti dengan munculnya berbagai persoalan yang sumbernya berbau kemajemukan, terutama dalam bidang agama. Dalam perspektif keagamaan semua kelompok agama belum yakin bahwa nilai dasar setiap agama adalah toleransi. Akibatnya yang muncul intoleransi dan konflik. Padahal agama bisa menjadi energi positif membangun nilai toleransi guna mewujudkan negara yang adil dan sejahtera. Seharusnya pada era reformasi ini, kita menjunjung tinggi demokrasi dan toleransi. Demokrasi tanpa toleransi akan melahirkan tatanan politik yang otoritaristik, sedangkan toleransi tanpa demokrasi akan melahirkan pseudo- toleransi, yaitu toleransi yang rentan konflik-konflik komunal. Oleh sebab itu toleransi dan demokrasi harus saling terkait, baik dalam komunitas masyrakat politik maupun masyarakat sipil. Disamping itu nilai dasar setiap agama adalah toleransi, terutama agama islam tidak kurang dari 300 ayat menyebutkan mutiara toleransi secara eksplisit. Sehubungan dengan kedua hal tersebut, dipandang penting adanya toleransi dalam kehidupan masyarakat plural yang demokratis. Permaslahannya sekarang bahwa toleransi dalam kehidupan bersama semakin lemah, dan anti toleransi serta anti pluralism semakin menguat. Untuk itu toleransi perlu dikembangkan dalam masyarakat plural. Abstract

The research stems from the observed inadequacy of students' cooperative skills within the learning environment and the suboptimal role of Civic Education (PPKn) teachers in enhancing these competencies. This study aims to analyze the role of PPKn teachers in fostering students' cooperative skills at SMP Negeri 22 Semarang. Employing a descriptive qualitative research design, the findings reveal several key dimensions of the teachers' roles: 1) As Learning Facilitators, teachers engage students in collaborative projects and cultivate an interactive classroom climate; 2) As Discussion Directors, they provide encouragement, establish a non-threatening atmosphere, and mediate the exchange of perspectives; 3) As Autonomy Coaches, they underscore the significance of personal accountability through contextual learning approaches; 4) As Moderators, they demonstrate command of subject matter, effective classroom management, motivational techniques, and judicious time allocation; 5) As Learning Resource Developers, they create and utilize diverse instructional materials, including presentation modules (e.g., PPT); 6) As Evaluators and Monitors, they conduct systematic planning, encompassing the design of learning objectives and the implementation of assessment rubrics. In conclusion, the role of PPKn teachers at SMP Negeri 22 Semarang in augmenting students' cooperative skills is largely effective, entailing well-considered pedagogical planning and strategic implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of academic supervision based on scientific coaching at SMP Negeri 4 Geyer through a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through presentation, reduction, and conclusion. The study results indicate that 1. planning of academic supervision based on scientific coaching implemented through initial meetings between the principal and teachers to analyze teacher development needs in improving the quality of learning by analyzing educational report cards. Furthermore, the principal forms a work team tasked with compiling an annual work plan based on the academic report card analysis results. Afterward, the work team compiles objectives, plans, strategies, and coaching schedules. The work team also compiles assessment instruments to understand the curriculum, teaching modules, and observation sheets. 2. The implementation of coaching-based academic supervision is carried out in three stages: observation, pre-observation, and post-observation. Pre-observation is carried out by checking the learning administration and observation by observing the learning process in the classroom. After observation, post-observation is carried out. In this post-observation, the principal conducts coaching on the learning process that the teacher has carried out. 3. Evaluation and follow-up of coaching-based academic supervision. In this stage, the principal evaluates and follows up by compiling plans and programs for future coaching-based academic supervision. Based on research results, supervision Coaching-based academics can improve the quality of learning and help teachers enhance learning practices

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for elementary schools in improving the quality of learning and school performance. This study aims to describe and analyze the utilization of the SITOPIK and OASE applications as part of digital transformation at SDN Tugurejo 02. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that the utilization of the SITOPIK and OASE applications supports learning effectiveness, enhances teacher performance, and strengthens school governance. Digital transformation at SDN Tugurejo 02 is supported by the leadership of the school principal, teacher readiness, and a collaborative school culture. This study recommends strengthening mentoring and the continuous development of teachers’ digital competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principals’ professional competence, teachers’ work motivation, and organizational culture on school quality at public senior high schools in Blora Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data were collected from 200 teachers through Likert-scale questionnaires. The results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on school quality, both partially and simultaneously, with a determination coefficient of 64.8%. The findings indicate that the professional competence of school principals strengthens instructional leadership, teachers’ work motivation enhances performance, and a strong organizational culture fosters collaboration and commitment to continuous improvement. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of leadership competence, teacher motivation, and organizational culture as internal determinants of school quality at the district level. This research contributes to developing a comprehensive model for improving educational quality through human resource synergy within schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on the work productivity of teachers in SD Negeri Ungaran Timur District, Semarang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of causal correlational research. The population in this study is all teachers of State Elementary Schools in East Ungaran District totaling 181 people, with a sample of 125 teachers selected using the Slovin formula with proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire and analyzed using a simple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study showed that work culture had a positive and significant effect on teachers' work productivity with an F-count value of 537.313 > F-table 3.92 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.814 shows that work culture contributes 81.4% to teachers' work productivity. The resulting regression equation is Y = 30.954 + 0.805X₃, which means that every increase in one unit of work culture will increase the teacher's work productivity by 0.805. The implications of this study show the need to strengthen a positive work culture in schools through the habituation of discipline, openness, mutual respect, and commitment to increase teacher productivity in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi virus corona terjadi beberapa perubahan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Pembatasan sosial pada beberapa kegiatan perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah menyebarnya virus corona ini. Pola adaptasi baru dengan melakukan perilaku sehat, seperti mencuci tangan dengan sabun, menghindari kerumunan massa, atau menggunakan masker atau pelindung wajah, merupakan cara yang cukup efektif untuk  mencegah penularan virus corona. Penggunaan hand sanitizer diharapkan dapat meminimalisasi penularan virus kepada orang lain Ketika tidak tersedia fasilitas cuci tangan pada suatu tempat. Selain itu, produk hand sanitizer juga bisa dikatakan cukup praktis dalam penggunaannya karena dapat dibawa dengan mudah. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, tim PPDM bekerja sama dengan Satuan Tugas Covid 19 dan Laboratorium pendiikan Biologi Universitas PGRI Semarang untuk memberikan pelatiha pembuatan hand sanitizer an pelindung wajah bagi warga Desa Jungsemi. Pelatihan pembuatan hand sanitizer dan pelindung wajah ini bertujuan melatih warga desa agar dapat memanfaatkan potensi usaha ini di masa pandemi. Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai perilaku sehat yang nantinya menjadi pola adaptasi baru di masa pandemi ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of managing internal quality audits based on ISO 9001:2015 as an effort to improve school performance. The research aims to analyze internal quality audit management at SMK Negeri 2 Purwodadi. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, through interview techniques, observation and documentation studies involving school principals, quality management teams, internal auditors and teachers. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by testing validity through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that internal quality audit management is carried out systematically through the planning, implementation, reporting and audit follow-up stages in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 principles. The implementation of internal quality audits has an impact on increasing administrative discipline, the effectiveness of learning management, consistent implementation of quality standards, and the development of a culture of continuous improvement. These findings imply that internal quality audits are an important instrument in quality control and continuous improvement of school performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the academic digitalization program at MA Negeri 2 Pati. The focus of the study includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling of academic digitalization as a strategic effort to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of academic services in the context of digital-based school management. This study employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The informants consisted of the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and members of the school digitalization team. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation. The findings indicate that the academic digitalization program at MA Negeri 2 Pati has been implemented in a planned and integrated manner. Program planning aligns with the school’s vision, organizing is conducted through a dedicated digitalization team, implementation utilizes integrated digital academic systems, and supervision is carried out through regular evaluation to ensure program sustainability. This study can be applied in the fields of educational management, school leadership, and digital transformation in education. The findings are useful for schools and madrasahs as practical references in managing academic digitalization programs to improve academic services, learning processes, and institutional governance in the digital era. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive focus on the management of academic digitalization programs from a school management perspective within a madrasah context. This study extends existing research by emphasizing managerial functions as key determinants of successful academic digitalization at the institutional level.
